We had a lovely stay at Lydia’s place! The condo was as described and our family enjoyed the space and location. We mostly enjoyed the pool and surrounding areas while we were in Loiza, and it was just what we needed for some r&r. Lydia was responsive and accommodating to a few minor issues we had- thank you so much Lydia for making our trip so special! For other travelers- we did not rent a car and used Uber to get to/from the resort and to the nearby grocery store. Took a little planning ahead but all in all was a great option for us and saved us a lot of $. I would recommend this rental! It was just what our family of six needed to relax and enjoy time together.

This ocean villa is wonderful. Steps to the beach, very private, and perfect views of pool and ocean. It’s great for a couple or couple with a child. It has everything we needed in terms of amenities.

Laura’s condo was spectacular my family of five enjoyed every minute of it. From waking up in the morning to going out on the balcony and watching the waves crash was probably my favorite part to start my day. The unit it self was very clean up to date and very homie from our home away from home. We stayed at another unit earlier in the week and we had groceries that were In The fridge we got ahold of Laura and she let us put our cold stuff in the fridge until we could get into the unit for check in which saved us hundreds of dollars so we didn’t have to throw our groceries away. She had her property manager Juan Carlos reach out to us and in 5 mins he got ahold of us and lets us put our things in the fridge. While we were there Juan Carlos would send us text messages where to eat and what there is to do on the island. Which was a hugh help for our first time. We had family game night every night because of the games that were provided. I can’t wait to book our next Christmas trip here

Exactly as described and depicted in the pictures. You will not be disappointed. Very easy and short walk to the main hotel/restaurants, but the condo pools and outdoor area felt very private and were not crowded at all - we were often the only ones in the pool or hottub. A perfect location to enjoy everything at the resort, but also get some peace. And the view from the balcony cannot be beat (I miss it already!).

This was a great place for our family of four with two young kids. Extremely good access to the beach and pool, and great location for various day trips. Geoffrey was super helpful and accommodating!

My girls and I had the most incredible stay here, I don’t even know where to begin! The pictures truly do not do it justice, the view left us all speechless. The home was so beautiful, clean and spacious with great views all around. The outside hot tub area was gorgeous for hang outs and again, the most outstanding view of nature. The community was very peaceful and quiet and felt safe since it is a gated community. Jose was very quick and responsive and offered great recommendations. They also provided beach towels, chairs and more that came in handy for our beach days. On that note, the beach was a short drive away and there are great restaurants nearby too. We would definitely stay here again, would give 10 stars if it were possible! Can’t say enough good things about it, had the best time!

Great location and beautiful view of the beach. Unit met our families needs and had nice extras like boogie boards, beach chairs and towels. Instructions provided were clear and helpful. Also, multiple restaurants within walking distance.

We are in love with The Happy Yellow Beach House. Everything was on point from our first contact with Manny! The house runs itself and there will be no worries from start to end. It seriously checks every box for what you would imagine you would enjoy and/or require. We will see you next year same time same place! 😎🌴🌊🏝️🌞🛶👙

We enjoyed our stay, the price was right, and very close to the airport and beach. The only problems we had was an odor from the bathroom, and the loud roosters outside making noise, but we got used to them. Otherwise everything was great 💯

Fabian’s condo was wonderful for our family. Everything was clean and in good condition. The pools are beautiful and clean. Some pools are heated and others aren’t so you get a nice choice. There are many friendly animals (dogs, cats, chickens) roaming the area which is sort of fun. The animals don’t bother with you they just hang out. The beach is small but private and a good place to hang out. The location is close to the rainforest and the main departure sites for many activities however the local town has very little to do. Overall a really great place to stay while enjoying Puerto Rico.

My family and I travel to PR yearly. We had orrignally booked at a different listing that turned out to not be a fit for my family despite the good reviews. There were too many issues that shouldn’t have been knowing your space is being used by anyone. I travel with husband and two toddlers. Sebastian’s place was a quick find, but also the perfect fit. Clean and well maintained residence, nice views of the area, responsive and near the areas we usually go to. Wish I would’ve booked here first! He worked with us and helped the trip to end well. The host/listing makes all the difference when you travel abroad and I’m so happy we got to experience a good outcome with Sebastian.

We were glad to book this place with Fredy and Suany. Got there at 4 pm, the place was ready on time. Very private, clean, spacious place with breathtaking views of mountains and ocean. The lockboxes are mounted on the parking lot concrete blocks!! There are 2 parking spots for this apartment-and they are not close by!! There is a private beach for the complex that is quiet. Please read the beach conditions for Puerto Rico. Stores close by, also large supermarkets in 7 miles. Don’t forget to get a Pizza takeout from D&D pizza nearby-thin crust (fine crust) with Pepperoni, pineapple and jalapeño :). Check out local bakeries (La Familia) for breakfast fun! Close to both San Juan or tropical forest hiking!!

