Adam was a great host and communicated very well any time we had an issue. My classmates and I stayed here for 21 days and it was a very comfortable place to study and stay while we were there for school. would recommend.

Richard’s home was the perfect retreat! The space was beautifully furnished, with thoughtful touches throughout. My dog absolutely loved the fenced backyard; it was a great space for him to run around safely while I relaxed on the patio. I also appreciated the small wine station, a lovely addition that made our evenings even more enjoyable. The home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, which made for a peaceful and restful stay. I also appreciated the convenience of the two-car garage with a remote; it made coming and going so easy, especially during unpredictable weather. What truly stood out to me were the faith-based and positive decor pieces. As a faith-driven entrepreneur, it was inspiring to be surrounded by such uplifting reminders each day. It created an atmosphere of peace and encouragement, which made my stay even more special. Thank you for providing such a welcoming and serene space. I look forward to staying here again!

Bishoy’s Airbnb is absolutely stunning! I will be planning another stay there with my friends because we could not get over how beautiful, modern, and quaint the place was. We were all in awe of the appliances including the freezer that makes craft ice! The overall aesthetic of the Airbnb made the place feel cozy yet chic. The beds were soooo comfortable too! Will definitely be booking during the summer months to take advantage of the beautiful outdoor space!

Great location for our nieces wedding at the Carl house. Appreciate the queen sized beds instead of twins or bunk beds. Plenty of room to spread out. Positive experience overall!

The home was so comfortable with so many amenities and supplies in the kitchen, bathrooms, and living areas. The fenced backyard was perfect for our dog to take care of his business. Restaurants and shopping are a short drive away with the beltway close by for access to all parts of the metro area. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Kate was such a great host! The house was beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. My family loved staying here. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would definitely come back again!

I thoroughly enjoyed my start here. It was cozy and super comfortable for a party of 2. She had my back with coffee and some small treats. Felt right at home from the moment I stepped into the quant cozy place. The bed was super comfortable. Bathroom was set up to perfection.

The apartment was perfect. You really couldn't hear anyone above you in the main house. Outside was well lit so there was no concerns getting to the front door and Kays instructions were very detailed. Just a note the stairs into the back yard were a bit of a challenge for my husband who uses a cane but he could do them since the light was so good. We did not try the alternate route through the grass on the other side.

I love staying here. I come into town about once a month, and I try to find this place whenever I’m planning a visit. Perfect for a short stay.

Such a great place! The apartment is an add on on the left side of the house with a shared wall with the main house. Pros -very quiet! I barely heard any noise and Brian even had some family visiting while I was there. I do video calls for work and I’m sure no one could hear anything, so I’d definitely recommend for any business travelers or those who like peace and quiet. -tons of natural light -spacious living room, bedroom, bathroom & closet -Brian is very responsive. I told him about an issue with the coffee pot and he replaced it right away with a brand new one. He also provided me with a number of other items right away as well. -the neighborhood is gorgeous! Lots of trees, birds & deer. I counted at least 10 deer each walk I made at dusk. It was very peaceful being in nature! Seemed very quiet & safe. Beautiful spring flowers. And you can see the stars very well on a Clear night : ) -great location - Chik fil a 5 minutes away, sprouts close by & close to other restaurants. Easy access to Suwanee, Duluth, johns creek -wonderful outdoor areas - front porch with rocking chairs, back patio & pool area with plenty of seating & tables -driveway Parking -all the amenities of a home! Stove, fridge, laundry, large shower (5x5 or so) with a bench Cons -Not the best set up if you like to watch tv - although you could move the couch or tv stand I think. They’re at a 90 degree angle is all. -Small hair dryer - it was fine for my short hair but probably not so good if you have longer hair. I didn’t ask but maybe Brian would provide a different one if needed. -Some dishes were dirty. I just ran them through the dish washer so not a big deal.

Stayed for 2 weeks. Hosts are super friendly and helpful. Apartment complex was quiet with nice amenities. Location has super easy access to freeway. Walking distance to decent grocery store w organics, and a few restaurants and stores for essentials.

Awesome Stay! This property granted our Girls Getaway more than we expected. The view from the house was Spectacular. The Chic and Modern decor was perfect for us! lots of room inside and outside. High grade appliances were a super plus, everything was top notch. Plenty of plates, utensils and glass ware. We are looking forward to returning to the property in a warmer month to enjoy the lake. However, we did take advantage of the two outdoor seating area with firepits.

This home was perfect for our multi generational family trip to the Atlanta area. The home is in a very high end and beautiful neighborhood of expensive homes. Rod had clear instructions for our arrival and the home was very clean. The furniture was comfortable and there were enough seating spots for our large group. We were very very satisfied with our stay and strongly recommend Rods place to anyone.

Our stay at this home was perfect! We had a large number of family members coming in for a funeral, unfortunately and Jorge accommodated our stay in every way possible.

Troy’s villa was everything we were looking for. Not only were the views absolutely amazing but the place was nice and clean! Though it’s peaceful and relaxing, there are lots of things to do within the community and the city is close enough if you need something. Our host was very gracious and responsive as well! BOOK THIS LISTING NOW!!!! The Piedmont House is absolutely stunning!!! The minute you walk in the door you feel right at home! This house is beautifully updated with the most modern features/fixtures and was EXTREMELY clean. The game area down stairs was a hit with the whole family as well as the upstairs hot tub area! The hosts worked extremely hard to get their pool up and running a week early so our family could enjoy it! The communication and responsiveness of the hosts was top notch! We visit Georgia 2-3 times a year and will absolutely be booking this location again! I can not say enough good things about this home and their hosts! They truly made our trip so perfect!

By far the best place I’ve rented in Airbnb, private yet close to everything ! Tania was an excellent host as well, always responsive and helpful. 10 out of 10!!!
