We had a fantastic stay here. Location couldn’t have been better - 3 minute walk into town for food and drinks. Apartment itself was beautiful inside, very clean and felt fresh and airy. Hannah communicated with us throughout booking process answering any questions I had in a very timely manner. Thank you for allowing us to stay x

Our family enjoyed a lovely long weekend stay. We found the bedrooms comfortable and loved the view from the sitting room windows. The property couldn't be closer to the beach and just a short walk to the train station and local shops. We found Aberdyfi quiet and peaceful and would definitely want to return one day. Thank you 😊

Fabulous half term stay at Beach Terrace. William met us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the apartment including TV and fire place instructions The location is second to none, right in the beach with the shops and restaurants and easy walk We will be back again xx

Lovely first floor apartment, as described. Gorgeous views across the Strait. It was peaceful, Lovely and warm and perfectly clean. It was super easy to gain access via a lock box and there was reserved parking in front of the garage building to the side. It would be possible to get two cars side by side in the parking space. The road up is narrow when you meet a car coming the opposite way, but it's not busy. We didn't walk anywhere so I can't comment on walkability, but it was a great location to visit Conwy (en route), Caernarfon, Anglesey & Criccieth. We had a lovely few days there. The only thing I'd change would be the little love-seat in the window corner; it would've been lovely to have a nice armchair or rocking chair there to sit in and read and/enjoy the view. The love-seat was OK to perch on for a little while, but not really comfortable to sit on for any length of time.

Wonderful time. The property was exactly as expected and Lisa couldn’t do enough to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you Lisa, will definitely come back.

Would 100% recommend this place to stay! Emma was an amazing host , very accommodating and flexible. The place was just as describe with all the facilities you need. The views on to the harbour and location were great! Very clean and tidy place and wish we stayed longer

Another wonderful break at The Lookout. We stayed in the Lower Deck apartment this time which was perfect for the two of us. Spotlessly clean, great shower and very comfy bed! Amazing views out to sea and everything you need just on your doorstep. The hosts provide you with a parking permit for your stay so that you can park literally opposite the apartment, so very convenient. Excellent communication from the hosts, Jules and Lisa, from the minute we booked until check out. We would thoroughly recommend a stay at The Lookout and can’t wait to return again. Fabulous location; the upside down apartment is just on the sea front as you enter Barmouth. Fabulous to look out the lounge window and see the sea and the train chugging past every so often. Fabulous local restaurants, virtually all stores and eateries are independents. We did the Park Run which was fab - thanks Wendy for volunteering there too. Wendy was great at answering my queries and was very helpful. Lots of walking guides in the apartment too.

Really lovely host & excellent communication throughout. The place was pristine and beautifully presented- felt really homely. Easy to access the place. Town is really accessible and in walking distance. We all had a really lovely stay! Would highly recommend. Thank you!!

We had a fantastic stay. The location was great for us to drive to local hikes and we walked down the hill to the local pubs one evening. We loved the cinema screen in the living room and a large selection of DVDs. The living room was a great space, plenty of space for everyone and good sized dining room. Views from the balcony area were gorgeous. The en-suite rooms were great, only complaint would be the fourth room it was very small and contained two single beds with very limited space around the bed, no furniture for clothes or mirrors etc. Would be a good room for children, however the house was excellent value for money so wasn’t too bad having one smaller room. Great hosts and quick on communication, even helped us with sorting parking as we had 6 cars. We fit 3 on the designated area then the others nearby the house.

Our third festive stay. We love this place. Perfect for hosting family who live locally. Lots of communal space and space to spread out. Fabulous to stay in a place with such a well equipped kitchen too particularly at Xmas. Thank you.

