casa molto comoda , pulita e accogliente. Zona molto tranquilla, mare bellissimo a due passi, trattoria sul mare ad ottimi prezzi. Host gentilissimi e sempre disponibili. spiaggia con servizi ed anche alberi, lettini a due euro. Mare splendido. samos, pitagorico ed altre bellissime spiagge a 10 - 20 minuti di macchina. serve sicuramente la macchina. Siamo stati benissimo, ci siamo rilassati, bella vacanza, bella atmosfera. It was really amazing stay! The villa is very comfortable, as it felt like home the next day. Beds are super comfortable. There are 3 bathrooms (1 with the entrance from the garden, 2 on the 2nd and 3rd floors), but we almost haven't used the 3rd floor. There are 2 air conditioners - one at the living room, and another at the stairs on the 3rd floor, so it cools 3rd and 2nd floors. But with the smart use of window shatters you don't actually need air conditioners that much if temperature is about 30-33 degrees. Kitchen has literally everything, and even more! Wi-fi speed is very good also. Neighbourhood is quiet, the sea is in 4-5 min by foot. The beach is sandy and wide, and it wasn't much crowded even during the national holidays. The nearest market is 3 mins by foot, there are all the essentials. A101 is about 8 min by foot, and near it there is small vegetables market with fresh food and good prices. Overall it was our best vacation!

Easy to reach, close to the Kusadasi center, walking distance to the beach (2 min max) with private grass area, which is the crucial part. House itself is perfect with everything you need. hope to stay again soon..

Denize yürüyerek 10 dakika mesafesinde olan, tatlı ve yardımsever komşulara sahip, yeşilliğe ve maviye doyduğumuz çok dinlendirici bir tatil geçirdik. Ev sahibi Hamza Bey ve Anıl Deniz Bey’in ilgi ve yardımseverliği de cabası.

The house is very clean, cosy and new, the territory is very well organized and neat. There are all necessary things in the house. The cleaning was made every three days. Ilias was very helpful, when we checked in we found fruit, bread, water prepared for us, it was a very nice surprise. There is no washing machine in the house. The clothes were taken to the laundry and the next day were delivered, it costed extra 15€. The house situated very close to the road, that’s why it was impossible to sleep with open windows, only with AC. The nearest beach is 5 min by car, the town with shops and restaurants is 10 min by car. The food was excellent and sea is crystal clear:) We loved our stay in Samos😍

Bayram tatilinde yağmurlu havaya rağmen harika birkaç gün geçirme imkanımız oldu .Ev resimlerde görüldüğü gibiydi. Konumu harikaydı .plaja 5 dk mesafedeydik ve her sabah uyanınca plaja gidip çocukların vakit geçirmesini izlemek harikaydı.akşam ise gün batımını izlemek çok güzeldi. Biraz daha sıcak havalarda tekrar ziyaret etmek üzere şimdiden tatil planı yaptık bile . İlayda hanım ve eşi çok tatlı bir çift kendimizi evimizde hissettirdi. Bu arada evde ısınma çözümleri de çok iyiydi .çocuklu ve kalabalık aileler için çok tavsiye ederiz .

3 gece 4 gün 8 yetişkin 1 bebek 2 köpek ile son derece keyifli kusursuz bir tatil yaptık. Sadece son gün bölgede olan elektrik kesintisi neredeyse yarım gün bize bir kayıp yaşattı ama onu da geç çıkış alternatifi sunarak telafi ettiler. Ellerinde olmayan bir duruma rağmen çözüm üretip yardımcı oldular.

Yaklaşık 50 villadan oluşan otel bölgesi. Konakladigimiz yer çok keyifliydi havuzu, jakuzisi, şöminesi çalışır durumdaydı. Bahçe portakal ağaçları, havuzda ördekler vardı. İletisim konusunda istediğimiz herşey sorunsuz bir şekilde karsilandi. Tekrar tekrar gidilmesi gereken bir yer.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this incredible home. It was spotless and every detail was thoughtfully curated by the hosts, Eleni and Kostas. The design of the house—its decor, furniture, and overall aesthetic—was stunning. At times, it felt like we were walking through a museum or living inside a perfect Pinterest photo. Truly a dream experience. The space was ideal for our family: the pool and wide-open areas were perfect for the kids, while there were plenty of scenic spots for the adults to relax and unwind. The house is even more beautiful than the photos show—possibly the most beautiful home in Samos. We also loved the nearby Kerveli beach and the Charavgi restaurant there. Eleni and Kostas were always available when we needed anything and provided amazing recommendations. This is easily one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had, and we really hope to return in the coming years.

Die Villa entspricht der Bechreibung. Der Aufenthalt enstprach unseren Vorstellungen und die Kinder haben sich über den Pool sehr gefreut. Ein sehr positives Erlebnis war, dass der Pool ein Salzwasserpool ist. Wir haben es genossen. Die Villa steht in einem Neubaugebiet und ist leider nur mit PKW erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in 10 Min Fahrtzeit zu erreichen, jedoch war dies alles sehr unproblematisch für uns. Die Villa ist für eine Familie mit drei Kindern perfekt. Die Zimmer haben alle eine Dusche und WC, große und gemütliche Betten und alle Fenster sind mit Moskitoschutz. In der Küche gibt es einen großen Kühl- Gefrierkombi. Die Aussenanlage ist sehr gepflegt. Wir würden die Villa auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen ! Es war ein toller 5 Sterne Urlaub!

