Wilmel's place is incredible; the view from the top of the mountain is breathtaking. The house was exactly as described and had everything we needed; kitchen, laundry, pool, patio, tons of rooms/bathrooms, and TV. Wilmel gave us plenty of recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit. Our first time driving up the mountain to the house was challenging because of the narrow roads, hairpin turns, and steep elevation but we eventually got used to it.

Really loved our stay! It was perfect for what we needed it for. Spent the days at El Yunque (SO CLOSE!! - 8 min drive without traffic) and our evenings on the farm. We didn’t mind the cold showers (relief from the PR heat!) or noise from the road (we’re city folk). The Cigar Shop, Bar & pizza were awesome for entertainment and easy dinner (+ the mojitos were delicious). The farm cats were quickly made our best friends & the outdoor space was warm and welcoming - reading in the hammock was a highlight.

Loved our stay here. Better than the photos! Lots of space. The best part was the location, 360 degree, gorgeous view. Cute pool. Just note, it’s quite a steep hill to get up.

Beautiful and safe place! Great for larger groups as there is ample seating with a larger dining table and patio, washer and dryer in unit which was helpful with a toddler, beach accessories, games, kitchen essentials, gated community. Host was very responsive, friendly and communicated proactively.

We loved staying here for 2 nights. Perfect location to drive to even though we were coming in at 1 a.m. from airport. Ac in bedrooms was fantastic and cooled quickly. Slept great with room darkening shades. Host was super responsive and helpful. We felt blessed to have this prime location and enjoyed our trips to the beach and rainforest. Highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to explore the area. Oh, and sittin on balcony in the morning listening to all the sounds of rainforest is heavenly.

This place is so beautiful, there is so much cool stuff to do nearby like the el yunque rainforest and carabali adventure park as well as some good restaurants. The house is beautiful and has tons of cute spots to enjoy outside!

My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids under 7) had a great time at Aquátika. The condo is on the second floor, up a short flight of stairs. It was quiet and faced the pool. Inside, the accommodations were comfortable for us & clean. The kitchen is well equipped with a coffee maker and ice machine which made loading the cooler (provided) for a day at the beach easy. There is no dishwasher so we washed as we went. The beds were comfortable. The layout of the condo is also nice if you have kids. The bedrooms are in the back of the condo so once you put them to bed you can still hang out without much disturbance. The hosts provides beach toys, floaties, cooler, etc for the beach/pools that are onsite. Pools onsite are great. The water slide works on wknds. Beach is ok. It was a little rough for the kids. There is a coved beach up the street which was considerably better for swimming with littles. Several restaurants & markets along the road. We would stay again!

I had booked this spot last minute and Cathy was great. Was close to where i needed to be, i do suggest you rent a car when staying here. The big windows are beautiful the rooftop area was my favorite. The beach on property was clean and spacious. The lazy River is under construction right now but there are a few other pools to hang out by. Cathy’s spot also has more than enough things for you to use while at the beach, chairs, towels, cooler, and things for the kids to play with.

We had a wonderful stay, I can't recommend the Aquatika resort enough! Monica and Nikky were great hosts.

Maribel’s place was the perfect stay for my family. We were provided with clear instructions for check in, given local recommendations and always had a quick response when we had a question. The unit was clean. Having beach chairs, and a wagon to bring our belongings down to the beach was very convenient. The resort grounds were lovely, lush and had lots to do for my 2 young kids. It was more of a secluded area but great for families and had security presence to enter the property. Restaurants in the area are only open Friday-Sunday so a car rental and/or purchasing groceries is key. Our only complaint was that there was not a BBQ present as shown in the pictures and we were told this was due to fire department regulations. However, many people had them on their balconies. Otherwise we would recommend this place to those staying in the Loiza area :)

The condo has the most amazing view you could ask for. You could sit on the beach most of the day and rarely see anyone. We walked down about 100 yards to where the beach flattens out and set up under a palm tree was perfect. Rarely anyone at the pool as well. The unit had just about anything you could want. A little more patio and living room furniture would be great but we were rarely Inside. Beds weren’t the most comfortable but good enough. The location is not super close to restaurants so you’ll need a car for sure. We’d rent again.