We had a great time ,thank you , Lynn ! Check in was flexible,easy and we could arrive early , which allow us to arrange day better and see more . Parking designated area just outside property was an additional benefit! The view from balcony outstanding ! I have watched sunrise from balcony , spectacular ! Great walks around ,lovely beaches , great food and yummy ice cream! For breakfast we can recommend Breaktimes , we really enjoyed food there. Amazing small village with character ! Our flat was better then we expected , clean , lovely decor , well equipped , warm , spacious ,very comfortable bed, great network . Lynn communicates well ,she is friendly , all instructions and recommendations sent were very clear and helpful. Old train station just next door and we could watch old steam trains coming. Lovely galleries around and we bought Fuss Glass Art gift in Criccieth which reminds us our great weekend . We can't wait when we return to discover more in this lovely area!

the house was gorgeous, with beautiful views absolutely perfect for a girls weekend away for my 40th birthday celebrations 🍾. even managed to cook a full English breakfast/ evening buffet on the aga 😋 there was plenty of kitchen dishes and utensils and a few local pubs in walking distance and a lovely Chinese take away. we made full use of the massive table it was so lovely to have everyone sitting around it chatting/eating playing quiz games, had an amazing weekend.

Thus place is an absolute gem. Such a lovely location right by the beach. The house is gorgeous too - so spacious and had all of the amenities we needed, a real home from home. Communication was great and I’m so grateful that they helped me with an item that I left that was valuable to me. I can’t wait to come back here again and bring my son and my dog, it’s just the most perfect getaway. Thank you so much for being such great hosts 🙂

We had a fab week celebrating my 60th birthday - a beautiful house in a superb location for walking, cycling and kayaking. Superb facilities and a great host.

This is a truly beautiful house which has been carefully renovated with real attention to detail. Thought and love has been given to the presentation and it is this and the amazing views that really sets it apart. Sitting in the dining room looking across to the ever changing view is a sheer delight for all ages in all weathers. It is a beatiful home from home. We had an amazing and really special stay. The most beautiful setting. Exactly as advertised. Clean, neat, tidy and uncluttered. Sarah was very helpful and made great suggestions of places to go and things to do. Loved it.

Great little gem of a place, right on the seafront at Barmouth. We were grateful that Geoff gave us advance notice that we could arrive a bit earlier for checking in, which helped us make the most of our stay. It was lovely to be greeted with a bottle of Prosecco too, a very generous welcome. The place is lovely, is exactly as described, it was quick to heat up after we arrived (we visited in February), the facilities seemed great, although we didn’t do any cooking during our stay. Bed was comfy, although at 6’4”, I found it a little small for me. Bathroom is lovely, plenty big, very clean and everything works well. The location is brilliant - you can see the sea and it’s a short walk to both the beach and the town, including Barmouth’s pubs and restaurants. Barmouth is a beautiful little seaside town, with its long beaches, mountainous backdrop, great places to eat and drink - it’s massively underrated. Geoff was very friendly and responsive, I would recommend and we will stop again

I had a wonderful three-day stay at this cozy and well-equipped Airbnb. The host, Chris, was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making sure everything was perfect. The amenities were superb, and there was so much to do in the area—exploring the wilderness, taking a short walk to the river, and even a dipping pool nearby (though we ran out of time to check it out). The location was ideal, just a short drive to all the main tourist spots. But the highlight for me was the glass window above the attic—perfect for stargazing at night. I was lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the aurora, which made the stay even more magical. I would definitely recommend this place to friends, and if I get the chance, I’d love to stay here again. An amazing stay at Heidi's! The property was beautifully decorated and spotless with everything we needed. The views were so gorgeous I could have stayed inside the whole time. We had some great walks and went to some lovely places for food. A great location and can't wait to book again. Thanks so much x

We had a brilliant stay at Porthmadog Andy was super helpful we couldn’t off asked for a better host. The apartment had everything needed for your stay is super cosy nestled on a peaceful estate on the harbour

Perfect for my son and I, handy ammenities for basic cooking that will save you money on having to eat out every meal. spotlessly clean and very helpful instructions! would definitely recommend and will be my first choice when visiting Barmouth again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beachcomber's Apartment. The accommodation is well thought out and is cosy and spacious with everything we needed to hand. The local area is stunningly beautiful with lots to do. We were treated to some fantastic October sunshine so spent quite a bit of time on the beach just opposite.
