A beautiful place to stay that was very comfortable for our stay (2 adults, 2 children and a dog). Located a short drive from Barmouth town and beach, it is ideally located out of the way and within a very peaceful setting. The private garden is very well maintained and looks out to sea that shows beautiful sunsets. The shepherds hut was spacious enough for our stay and had everything that we needed. Thank you Hayley and Gareth. We had a lovely weekend.

Great host, and great place. We are always worried about beds being comfy and they were so spacious and comfortable. Toilets and showers clean 24/7. Always someone there to help when we needed it and gave great recommendations. Hot tub was amazing, hugely dog friendly and plenty of space for your dogs to roam! Super friendly hosts and only 30 minutes from Y Garn. Thanks so much for having us, we were so happy with our stay!!

Our stay at this perfect shepherd hurt was unforgettable, onarriving a little else we were greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. The shepherd hut itself was an absolute gem—cozy, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The interior had a warm charm, with soft bedding, a well-stocked kitchenette, and even a small wood-burning stove that made the evenings feel extra special. Me and my partner Ben would like to give a special thank you to Huw, he made our trip a home away from home. And we will be sure to seeing him again very soon. If you're after an unforgettable experience with stunning mountain views, total privacy, and an enchanting little hut, this place is a must-visit. I can’t recommend it highly enough and will definitely be returning for another peaceful retreat in the future.

We had an amazing weekend stay at Jane’s Pod. Beautifully located in private and peaceful surroundings. Jane sent through great instructions regarding the location and it helped greatly when we arrived later than planned. Location is ideal for walks and hikes and after a circular walk to nearby Conwy Falls and Fairy Glen the hot tub was the icing on the cake. Every part of the stay was exceptional, thank you Jane.

We are just back from an idyllic stay on Anglesey at Chez Baggins Hobbit's House. As others have stated before me, the photos of this beautiful location actually don't convey how lovely this place is! The location is incredible and the views across the hills from the accomodarion are just gorgeous. The Hobbit's Hut itself is clean, well provided for and of a really high standard - Perfectly balancing quirkiness and comfort and the external toilets and shower ensure that you can be completely private through the whole of the stay. The outside structures are such a brilliant addition to the plot, again maximizing the views and ensuring that the place can be used all year round. As a host, Mike was impeccable. He was in touch several times ahead of our arrival, flexible on arrival times, and was responsive without being in any way intrusive through our stay. The listing also includes really comprehensive arrival instructions, which were much appreciated and helpful.

If you’re thinking of booking here, do it! Trish & Paul were so friendly on arrival and prior to arrival, bluebell is absolutely beautiful. The views are amazing and the little additional touches was very appreciated. The games barn is a really good addition and something you don’t get in many others! It is defo one of our favourite lodges we have stayed in and we are already looking at when we can come back! The sunset here is AMAZING also. Thank you 💗

Our second visit to this amazing shepherd hut. Lots of nice finishing touches. Well equipped kitchen , great bathroom, and a very comfy bed. Fantastic sun rises, easy access to the coastal path, with outstanding views. Breakfast was a real bonus !! We will be back ..

This was easily one of the most beautiful places I’ve been, the photos are unable to capture the serenity of the space and Jony and Pippa were truly wonderful people. If you are looking for somewhere to completely escape the busy normalities of life and just sit and appreciate a space I can’t suggest this place enough. They were such considerate hosts and we don’t doubt we’ll be back again. Everything about this place is made with creative love and it’s really inspiring to see.

we loved this spacious gorgeous cabant/shepherds hut style. we have stayed in quite a few fabulous shep huts and cabins, and this one is right up there as one of our top favourites. beautifully crafted interior and spacious. so very private, immersed in stunning landscape. we enjoyed full body dips in the stream in spring equinox. the sauna next to the stream looked fab altho we didnt have one. great location within easy reach of heavanly local walks direct from the shep hut and easy drives to mountains and lovely beaches. feeling so grateful to find this amazing place and aim to return.the hosts were perfect too. all absolutely idyllic. we loved everything about this place.

We had a wonderful stay at Tan y Capel. Dave and Rebecca were fantastic hosts and we really appreciated the attention to detail they had given the shepherds hut. The facilities were great, warm and cosy inside and a bbq and hot tub area outside. Prosecco and fresh cookies on arrive were a lovely touch! The views from the hut were spectacular and it was lovely meeting Tony the Pony and friends! We ventured to both The Ship and Ty Coch Inn on foot which allowed us to explore the area, would highly recommend. Thanks for a fab stay!

Great stay at Mark and Jonathan's shepherds hut. Very clean and tidy up on arrival, clear instructions on check in and great aesthetic inside the hut itself. The hosts were very knowledgeable about the local area and gave us a great recommendations.

This was the first holiday together for my partner and I, and wow what a place this was! It was in a great location in the heart of Anglesey while still remaining private due to the way the garden has been carefully grown. It gives off a very cosy and comfy impression, and was spotless and well maintained, and all the amenities were easily accessible. It was lovely to meet the dogs too, just as friendly as mentioned 😁. There’s plenty to do in the local area, most restaurants, shops, bars, and pubs are just a short walk away, and every walk includes scenic views from all angles!! Well worth the price, very affordable for the high quality this cabin is kept in, we would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to visit Anglesey/Bangor, and we will definitely be staying here again! 😎

Ian is an amazing host, responds super was and is very flexible. Went out of his way and made a Welsh cake for me, which was super delicious. The hut has everything you need, just bring your toiletries (self explanatory). Super clean and tidy. Lots of storage space for your stuff. Wish I had stayed more nights!

Quiet and peaceful little haven This place is just perfect if you want to get away from all the hustle and bustle of life. It was so quiet and yet only 5 minutes away from the local town by car. The Hut was so clean and had everything you could need, a really comfortable bed and bedding and a cosy log burner which really keeps the place warm very quickly. The toilets and shower were very clean and it really wasn't a problem to walk the minute and a half to get to them. Teleri and Ned were so responsive, friendly and helpful with recommendations. I can't recommend this place enough and in fact we will definitely visit again.

We had a fantastic couple of days in the Pod. Katherine and Elfed were fantastic hosts and nothing was too much trouble. They were very accommodating of our sixth month old and let us have a later check out. Really friendly and helpful and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend and we will be visiting again I'm sure!

Spent a lovely weekend here, the views were unreal. Not much to do in Harlech but beautiful towns in the surrounding areas which we drove to. The hot tub with the sea view was amazing! The hosts were extremely responsive and friendly. Two lovely little cats kept us company. We really enjoyed our stay, felt like a little home away from home ☺️

We had a fantastic few days seeing in the New Year in Anglesey. Marks accommodation is set in the perfect location to be away from it all but is also just a short car journey away from stunning coastline, amazing scenery and friendly little towns. On arrival Mark greeted us with the key and showed us how to setup the bed and table area he gave us some great recommendations for places to visit and eat. The shepherds hut has everything you could need. The set up was perfect for me, my wife and our little staffy with plenty of room with the bed setup or down. We really can’t recommend this place enough. We really hope to stay here again in the future. It was our dogs first trip away and he felt right at home ☺️
