Charles place looks way better than what you see in pictures. It was squeaky clean and we felt right at home. The host checked on us and made sure we were comfortable. We had a dedicated staff who cleaned up and helped a lot too and made our stay easy . The estate is beautiful, clean and safe, it has a plaza and you could get a lot of stuff and services in the plaza. I was able to take walks and exercise. I have zero complaints and I highly recommend you stay with Charles.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb at "house one" in Abuja! The house was clean, stylish, and had all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect, close to attractions and restaurants. The host was super responsive and made sure I had a great experience. Highly recommend! 5 stars!

This was a great location. The space was just sufficient for what we needed. My kids each had their space and of course everyone thought Martin the Chef (yes, there’s a Chef who was also really helpful around the house) was great. Will highly recommend!

I enjoyed my stay. It was peaceful and quiet. It was perfect for me location wise as it’s not far from the airport and also not far from the city itself. Special shoutout to P the house manager who was always available via text or call if anything was needed. If I’m ever back in Abuja, this is a great place to stay as it is private and secure. 10/10 from me.

First and foremost, the location of this apartment is simply unbeatable. I like that it is actually at the heart of abuja and literally you'll find everything right at your doorstep. Ona went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their attention to detail and hospitality truly made me feel at home throughout my visit, I truly wish I had longer time to stay. As for the apartment itself, it exceeded all expectations. The space was impeccably clean, well-appointed, and thoughtfully decorated. Every amenity I could possibly need was provided, from the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy bedding and plush towels. Great place to stay, felt like was back home, the host she is awesome, on the day of checking in car broke down on my Way after a long trip from Chicago Illinois ,USA called the host she showed up picked up my family an took them to the place. She is dependable I will stay here anytime I’m around and will recommend this place to my friends and family.

After a few Airbnb stays in Nigeria, it was absolutely pleasant to end up at Sean’s apartment. The instructions were so clear in advance and everything matched the description online. The home had everything needed for a travelling guest. The location is Abuja prime location and safe, the workers on site were so pleasant and I liked all the lounge areas for guests. While I would have loved 24 hr to the full light as a massive tea lover - the generator was turned on every time I asked. And there was light 24hrs and the room air con worked with the inverter. The internet was good too which is realllllllly important . So overall- definitely recommend to a travelling guest to Abuja .

The place is nice and neat. The only ish.. Was the air con is not 24hrs, and the inverter started playing up. Apart from that is a lovely apartment and a bit steep price wise.

The host was very amicable and understanding. Always responding and providing solutions to unforeseen situations. He is a wonderful host.

I enjoyed my stay, Maleeq was helpful & proactive of his guest’s needs! The space was clean & private and the neighborhood is lively, with a lot to do and access.

Great apartment, it was a good choice I made to have booked the apartment, I was worried about electricity but there was no power shortage throughout my stay cause of standby inverter… Mr Justin was very responsive, always available if you need anything.. this isn’t a paid review and I stayed 13 good days and I never regretted an hour for choosing his apartment.. The environment is secured and the estate is soo clean. I will be booking again on my next visit to Abuja if available. The apartment is more beautiful than it appears in picture, be rest assured you’ll be enjoying your stay.

The apartment was booked for my sister and nephew for a two nights of attending a meeting in Abuja. They had an issue with transportation and only arrived to the apartment 1 day later, and spent a night instead of two. They had a fantastic stay in the apartment, nothing to complain about. Thanks

This has to be one the most comfortable apartment I’ve stayed in, I felt really at home… it’s soo cozy and when you’re inside , you wouldn’t even want to go anywhere.. I’ll definitely be staying here when I’m back to town

I enjoyed my stay at Chinedus place. Aminat the apartment manager, and Matthew the housekeeper were very helpful and responsive, and made sure the apartment was regularly cleaned and any necessities taken care of. Especially loved the neighborhood - right in the city center, within walking distance to most activities in Wuse 2. Only complaint i had on arrival (lack of toiletries) was sorted soon after by the housekeeper. I'd definitely stay again when next I'm in town.
