Perfect for a long weekend! We were in town visiting family and this location was perfect. Very walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. We had two young toddlers with us and the flat was ideal for them - super safe with nothing to really baby proof, no stairs or level changes, etc. and the easily accessible outdoor areas were great for letting the kids run around and expel some energy. The inside was very spacious and felt more like a house than an apartment. Overall a very easy stay and good experience.

April’s place was the perfect location for our stay! She was incredibly accommodating and attentive to any issues that came up, always providing great communication and hospitality. The amenities were excellent, and my pets were comfortable throughout our three-month stay. It truly felt like a second home! I would absolutely book with her again in the future :)

Beautiful stay in DTLA. Free parking just across the street. It was fully equipped with everything you might need, beautiful ceiling windows and a nice rooftop jacuzzi. Host is very responsive

We enjoyed staying for 11 days at Richard's charming and comfortable Monrovia apartment, that was more like a guest house. A great place for the 2 of us and our fur baby! Richard was a great host, very responsive and considerate. We loved walking through the neighborhood and old town Monrovia. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay with ample space and an incredibly kind Host at that. I was experiencing issues extending my stay because of Airbnb's payment processing system and the Host was incredibly helpful, understanding, and patient the entire time which I greatly appreciated. The apartment itself is within a larger single level property shared between 2 other units. The living room area is large and spacious; The way its interior is decorated, along with the furniture layout, really made me feel like I was back home in my living room. The walls are very thin and I often heard the sound of the neighbors talking and moving things around. There isn't a kitchen but there's a standard size kitchen refrigerator and a toaster, microwave, coffee maker and plenty of clean dishes/utensils provided. The sliding door leads to a shared backyard/courtyard with lemon/orange trees which is also very spacious and surprisingly peaceful and private. There's plenty of room for street parking. Loved it! 5/5⭐

The location was perfect for us. Walking to distance to all the nice restaurants, parks and other things to do in Montrose. Very nice and peaceful area well off the main road. Very clean and nice property. While we didn’t cook everything is there and nicely organized if we had wanted to. Nice comfortable beds. Anthony is a very friendly and welcoming host. Will seek to stay there again if we come to that area again. Wonderful stay!

So cute! Great location for getting around LA but still having some peace and quiet at night. Felt very safe and the outdoor patio was the BEST! Thanks again!

Richard is a very responsive and friendly host! I have booked with Richard before and since the first time with him was so wonderful, I couldn’t help but book this listing since I needed a place in the Alhambra area for my visit. Check-in was very smooth. Clean towels were in every room. The bathrooms were all clean. There are single twin size beds in each of the living rooms. The location is great because it is close to many restaurants and also grocery stores. It’s very convenient. Everyone in my group enjoyed their stay!

This was by far the best experience. Danny’s communication was great! He was so friendly! Greeted us when we got there, and bid farewell when we left. We honestly felt like we were staying with a friend, we were so comfortable. The place was beautiful and extremely clean. Location was peaceful. We felt very safe, and had absolutely no issues! I would 100% recommend staying here! We have already talked about another trip back out! Thank you, Danny, for being such a wonderful host!!

Wonderful home that was clean and cozy and exactly as described. The host was always responsive and kind. The home was well stocked and had everything you could want with some cool extras like a popcorn machine and some delicious coffee. We would not hesitate to stay again. We forgot some chargers at the house and we were notified shortly after our departure and were able to stop back by to pick them up. Very kind and awesome people. 5 stars!

David was a great host and his place was as expected. Instructions were clear, check-in was easy, and he accommodated a later check-out (which we appreciated since we were traveling with kids). Airbnb itself was clean and had everything we need to feel right at home. We cooked, did laundry, played video games, and entertained the kids like we would have at home. Good restaurants nearby and close to a Costco and Target.

This airbnb was perfect for our weekend trip. The rooms were spacious & the bathrooms were clean. The host was very inviting and accommodating to our needs. I also appreciated the host being prompt with their responses to us. Would recommend this space to anyone that needs a central place to stay!

