Perfect place to stay in Tam Coc, right by the lake. Can watch boats go past and walking distance to all the restaurantes in Tam Coc. Can hire bicycles from here and they’re always happy to help

It felt like we were inside a Wes Anderson film. Because we stayed during the off-season at a resort, we were practically the only ones there. It was weird but it was the most memorable and fun stay of our whole vacation. Listing was misleading for time of year, however we found the quirks to be endearing. Highly recommend, especially during Winter :)

I had an amazing stay at Cozy Son hotel. There was really personal care taken by Linh and his family throughout my stay from renting a motorbike and bicycle, helping me with my bus tickets or just helping me with cash when I lost my debit card during my trip. It was just a great experience and the rooms are big, soft cushions and really great location bit away from hustle and bustle of main Tam Coc market. Highly recommend the stay here.

Wir konnten etwas früher in unser Zimmer einchecken, im Zimmer war alles super, schön groß! Die Lage war perfekt mit vielen Restaurants und Bars in der Umgebung, aber trotzdem ruhig. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten waren mit dem Toller gut erreichbar (Roller konnte man im Airbnb mieten für 150.000 / Tag). Hat uns gut gefallen!

I stayed for a month, which is a long time but I really enjoyed my stay. Communication was always great with everyone there. I first arrived late but they had no problem meeting me when I arrived. Everyone there was always nice, friendly and wanting to talk to me. The location is great. Having to walk down the road in between rice paddies and the rock formations was always enjoyable. It was quiet and beautiful. I had such a good time there.

The best Airbnb in Tam Coc , Ning Binh area, Host is a super friendly and caring family and Mr. Thanh is the most communicative host that was always making sure that my stay is well hosted and he always asked if I needed anything 👍! I will stay here again when I come back to Tam Coc. Location is convenient located within minutes to the walking street of Tam Coc and has lots of restaurants and shops for travelers . Also this Airbnb is located behind the busy street, but tugged away by others houses in between so you can get quiet sleeps at nights. ❤️👍Thank you Mr. Thanh and his family took care of me when I was here.

Gutes Apartment mit sehr leckeren Frühstück. Nguyen hat uns Fahrräder zu einem günstigen Preis ausgeliehen und für 200.000 VND durften wir sogar bis 20 Uhr in der Unterkunft bleiben was uns den Reisetag deutlich vereinfacht hat. Nguyen war immer sehr freundlich.

Super environnement, la nature est incroyable et les hôtes sont chaleureux et toujours à l’écoute. C’est un endroit qui en vaut la peine si on aime la nature, les animaux et se balader. Les alentours valent la peine d’être visiter et de surtout s’y perdre en scooter (pas cher et le meilleur paysage) !!! Je recommande!

It has the beautiful river view... feeling very relaxed, peaceful, and calm in the morning... The room is clean, and spacious... Truly like the services, and people there... they treat you really nice, and good care... We definitely want to stay this hotel again if we ever come back Ninh Binh...
