Ich habe mich bei Theresa sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr schönes Appartement. Voll ausgestattete Küche. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Nähe zum Strand Flamands ist super. Vom Appartement konnte man die Wellen hören. Theresa ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich um Probleme sofort. Preis-Leistung stimmen hier einfach. Ich kann jeden empfehlen ein Appartement zu mieten. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit vom Gastgeber ein Auto mieten.

Absolutely stunning place! Can’t say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay here. Great walking distance from everything, very very clean, had everything you would need/want and to top it off had an incredible view for sunsets. Can’t wait for my next trip to the island, I’ll be staying here again. :)

The airbnb was awesome. Such an amazing location -- can walk to town, the ferry, and all the main restaurants (as long as you are okay walking up the hill home). The view is amazing and the place was design great. 10/10 would recommend.

Sa bienveillance et son attention ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Le logement était parfait : très propre, idéalement situé à deux pas de la mer, avec une belle décoration soignée. Dès le départ, la communication a été fluide et claire, ce qui a facilité notre arrivée. Un grand merci aussi à Filipa, qui a assuré un ménage impeccable chaque jour. C’était un vrai plus d’avoir des lits faits, des serviettes à disposition et un service de cette qualité. Un séjour inoubliable dans un lieu magnifique, grâce à une hôte exceptionnelle ! Je recommande vivement.

Definitely would look to book this place again if in St Barts. Location is great in relation to beaches, Gustavia, restaurants, shops. Parking can be tricky but that is everywhere in St Barts. Extremely clean and personally I love the style of the apartment with a beachy French colonial charm, much more appealing and atmospheric than all the cookie cutter modern apartments. Benjamin had an extensive list of recommendations including identifying the beach beaches. Also he kindly let us add a couple hours for a late checkout due to our flight time. Definitely recommend.

The apartment is located in the center of the harbor allowing us to walk to dinner every night and not have to deal with driving. Andrew was very helpful and available to assist as needed, the daily housekeeping was a plus. The master bath was of great size however the upstairs bathroom which is shared amongst two bedrooms is very small.

Great location, a little difficult to find

I stayed here with a group of 11, and we had a great time! As with any stay, small things can come up, but the host was incredibly responsive and made sure any issues were addressed right away. The location was perfect, and the view from the pier each morning was absolutely my favorite part—it was the perfect way to start the day. Overall, a wonderful stay and I’d definitely recommend it!

Absolutely Amazing Stay – One of the Best Airbnbs Ever! Our stay at this Airbnb in St. Martin was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The host was absolutely amazing—super responsive, incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond to provide us with the best recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and activities. The property itself was stunning—clean, well-equipped, and perfectly located for exploring the island. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making our stay seamless and stress-free. St. Martin has officially become one of my favorite destinations, and a huge part of that is because of how perfect this Airbnb experience was. We are definitely coming back, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again. Highly, highly recommend!

Had the most amazing stay thanks to Joy. She was very responsive and helpful - providing great suggestions for restaurants and things to do nearby. The villa was beautiful - just as pictured!

This place is extraordinary. It’s even better when you see it in person. He has everything that you need as far an equipment for the kitchen. Very nice place would stay there again. The pool is really nice, just hard to enjoy if someone who is 5’2. Great for tall people tho.

Our stay at this villa was nothing short of amazing! The view was absolutely breathtaking—truly speechless. Every morning, we woke up to the most stunning scenery, making it the perfect escape. The villa itself was a solid 5/5—beautiful, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable and luxurious. A special shoutout to Danielle, the concierge, who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. She was so kind, helpful, and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The only small downsides were that the Wi-Fi wasn’t very strong, and there was some construction on the beach in front of the villa in the mornings, which woke us up. But honestly, everything else was so incredible that it didn’t take away from the experience. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a breathtaking and unforgettable getaway

Our stay at this Airbnb in St. Martin was incredible! The place was exactly as described and looked just like the photos—beautiful, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were fantastic—super responsive and even helped us coordinate in-house massages, which was such a treat. One of the highlights was the kayaks, which we highly recommend using to visit Pinel Island—an unforgettable experience! This rental truly exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we return to the island. Highly recommend!

The house was exactly as described and was very comfortable for the week. Well located with Coco Beach right outside which was a great place to hang out for the week, very friendly and accommodating. Restaurants were easy to get to, within walking distance. It was also a great location to get to other areas of the island easily. The "grocery" store is not far but I would recommend getting provisions for the week from the Super U which is a short cab drive away. Visitors from the US should note that they should plan to put toilet paper on the provisions list as it is not customary in France for Airbnb's to provide beyond the first day's supply. I consider this a custom/cultural difference vs. a knock on the host, just good to know so you don't need another trip for supplies. Upon arrival we a beer for each of us and a bottle of water in the refrigerator which was very thoughtful. Overall, the value for the location was great. It was an amazing week, we will be back!! My 10-night stay was perfect! Perfect location and very private. Host is extremely responsive. The house has extras like beach chairs, sand toys, umbrella, etc. that help you to pack less. The location is wonderful and close to many nice restaurants and to town. I enjoyed putting the food outside at nightfall for Calico the outdoor cat who waited patiently for me to do so! Highly recommend this house to stay in!

This was a very safe and secure unit in the heart of Simpson Bay. The unit was perfect for our stay, nicely furnished, had fantastic outdoor space and was quite comfortable. The hosts Mariana and Manoj are great communicators who made us feel very cared for while at the property! Thank you both so much for a great stay!!

It was in a beautiful location. The only thing, even though the room was ready, they do make you. Wait until four o'clock to go up to the room . There is an elevator that was great. Didn't have to do those stairs.

We have been coming to SXM for 15 years and I have stayed all over the island and this is my favorite. The beach, the pool, at your doorstep, it is beautiful! You can't ask for anymore. I have already rebooked for next year!

Wonderful stay, easy to walk around, close to everything.

We are a newly retired couple in our mid ‘60s and had a fabulous 4 week stay at Kevin’s condo. The condo offers a spectacular view of the ocean and pool. After a brief morning rain, incredible rainbows appear…hence the name “Rainbow Beach Club”. The condo was so spacious that I couldn’t hear my husband snore from one bedroom to the other. Everything you need is in Kevin’s condo and the location couldn’t be better. We were able to walk to Cupecoy to the higher end waterfront restaurants, shops, Dany’s Beach Bar and grocery store. We were also able to walk to one of the nicest beaches on the island…Mullet Bay. Kevin provided ample beach towels, a sun umbrella, a cooler and sand toys. Only a few more minutes of walking got us to Maho for plane watching ,more restaurants and shopping. Directly across from the condo is Jordan Village with 2 more grocery stores and fun places to eat. Just wave the bus down and discover the rest of the island. Kevin is very responsive and a caring host.