Ignacio & Angèlica are phenomenal hosts. They are not only kind and communicative, but they’ll welcome you with a basket of treats and sparkling rosè, then chop down a homegrown plantain from one of the many tropical trees in their lush backyard and even lend you an air fryer so you can “fry” said plantain. Their space was comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed for our weeklong stay, from beach towels and bicycles to a well-stocked kitchen, smart TV, work from home desk station, on-site laundry and comfortable sleeping quarters. You’ll feel right at home at the cozi coqui.

The property was fabulous, we had a quick walk to the private beach, a quick walk to the hot tub, a quick walk to the heated pool. We really enjoyed the roof top at night. The air conditioning in all the bedrooms was wonderful. We stopped at the Walmart about 20 minutes away and stocked the refrigerator and bought items for laundry. We will plan on staying at this property again. The miniature golf needs work but that is a property issue. The basketball court was fun, and the big water slide come on every Saturday and Sunday. We are thankful for the memories made at Aquatika.

Julie and Pablo are the best airbnb hosts we have had yet. Extremely accommodating and responsive to all our requests. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our 2 little ones and to make our stay amazing. They have suggestions for restaurants and grocery shopping which was very helpful. We loved Don Pepe. Pictures may be a little old as things have clearly been worn a bit since they were taken, some areas could use some fresh paint, turf on roof is very uneven and wrinkled, but the condo has everything we needed for an amazing week, the location is perfect, and the hosts are amazing. Highly recommend!! 5***

We had a wonderful visit to Luis's condo. The kitchen had all of the supplies we needed for our month long stay. The unit was clean, spacious, and well laid out. We had guests visit using the second bedroom and everyone had great visits. We loved our long walks along the beach which had very few in any people on it. We visited some of the more popular beaches, but due to crowds our favorite was the one adjacent to the condo. Luis was a very responsive host. Thank you Luis! We hope to visit again.

Best location with ocean view. All the problems mentioned in previous reviews have been fixed. We by accident lost the key to the beach gate in the ocean. Star helped us to get a replacement for $75. So please take good care of the key since the ocean would really take them away. Great community and great host. Highly recommended for everyone

I loved this place so much and would come back here again and again. It is even nicer than the pictures. It was close to everything that we wanted to see. It has a very nice BBQ area that we used several times to make dinner and just hang out at the pool and jacuzzi in the afternoon after sightseeing and hanging out at the beach all day. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking which I appreciated very much.

Elba and Gregorio were amazing hosts! The location made us feel very safe and at home. They also had lots of things availed for use such as umbrellas, beach chairs, etc. which is always helpful for traveling. They were very responsive and provided clarification when needed. It’s definitely necessary to rent a car to get around the island from this location as mentioned by the hosts. Overall we had a great stay and loved lounging on the rooftop/balcony! The unit is also conveniently located near the pool and parking lot on sight. We are so happy we chose Loíza and this accommodation for our first time in PR! Piñones is located just about a 26-30min drive which is great for quick bites, drinks, and restaurants!

The place was amazing with multiple pools and access to the beach. Security is very tight and that made me feel safe with my family. This is the second m time staying in the property and will be back again. Great mid point between San Juan and Fajardo. Ruth was a great host!

We had a wonderful stay here. It was the perfect place for me, my husband and two young adult kids. The condo was super clean and looked just like the photos. The beach was gorgeous, and so convenient. We loved visiting the pools each day as well. It was quiet, friendly, and safe. We can’t wait to return!

We were looking for a place that would give us space and lots of things to keep our small kiddos entertained. Elias’s place definitely fit the bill. Between the beach, swimming pools, playgrounds and mini golf there was never a dull moment. Aquátika is perfect for families with kids. Elias’s apartment was super clean and clutter free. We never had issues with noise because his condo is in a quieter spot on the property. When we needed to get a hold of Elias he was very responsive.