This place was perfect! The home was very clean, spacious, and had gorgeous views. Omar was very responsive and helpful whenever I reached out. Each bedroom was clean and the AC felt great after hot days in the sun. The pool was nice and the neighbors were friendly. The location on the beach was unbeatable! I would highly recommend staying here if visiting Luquillo.

I spent my honeymoon here and had such a great time! The airbnb us close to Margaritaville, luquillo beach, Carabali and Fajardo. Ubers are accessible so it’s easy to call one and explore. Also the private beach is only a few feet away. I would highly recommend staying here.

Playa Azul is right down the street and very relaxing. House was prefect size for our family of 4. It is very close to the rainforest if you plan to visit. I would highly recommend this house as a place to stay. Thank you!

100% would stay at Patty's place again! Immediately we all were struck by the cleanliness and beauty. The patio directly overlooks the ocean and the breeze it creates is stunning. Patty was incredibly responsive and super friendly, with excellent recommendations, you feel her love for Puerto Rico immediately. Everything we needed was there! (boogie boards, beach blankets, bags, shampoo, conditioner, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, and more). Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We felt very safe walking around, everyone we met was super nice and had a great vibe - same with security guards. Driving from airport was easy (we had been nervous for it, but no need) the couple streets into the condo were very narrow but not busy, so easily manageable. Drive to El Yunque was also much easier than we anticipated - as well as drive to Fajardo for Hacienda Chocolat tour and separately our snorkeling excursion to Icaco Island. Thank you Patty for an amazing week of memories.

had many towels and washcloths and pool towels beach chairs floats. kitchen had more than enough only thing is I wish had more patio furniture or dining setup. the master matress was great but the other rooms not so much. Would for sure stay at Aquatika again this so many pools and beach right outfront we could swim most days. The guards were also very serious on who's coming though checking all wristbands I thought it was a little excessive at first but made us feel very safe/relaxed with having our kids, not that we ever felt unsafe venturing out as everyone who made eye contact were very friendly and welcoming.

The unit looks even better than photos. Ocean views from every floor. The unit was clean and well stocked with beach/pool gear/towels. Easy check in/out and host was very flexible to our needs. Highly recommend this unit!

This apartment was absolutely beautiful. It is in a small town named Loiza about 35 mins from the airport in San Juan. El Verde is a must for the local cuisine. For my bud enthusiasts Puerto Rico only allows us to but edibles and vape cartridges however I found the locals were helpful ifyou talk to the right one😉 most ppl go for the cities but I recommend you venture further out to the caves and the different coasts. It's not a cheap place but there is plenty of free fun if you're an adventure seeker.

We were extremely pleased with this Airbnb! Gated community with the coconut trees and a lovely beach just out the back door. The beach was gently sloping and all sand and fringed with coconut trees. Perfect for the kids to play in. There were washed up coconuts that were sprouting and we planted several among the taller coconut trees above the high-water mark. Kitchen had everything you needed. Huge drier was great for those towels and swimsuits. Carmen was very responsive, getting back to us within a few minutes – even on Thanksgiving Day! This is a great value – well worth checking out! NOTE: The location of this place on the map is incorrect. This place is actually at Playa del Yunque Rio Grande to the east of the marked location.

The highlight of the trip! We stayed a total of 10 days among 3 different airbnb's in Rincón and Culebra. Tom's was hands down the absolute best! Spotless with great kitchen amenities. The resort itself is awe inspiring. Multiple levels of complete privacy are abundant thruout the property. Great restaurants nearby and incredible adventures just a short drive away. It was the prefects perfect ending to our trip. Oh, and we're bringing home already washed clothes. The photos do not do it justice!

Margaritas was WONDERFUL! simple, precise, clear. The home was so welcoming and actually felt like home and not someplace where you had to dance around on ice. The whole place was a vibe, off the beaten path but still within a shirt drive of TONS of things to do. Felt like more of an adventure setting, if I could give more than 5 stars I would

Absolutely loved my stay! My kiddos had a great time killing energy in the pool and in the river! Although, I do not recommend the river at night, the kids went down for a little bit for spooky story telling! It was so much fun! Even the neighbor was super friendly and we got to buy some of their homemade sorbet! Delicious! Loved the location, house, host, everythinggg 🥰 thank you so much ❤️

It’s our second time staying at Bri’s place. Once again our family enjoyed the gulf cart rides to the beach and amazing views. Just like last year, the villa was very clean and Communication with Bri is very easy as he responds quickly. Looking forward to return next year 😄
