Great stylish and cozy house with awesome fire pit. Perfect for our family and 3 year old - very nice touches for traveling kids but not the only reason to stay there. Location suited us fine - nothing really within walking distance but was a good base for our driving back and forth around SoCal. Hosts helpful and everything clean and enjoyable.

This was our 2nd stay in a couple weeks due to the fires and it was so nice to be back as we feel at home in this cozy cottage. Everything we could need in a beautiful, zen environment. Love the neighborhood, my husband and I felt safe walking later every evening. Wonderful town in walking distance with a great selection of amazing restaurants. Gillan is special host. She’s been so helpful to us during displacement from the Eaton fire. Thank you again for your hospitality!

We were displaced due to the Eaton Fires - Farnoosh and Farbod were wonderful hosts. We stayed at the house for many weeks while our home was being remediated. The house was exactly as described in the listing and was extremely comfortable for us. Our hosts were both very responsive when we had questions about the area, the house or suggesting restaurants, markets, etc.. The house itself was well-appointed, in a quiet and fun neighborhood and very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were great. The outdoor space was perfect with a lovely sitting area and a barbecue. The neighborhood is really fun - we had a great time exploring - from the Silverlake Flea Market to so many great restaurants, all nearby. While we were not visiting for a vacation, it would be a wonderful spot to explore Los Angeles from. Our family is incredibly grateful to Farnoosh and Farbod for accommodating us in our time of need!

Perhaps the best Airbnb we've stayed in to date. Tracy's place had everything it advertised, and lived up to the great reviews. Our family of 6 had a great time hanging out, and enjoying the awesome views. From up on the hilltop, you can see for miles and miles, and taking in the Disneyland fireworks from the deck was a fun experience. The primary suite was spacious, and the secondary bedrooms were more than adequate for our adult kids. The bathrooms were clean, and had all the amenities listed. I can't comment much on the kitchen as we ate all our meals out and only used the refrigerator and nespresso machine, but the supply of nespresso pods and creamers was much appreciated. If the Tustin Hills is an area that you're looking to stay in, I'd highly recommend Tracy's place, and should we be back in the area we'd definitely return.

Taylor’s place was exactly what we were looking for. Perfect location for walking to local restaurants. Good yard for kids to play. Very clean and a really good vibe. We will be back!

We're a family of four with a pooch. We loved this house. We made meals in the kitchen, played games in the living room, bummed it on the couch and relaxed in the backyard. This is why you get an AirBnB versus checking into a hotel. We truly had our own space - in & out. Plus, it is a short drive to all the surrounding restaurants, bars and shops. The only challenge parking in the driveway - not a lot room to maneuver our minivan into the narrow space. This place is a favorite.

Hands down one of the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at. First off such a beautiful home in a great area. The inside of the home was so clean. Big kitchen with many appliances and cooking utensils. I loved the game area with the billiards table and many game option. Beautiful backyard to relax and wind down. Definitely would recommend if you’re looking to stay in the area. And our host Autumn was amazing. Thanks for sharing your home!

Steven’s 1-bedroom apartment was perfect for our visit. It is the lower level of his home and located in a beautiful residential section of Glendale. The apartment was roomy and easy to live in (good sofa, big TV, and comfortable bed with crisp sheets). BUT the best part was the amazing outdoor living space! Big dining table under cover, beautifully manicured and tiered terraces with an incredible pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay here again!
