Lovely accommodation with great views. The area is still new and there are lots of construction around the building however this was not an issue and we had a great stay.

Lovely apartment and Van was a great host. Some strong winds blew over plant pots and things on the balcony and the next day they were cleared and tidied up. A very attentive host and a lovely view of Halong bay with a great restaurant downstairs.

Linh was very helpful and responsive to all our concerns and needs. She was able to help us book a motorbike for two days, even though we were only there for a short period. She even helped us book a private transfer from her condo to Cat Bi Airport, as we were traveling to Da Nang after our last day in Ha Long. To the condo, it was all modern and beautiful. It has all the amenities that was listed on the airbnb app. It was spotless, clean and very classy place. It has wide spaces and facing with a beautiful view of the Ha Long Beach and the bridge. The place is located 14 mins to the Ha Long International Cruise port where you can have your full day or hall day tour to Ha Long Bay, Ti Top Island, Sun Sot Cave and etc( P.S. depends on your package tour😉). The Sun World Ha Long where the Amusement Park, Cable Car and Ocean Park are is only 16 mins.away both are by motorbike😉. *거실,부엌,방2(침대2),화장실2/헤어 드라이기 2개/화장실 깨끗함/베란다에 건조 기능 있는 9kg LG세탁기 있음/거실과 방에 삼성 에어컨 있음(세제,섬유유연제 있음)/깨끗한 수건/세면용품 구비-헤드앤숄더 샴푸,바디워시,여성청결제,면도크림 있음* 하롱베이 크루즈 당일투어 후 이용했어요~리뷰가 없어 걱정했지만 결론부터 말씀 드리자면 추천 드립니다! 우선 호스트님이 너무너무 친절하시고 소통을 위해 많은 노력을 해주셨어요 숙소 외에 문제들도 도와주셔서 이번 하노이 여행에 도움이 많이 됐어요! 숙소는 한국 기준으로 고급 오피스텔 느낌입니다! 수영장도 있고 헬스장도 있다고 하는데 수영장은 저희 일정상 이용하지 못 해서 아쉽지만 좋아보이더라고요..꼭 이용하세요! 1층 로비에는 경비원분들이 늘 계시고 출입,엘레베이터 탑승할 때 카드가 있어야해서 보안도 좋아요 로비에 음료,과자 자판기도 있고 마트랑 약국도 있음…👍 위치는 대부분 택시를 타고 이동을 했지만 가까웠고 그랩보다 알려주신 택시 어플이 더 저렴해서 유용했어요 주변에 한국인이 좋아할만한 BBQ 레스토랑 맛집을 발견해서 호스트님께 공유 드렸으니 여쭤보고 가보시는 것도 추천드려요! 사파,하노이,하롱베이 여행을 다녀왔는데 이용했던 숙소들 중에 최고였습니다 베트남에서 이정도 청결이면 호텔 수준입니다 에어비앤비 후기를 작성하는 편이 아니지만 꼭 후기를 남기고 싶을 정도로 완벽했습니다! 물고기들과 화려한 색을 가지고 있는 멋진 새우 3마리도 건강했으면 좋겠어요^^ 제 리뷰가 도움이 됐으면 하네요 모두들 건강하고 행복하세요♥️

Perfect villa for group family trip. Well- equipped kitchen & living room

What a fantastic place! I can't imagine there are places in the same price category that can offer as much as Orestay Homestay does. Nice and clean big rooms, comfy beds and pillows, fast internet, new TV's, helpful and really friendly hosts, great breakfast, relaxing atmosphere in the garden. I've been traveling for a month and this was definitely the place where I got most value for my money. A perfect place to stay for a couple of days if you're visiting Ha Long.

⭐ Sandy is an amazing host! ⭐ The apartment is in a Five Star Hotel Apartments with a view of Halong Bay, It’s incredibly beautiful, peaceful and spotless clean 🧼✨. The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities for cooking and 🍳, laundry 🧺. Everything was just perfect – I truly felt at home 🏡💖. Great place to stay

Beautiful 3 bedrooms condo about 15 minutes drive to Tau Chau International Marina and 5 minutes walk to the Halong Night Market. We love the Philly cheese steak pizza being served at the hotel restaurant located by the main lobby. A peaceful place to go walking or jogging early on the morning. It was an awesome 4 days vacation in Halong Bay.

Tutto perfetto, molto disponibile. Ho chiesto aiuto per il trasferimento con Taxi per l’aeroporto di Hanoi. La signorina è stata molto disponibile ad aiutarmi ed in tempi velocissimi. L’appartamento rispettava le aspettative, molto confortevole e pulito.

the room is in luxirious condo/residence with plenty of natural light,big bathroom and spacious living room.we had mountain view from our room.Plenty of options to walk around just by the beach or in the neighborhood.I used to walk for hours enjoying the incredible view of beautifilly designed apartments.local market recommended by the host has plenty of options for shopping(seafood,meat,vege etc) for those who enjoy cooking.we felt home there and was sad to leave as we had a peaceful time there.Hope to be able to come back again.

Après un mois passé à Ho Chi Minh parmi la pollution la circulation stressante, car très intense et très bruyante bruit nous avons eu beaucoup de mal a nous adapter à ce logement ou malgré des travaux de construction à proximité nous nous serions cru dans un autre monde ;Si vous souhaitez vous déconnecter je vous conseille de réserver ce superbe logement quasiment neuf avec une magnifique vue du 5ième étage avec en plus une plage privée à 50 mètres deux piscines situées dans l immeuble dont une au 40 nième étage avec une vue à vous couper le souffle sans oublier la jeune fille à l'accueil très serviable et le propriétaire très réactif. Parlons de ce qui fâche je parle du prix qui est à mon avis indécent je vous laisse juger 380 € pour un mois en mai contre le même pour 15 jours ailleurs très peu de magasins à proximité mais de nombreux taxis a proximité pour pas cher par rapport à la France
