Absolutely stunning apartment right in the heart of St Ives, stunning views from the balcony. Very spacious, clean and tidy with everything that you would need. Elaine was a fantastic host, nothing was too much trouble.

The best views and location! We loved our stay at 12 Brendon Court, amazing views of the sea AND fantastic location! The surf was never far away with Fistral and Towan only a short walk away. For apres surf, coffee cake and town are also super close. The flat has everything you ever need and the wifi is really good! Make sure you book the sauna on Fistral, it’s magical! Best holiday ever, who would have thought, in February in Cornwall!!

We had a lovely stay! Apartment is just by the beach and on the same street as all the shops - fantastic location! Getting to the car park and in and out of town is generally very tricky but follow maps and Pauls instructions! Highly recommend and we would definitely come back :)

This was our first time booking an AirBnB and I needn't have worried. Marcus is a great host, very helpful and the property was exactly like the photos and description. It was in a perfect location for us, in a quiet part of town, but just a 10 minute walk to the town centre where there were some great pubs and Newquays beaches and harbour are also not far away. We found it very quiet in the apartment and weren't disturbed by any noise at all. We thought the Christmas tree and other decorations were a lovely touch and we felt at home and very comfortable.

Sara’s place was great and perfect for our one night stay in Falmouth. Sara and Ginny were excellent with communication prior to our stay and everything was clean, tidy and as described.

Sally provided a wonderful, clean and beautiful accommodation for me, my wife and mother in law to stay while I worked. Everything was as described and Sally kept us fully informed on our 1 night stay. will definitely use again!

Absolutely loved my stay here, it just made the perfect stay, the apartment was just lovely, very spacious, clean and extremely quiet in a lovely area, within walking distance of my favourite beach Carbis Bay and the stunning St Ives just down the road!! Thank you so much for having us!! 😀

A lovely two storey house in a fab location - very centrally placed for all public transport links (trains, buses, boats, taxis, etc) with easy access to Lands End, St Ives, St Michael’s Mount, etc. Spacious, homely accommodation close by to local shops and restaurants. Steven was a pleasure to deal with - very polite and responsive. Thank you for hosting us on our trip to Cornwall.

A fantastic stay and the property was exactly as described. Spotlessly clean and really well equipped. The location is great. A few minutes walk from Newquay Town Centre and less than 10 mins walk to Fistral Beach through the middle of the golf course on a traffic free path. The host responded within an hour on both occasions I contacted her. I can’t fault anything. Thanks for a fantastic stay. Highly recommended.

Well maintained house with garden and terrace. Very spacious and can comfortably accommodate seven guests. Kitchen is well equipped and appliances are brand new. We encountered some problems during our stay but Tom has been very responsive and easy to communicate.

Loved our stay at Nick & Claire’s house with its beautiful surroundings. We enjoyed cooking & dining in the expansive kitchen diner as well as outdoors in the delightful BBQ area. We were delighted at the tray of welcome goodies we were left & appreciated the folder of helpful advice. In the evenings when the weather was sometimes a little chilly we had a cosy warm log fire in one of the cottage rooms. Everybody enjoyed the local beaches especially Gwithian with Body Boarding & Surfing a favourite. Occasionally there were things we couldn’t find or we needed - Nick & Claire were extremely quick to respond & sort out any issues or provide us with things we requested. Our 10 days were greatly enjoyed by all including the additional four ‘early 20s’ young people we had with us who just loved their stay. Thank you!

Ben was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The house is beautiful and in a great location. It’s a lovely, spacious modern house and everything it thought of. We all really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend.

Lucy was a great host! The flat was spotless, she sent us super clear instructions to get to the flat. The parking spot, was a big plus!

We had a great stay at Paul's apartment. It is in a great central location. We arrived by train and it was easy to walk to the apartment. The location is a great base for access to area attractions. The apartment is spacious, nicely decorated, with very functional furnishings and storage space. The kitchen is very well equipped with knives, pots, pans, a coffee press, kettle, etc. including a nice welcome package of some coffee, tea, and butter cookies. We had no problem cooking several meals in the apartment. There is easy access to restaurants, groceries, attractions and public transit. The Internet is fast enough for streaming and devices. Paul offered early check-in, which was nice, unfortunately due to train delays we arrived later in the evening so self check-in was much appreciated. We would definitely stay in Paul's apartment again.

Had a four night stay with my wife, children and parents, 6 of us in total. A great space for this amount of people for sure especially as the apartment offered 2 and a half bathrooms and two secure parking spaces. Place was clean upon arrival, and housekeeper Tracey was very friendly and welcoming as we did get in touch regarding a couple of things. Just for anyone who are fans of views to be aware of the only drawback was the scaffolding on the building which of course is temporary. It's currently partially obstructing the views from the apartment, completely blocking views from the dining area and slightly overhanging the balcony area, we were however made aware of this prior to arrival. Both Karen the host and Tracey the housekeeper were great at communicating, very friendly and accommodating where possible. We made Tracey aware the high chair wasn't at the property upon arrival and this was quickly fixed would recommend as hosts for sure and feel you can book with confidence.

Fabulous apartment with breathtaking views across Newlyn. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless. The car parking space was great and a rare find in Newlyn. Penny was super responsive and very friendly. I would highly recommend this beautiful accommodation and definitely return.

Beautiful location, decent sized apartment with lovely decor, close to major landmarks of Cornwall, especially of you are driving. And convenient parking location is included.

We were looking for a suitable accommodation property to host my differently-able son whom we only get to see when we travel down from Wiltshire. No 9 was ideal - certainly beating 2 previous properties we have tried. Our son was really relaxed in the property and seemed very at home with the facilities.

Exactly as described and as of photo’s. So clean, all that you needed. So lovely, little extras so well planned. Also a little covered terrace area little grassed area looks over the sand dunes nice just to sit enjoy a drink and read a book. After a lovely walk came back through the middle of the accommodation to find a a lovely roof top bar, snacks, coffee etc beau view of the beach and sunset, also another good restaurant, bar had no idea it was there no noise never heard anything in our apartment it does hiclose at a certain time so no nuisance noise. The apartment has a wonderful postion, straight onto the lovely beach of Perranporth, wonderful sandy long beach, rock pools and fantastic geological sculpted under cliff cave fronts. Straight onto the dunes for walking. Waterfront beach bar convenient for drinks n snacks. Very short access straight onto the coastal paths fantastic walking, scenery and interesting. Perranporth good range of eating places, takeaways. Relaxing stay.