Ev, bahce ve ozellikle havuz harikaydi. Evin sadece havuz katini tuttuk. Havuz katinin salonuna bir genis koltuk daha eklenirse, havuz kati 7 kisi icin gayet yeterliydi diyebilirim. (Havuz katinda mutfakla birlesik salon haricinde 4 tane de yatak odasi var.) Bahce genisti ve bakimliydi. Bahcenin genisliginin, ferahliginin cocuklu ailelerin burayi tercih etmesi icin onemli bir faktor oldugunu dusunuyorum. Ayrica, yandaki evden ve arkadaki evden goreceli mahremiyet saglayan yanyana agaclar iyi dusunulmus. Havuzdan bahsetmek icin ikinci bir paragrafa ihtiyac var. Fotograflarda gorundugunden daha guzel ve daha buyuktu. Havuzda yuzerken kafanizi kaldirdiginizda uzaktan da olsa sahili, denizi ve Samos adasini gorebilmek muhtesemdi. Havuzun icerisindeki basamaklarla ciktiginiz jakuziden bu manzara daha da iyi hale geliyordu. Bir takim eksiklikler ve olumsuzluklar da yok degildi: 1- Ev sahibinin verdigi bilgiye gore villa Kusadasi'nin sebeke suyunu kullaniyor. Yeme-icme ve yemek yapmada bu suyu kullanmamamiza ragmen dus alirken agziniza bir damla bile kacsa mide bulandiracak tatta bir sudan bahsediyoruz. Ev sahibi gelecek sezonda bu problemi eve ait bir kuyu acarak cozeceklerini belirtti. 2- Evin internet servis saglayicisi cok yavasti. Telefonlarin kendi hatlarinin 30-50 GB internet kapasitelerinin ve 4G hizlarin oldugu gunumuzde bunu cok da problem etmeyebilirdik. Ne yazik ki evin konumundan dolayi telefonlarin 4G'leri calismadi. Ev sahibi bu sorunu mutlaka cozeceklerini belirtti. Ev sahibinin problemleri olgunlukla kabul etmesinden ve eve giris asamasindaki hizli, nazik iletisiminden memnun kaldigimizi belirtmek isterim. Gelecek sezondaki tatilimizde ustteki iki problem halledilirse bu villa mutlaka ilk bakacagimiz seceneklerden birisi olacak.

Biz cocuklarinizin futbol turnuvasi dolayisiyle konakladik. Evin konumu sahaya sadece 3.5 km di . bu bizim icin en buyuk artilardan biri oldu . Evin icine ilk girdigimiz anda da temizligi duzeni bizi kendi evimizde gibi hissettirdi. En buyuj kriterim temizlikti oradanda 10 puan direk aldilar heryer mis gibiydi yataklar carsaflar tertemizdi . havlularimiza kadar dolaplarimizin icine katlanip konulmustu.2 oda da klima yoktu zaten oncesindede bu bize Ertan bey tarafindan soylenilmisti . Bize gore tek sikinti cesme suyunun tuzlu olmasiydi onun haricinde hersey mukemmeldi . Bir daha ki sefere yine ayni villayi tercih edecegiz . Hersey icin tesekkur ederiz .

这是我住的最好的民宿之一。首先房子的地理位置非常不错，离国家公园只需要半个小时车程（那里有非常清澈的海滩），最近的两家超市步行只需要不到5分钟。房东大叔非常友好，每次我们遇到问题时第一时间帮我们解决。房子的设施非常齐全，可以做饭，电视可以投屏看电影，空调非常棒的工作，最棒的是泳池，非常干净，每天都有人打扫。下次来还会继续在这里住！

Un séjour chez Claudia avec mes 4 enfants. Nous avons tous beaucoup aimé la maison, sa piscine, la proximité de tous les commerces et la plage à une dizaine de minutes à pieds. La maison est extrêmement propre et confortable. La cuisine propose tous les équipements utiles pour une famille de 6 personnes. Claudia a été très amicale, bienveillante et arrangeante. Elle a su nous a assisté à la fois pour nous aider dans nos visites ou dans nos petits soucis du quotidien. Merci Claudia pour avoir rendu ce séjour magique.

Evin temizliği ve rahatlığı çok iyiydi. Havuz çok temizdi, büyüklük olarak da yeterliydi. Saim bey her konuda yardımsever ve dost canlısı şekilde yardımcı oldu. Konum olarak çok güzel plajlara, koylara ve restoranlara ulaşım olanağı sağlaması harikaydı.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We’re a family with two kids and the house was great! Kitchen came with good appliances and the bathrooms were well equipped as well. When we arrived everything was clean and tidy. Adavillas always answered quickly through WhatsApp and were always very attentive to our needs. Would definitely love to stay here in the future :)