Flora's place was perfectly for our cross-generational family of 7. It was convenient to a nearby hotel with a Starbucks and other grocery stores, etc. The place was clean and fairly well-stocked. Flora, in particular, was very responsive to all of our needs and communicated really well with us about small, normal issues we had. All in all - it was a nice stay!

Brandon's place was very nice. The apartment itself exceeded expectations. Immaculate and well stocked kitchen made cooking very easy. The bed is firm -- about an 8 out of 10. I personally love a firm bed and found it to be very comfortable. Another thing to note is that the area is very noisy and dangerous with mentally ill drug addicts everywhere. I was followed by two sketchy individuals on Friday morning at 7 a.m. into the CVS as they attempted to box me in and trap me in an aisle. Luckily I have street smarts and am very aware of my surroundings and was able to escape, others might not have been so lucky. Note I am a 6 foot tall muscular male, usually not someone's first target. Also note, CA has effectively criminalized self-defense much like NY has, so fleeing is your only option. None of this is Brandon's fault, of course. Just pointing it out for those not aware of the area. Overall a great stay if one stays inside the bldg and runs out to jump into an Uber.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay here! We came to LA for a nice getaway for a few days. I loved the apartment. Everything was clean and the view was amazing!! Lobby staff was very nice and helpful as well. The host were awesome and gave us suggestions where to eat/visit. We took advantage of the free museum near by, which Giselle recommended, and i loved it. My favorite part was probably the rooftop pool and jacuzzi! The view up there was to die for! I am definitely going to keep this place in mind next time i’m in California!!

Place was clean, tidy and appreciated the doorman for security in downtown LA. Comfy bed and spacious apt. Some sounds audible from upstairs unit, but not bad. Noise abatement windows helpful, though random sounds on 1-2 nights are part of downtown living. Parking was a bit of a challenge as original instructions sent were not correct, and only exit was possible from where it said to enter in building lot across the street. Didn't realize this til 930 pm, and messaged Ali and asked for a call to clarify, and he did respond right away, which was appreciated. It was about $10 to uber/lyft to convention center, or a 20 min walk, about 1 mile, which was convenient. Kitchen well appointed. Great choice close to convention center given the free, secure parking. We did encounter security making rounds in lot across the street and car was fine.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Location was perfect for our needs and there was good coffee on the block and great food very close by. Having parking included was great and pretty easy. Great place to stay downtown LA and USC adjacent. Friendly, responsive hosts!

Our stay was great. We really enjoyed the thorough communication and the location was perfect for our trip to Disney!

Came to Downtown LA for a conference and location was a great location walkable to the LA Convention Center and to surrounding areas. Parking was very helpful as we rented a car to explore areas outside of Downtown LA. The building is in the theatre district and was walkable to most of Downtown LA while being a few minutes drive to more tourist attraction locations. There is also public transport (bus) across the street from the apartment as well but we opted for a rental car to explore outside Downtown. There is 24 hour doorman assistance to get into the building but check-in, entering, and leaving is pretty easy. The apartment itself is nice and quiet with an artistic flair which was a nice touch. All amenities listed were useful and utilized minus the rooftop pool which I heard is one of the highlights; however, with my schedule, we were not able to use. Highly recommended listing for its location and convenience when needing to stay in Downtown LA.

Perfect Pasadena location close to everything. This was easily the best appointed rental I’ve visited, complete with all kitchen supplies, extra pillows and towels, all the useful extras.

Eve’s place right across the street from Disneyland was great! The unit was the perfect size, much more comfortable and relaxing than a hotel after a long day at Disney. We had 7 people total; 4 adults and 3 kids (2 under 4) and it worked well for us. It’s a really easy walk to Disney as well. Everything in the unit was perfect and it was well appointed with amenities. Eve was responsive to questions and provided great instructions. The unit was very quiet, did not hear neighbors but could watch the Disney fireworks from the patio which was a bonus. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area and would choose Eve’s place over a hotel next time for a trip to Disney.
