Had a great stay at Stephens celebrating my birthday with family at my favourite place. The house was in a great location close to the beach and the town. Everything was spotless and the house was so welcoming. The washer and dryer came in handy with two kids especially after daily trips to the beach! Great communication from Stephen and somewhere we'd definitely come back to. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We so enjoyed our 3 night stay. The house was so stunning with everything you could possibly want for a comfortable and relaxing time. The beds were amazing too! I can’t think of anything to say which describes how thrilled we were with it all. Germaine is truly the best host she responded immediately to any messages and was kind and friendly. Thank you so much we are thinking of coming again for the New Year

What an absolutely stunning place to stay. So luxurious, comfortable, cosy and spotlessly clean. The welcome treats and fresh flowers were lovely and greatly appreciated. The house far exceeded our expectations - can honestly say it’s the best place we’ve stayed. There was everything we could have possibly needed and more. The beds were soooo comfortable! As one of the previous reviews said, when we got up in the morning, we couldn’t wait to get back into bed that night! Particularly after long walking days. Fantastic location, right in the heart of Llanberis with easy access to Snowdon, Padarn Country Park and Quarry plus local shops, bars and eateries. Ceri and Paul were fabulous hosts, very responsive and kind. The information booklet was great and very informative. We cannot recommend their place highly enough. Thanks so much we had a really lovely stay.

This is the second time we have visited Karnak. Dianne is a fabulous host and her home is stunning. I would highly recommend a visit to Karnak. The beach is only a short walk away, and we had lunch at the wonderful Sandbar, overlooking the bay. The weather was glorious. We ventured into Snowdonia one day, for white water rafting, and visited the very quirky Portmeirion the next day. A fabulous long weekend away.

We had a fantastic stay, great house, everything we needed and in an excellent, peaceful location. We are looking forward to returning soon!

Lovely little cottage in the perfect spot for a quiet Welsh getaway. Really close to everything we needed in town and a great location for exploring Snowdonia by car!

Great location and easy to find and get in.

We had a fantastic Christmas at the cottage. The village is a few minutes walk and the views and surrounding countryside are beautiful and unspoiled. The cottage has everything that you could possibly need- and is overlooking the fabulous beach. We loved our stay!

A fantastic apartment facing the sea. The apartment was first class and had everything that you could need. Carol greeted us on arrival and showed us everything. She recommended a couple of restaurants and was very friendly. The apartment is made up of the top two floors of a four storey house, so it might be a little difficult for some people. The location is perfect for getting to all of the attractions in this stunning part of Wales. We will definitely return if we go back to north Wales in the future.

Visited here for a weekend break with 2 of my friends. Dyfan’s home was cleaned to the highest standard. We had everything we needed during our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable and the little fire in the living room made the room feel very cosy. Dyfan was a great host, friendly and responsive and offered us a late check out due to not having another booking that day which made our stay even more stress free. Thank you so much! Would return and recommend

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is perfectly located and within minutes of the nearest beach in Criccieth. The high street and promenade are also extremely close and made all of the lovely parts of the town very accessible. Ann was very friendly and happy to help. The place was well looked after and cared for.

Great stay, lovely set up especially the cinema room. Great choice for anyone visiting the area and looking for a cosy night in!

We had a great stay. Roomy apartment with great views. Everything we needed was available. Easy walking distance to town. Woul definately stay again as we are regular visitors to the area and we couldnt fault the apartment

We stayed here as a party of 7 for a friend's birthday, the location was easy to find on a friends iPhone however on Google maps the postcode took us to a holiday lodge a mile up to road, so be careful if using Google maps. Maria was excellent as accommodating the room layouts we needed and instructing us on how to access the building. The bnb itself was lovely, everything was spotless and as described. the pub underneath serves amazing food too, the shop opposite has everything you could need. we would definitely return to this location if and when we're in the area again

This was a return visit within a month… needless to say how much we love ‘The Annexe’. The location is fabulous with off road parking and the most straight forward instructions. The accommodation is incredibly clean and like a home from home. An additional chain on the gate is an added level of security for inquisitive pooches, whilst the enclosed garden is perfect. We spent hours on the beach and didn’t venture much further but know from our previous visits to Dyffryn Ardudwy how much the area has to offer. Thanks to our hosts, sorry we didn’t get to see you this time round but thank you for making ‘The Annexe’ such a lovely okay to relax and stay in. Highly recommend… although not too highly as we want to be able to book to come back again! 😁

Just come back from the best 4 days. The apartment is in the most perfect location overlooking the beach/sea. The apartment is very spacious, plenty of room for our party of 4 adults and 2 children. The place is spotless and so well equipped. Can’t wait to book again

Great little gem of a place, right on the seafront at Barmouth. We were grateful that Geoff gave us advance notice that we could arrive a bit earlier for checking in, which helped us make the most of our stay. It was lovely to be greeted with a bottle of Prosecco too, a very generous welcome. The place is lovely, is exactly as described, it was quick to heat up after we arrived (we visited in February), the facilities seemed great, although we didn’t do any cooking during our stay. Bed was comfy, although at 6’4”, I found it a little small for me. Bathroom is lovely, plenty big, very clean and everything works well. The location is brilliant - you can see the sea and it’s a short walk to both the beach and the town, including Barmouth’s pubs and restaurants. Barmouth is a beautiful little seaside town, with its long beaches, mountainous backdrop, great places to eat and drink - it’s massively underrated. Geoff was very friendly and responsive, I would recommend and we will stop again

Stayed here early March & had a throughly great time. It is a super place & an ideal location for exploring the local area with loads to see & visit and great area for walking.

I had a wonderful three-day stay at this cozy and well-equipped Airbnb. The host, Chris, was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making sure everything was perfect. The amenities were superb, and there was so much to do in the area—exploring the wilderness, taking a short walk to the river, and even a dipping pool nearby (though we ran out of time to check it out). The location was ideal, just a short drive to all the main tourist spots. But the highlight for me was the glass window above the attic—perfect for stargazing at night. I was lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the aurora, which made the stay even more magical. I would definitely recommend this place to friends, and if I get the chance, I’d love to stay here again. Thanks, Chris, for an amazing experience!

You get a really homely feel here - very relaxing - you can really kick back and enjoy the super waterside garden and all the amazing treats on offer - it really is a one-of-a-kind AirBnB - everything has been thought about - and I mean everything. Clothes brush? tick. Magnifying mirror for make-up? tick. ... Sue and Pete even printed out the weather forecast! How superb is that?! Thank you so much - you really are amazing!"

We had a wonderful stay. Maranne is a very friendly, responsive, and helpful host. The flat was nicely decorated and very clean with a well equipped kitchen and an amazing view. We recommend staying at Maranne's accomodation.

Loved staying here. Felt like a home from home! For the price we thought it was great and had everything we needed. We wanted to stay local to Barmouth so this was perfect for what we were looking for to enjoy my husbands birthday weekend! Thanks Katie, we will hopefully be back in the future!

Absolutely stunning place, Michael was incredible friendly and helpful. Was very knowledgeable of the area and had lots of recommendations! Would highly recommend and definitely would stay again. 10/10 host and accommodation!
