An affordable price, cause it is not easy to find any accommodation that cost below 100 pounds a night. The room is comfortable and clean.

There was no dining options available with this booking but there were plenty of other places nearby. The room was clean and very well presented. The en suite was spotless. The only issue we had was a poor internet connection in the room. I would happily stay here again.

We LOVED our stay at Bala Lake. Our room was exactly as described and just like the photos. The hotel itself is in a stunning location, very close to the town of Bala, with ample parking and loads of activities you can book for a fee. The hotel has a pool, hot tub and sauna which you can use inclusive in the room fee and these were fab! There is also a fab games room with a pool table, table football and table tennis that we used with our son. The staff could not have been friendlier - every person we spoke to was so friendly and went out of their way to help. We paid for breakfast on our last day (£14.50 cooked, £8.50 continental) and it was delicious; well seasoned and decent portion size. The serving staff were so attentive too! Overall we loved our stay and will be back. Our only negative was that the water for our shower/bath could have been hotter, but otherwise would highly recommend!

Amazing stay at the Bala lake hotel. We had loads of fun participating in Field Archery, Zip lines, using the spa and borrowing bicycles so we could adventure off around the local area. Highly recommended and we will hopefully will be back in the summer when it's a bit warmer!

Great stay - very accommodating, great activities and location and lovely staff

Thoroughly enjoyable stay. Geri met me and explained everything..Perfect cosy comfortable room with ensuite bathroom which was ideal. Nice little touches- a pint of milk and Welsh cakes! Friendly and responsive hosts, very welcoming, made sure I was happy and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Very convenient but peaceful location, buses and train station less than 10 mins walk

Wonderful stay. Owners and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was spotless. Great location. Would definitely return. If I had any gripe it would be that for the price you pay I would expect a cooked breakfast to be included and not at extra cost. Otherwise perfect.

Everything was perfect. It was a lovely stay, our room in C7 has the best views of the Bala Lake. Clean and comfy room..Staff are so welcoming and helpful. Only negative part was the smoking area was a a bit far. You have to go down a hill walk to reach their designated smoking area. but not a big issue. I love the leisure facilities which came included in our room rate. Theres really so many activities to try on in this hotel. The food was brialliant too. I would like to extend my gratefulness to the Bala Lake Hotel staff and management for their complimentary welcome and birthday pack they have put up for my partner. Huge thanks for this extra service. I would definitely be coming back to this hotel and refer to this to my friends and clients.
