I enjoyed every minute of my stay in this spacious, light-filled and homey apartment in the peaceful and green neighborhood of Neve Avivim in the vicinity of the Tel Aviv university, only twenty minutes away walking distance to a beautiful beach, and twenty minutes away bus ride to the center of Tel Aviv. There are several small shopping centers in the vicinity with ample coffee shops and restaurants where the locals hang out. This is a perfect location if you are looking for a central and vibrant but quiet area with ample parking.

Anat is a wonderful and friendly host who was very responsive to all my questions. Her place is clean and wonderful to stay in as well as a very good location for visiting Tel Aviv and IDC. I would highly recommend staying here with your whole family if you are visiting anyone in the area.

Highly recommend. Beautiful place in a great location, steps from the beach, restaurants and Shops. Apartment is clean and well stocked with needed kitchen, bathroom and bedroom necessary items. Eitamar is great host, responsive, polite and friendly.

Nathan let us stay at his beautiful Airbnb this weekend and he really made us feel at home and cared for. He was really sweet and showed us everything and made sure we felt like this was our home. Not only was the Airbnb just gorgeous , it was really private and we spent our time in the hot tub and we sat around the fire place. Everyone from us loved it and I really recommend it for everybody who’s looking for a weekend away. Also it was perfect because it’s a few minute drive to the supermarket if anything was needed last minute. 10/10 would come for another weekend.

Галит, очень отзывчивая и заботливая, быстро решает все вопросы и проблемы. Место очень подходит для детей, рядом большой парк. Квартиры соответствуют фотографиям и по большему оснащены всем. Рядом стройка почти закончилась но иногда еще шумят в течении дня.

Perfect location and easy access to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, coffee bars, public transport etc. One block from the main road but very quiet with a wonderful balcony, good-size indoor living area and great wifi.

Great place! Te apartment is very clean and nice With homely atmosphere.. The apartment has everything you need for stay. 4 minutes by walk to the beach and for many restaurants and cafes. Heated pool is great I will come back for sure

Gabriel’s apartment was fantastic for our needs. 5 of us stayed there for nearly 2 weeks- it was very spacious, extremely well equipped with everything we could possibly need & Gabriel told us that we could use everything that was in the apartment such as food, bathroom supplies etc which was fantastic. The location is excellent; a quiet area yet close in walking distance to the port & beach, to the Yarkon park & to the city. Gabriel was very friendly, helpful & responsive. I definitely recommend his place.

The apartment is even better than the listing photos, with a comfortable living room space even with the sofa bed pulled out there was space for myself, my husband and our two kids. I particularly appreciated that there were three cozy chairs so we didn't feel the need to close up the sofa during the day for seating. The view is a showstopper, with sea views in both the living room and bedroom. We didn't plan to cook or have any meals in the kitchen, but it was really nice to have the hot water kettle, mugs and glasses and even some tea/coffee supplies left available. The space was tidy and designed thoughtfully and modern but not cold. Extra pillows and blankets were easy to find. The only thing I would add is that I was prepared to search for a parking spot given the location, and was relieved that there was a large outdoor lot just across the street.

I enjoyed the visit a Zion place. The place is very clean and easy to find. Zion was nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Perfect stay for a couple. Tomer was extremely easy to deal with. His apartment is ready for you to just go and enjoy. It is unbelievable all the little extras he leaves for his guests. The area is beautiful and the short walk to the beach is so easy. Look forward to going again

אירחנו שלושה אורחים מאירופה לאירוע משפחתי שהתקיים בפורים. בחרנו אתהדירה של קרלוס מתוך מגוון נכסים באיזור קיסריה/זיכרון. לאורחים שלנו היו חשובים מספר פרמטרים כאשר החשובים בהם היו: ניקיון, זמינות ושקט. לגבי הניקיון: הדירה נקייה ומסודרת וממש לא צריך כלום כדי להרגיש שהנכס מושקע. לגבי הזמינות: קרלוס היה שם תמיד לכל שאלה ונתן מענה מהיר כשנדרש. לגבי השקט: האורחים שהגיעו מערים סואנות חזרו לביתם מסוחררים מציוצי ציפורים והשקט במתחם (שהוא סגור ועם שמירה 24/7). תודה רבה!

everything was fine.. apartment for up to 3 people or small family. all necessary appliances inside so no need to take a big luggage. maybe not spectacular views or luxury inside, but very clean and definitely worth the price. nice and helpful host.

הכל היה מדהים והדירה נקייה מסודרת סהר זמין ושירותי והכל היה מקסים בדירה יפיפיה בנוף יפה ולא היה חסר כלום הכל מאובזר ברמה מקסימלית הדבר היחידי שביאס שגם לפני אחד עשרה צריך ממש להיות בשקט שמנו שירים בטלפון אפילו לא בטלוויזיה וזה הפריע לשכן ליד וגם ששמנו סרט הפריע לו.. חוץ מזה היה חוויה טובה מאוד

דירה מקסימה, נקייה ונעימה! קרובה לאחוזה, למסעדות , סופר, בתי כנסת. לא חסר כלום! כל מה שצריך בשביל שהות קצרה וארוכה! נהדרת למשפחות! ממש נהננו ואנחנו עוד נחזור:)

Notre séjour au sein de l’appartement de Mordehai s’est extrêmement bien déroulé ! L’emplacement exceptionnel ( a deux minutes du kikar à pied) , la propreté et la réactivité de Mordehai nous ont permis de nous sentir extrêmement à l’aise ! Les lits sont quand à eux très confortables, ce qui est un critère important pour mon époux. Les chambres et le salon sont parfumés délicatement ce qui apporte d’autant plus de douceur et de fraîcheur ! Je n’ai rien à redire ! Je garde en tête cet appartement pour mon séjour prochain! Enfin, je remercie Mordehai pour la tarification exceptionnelle. Belle journée. Sarah MALKA

Travelers can expect a nice large kitchen open to a large living area, nice sized covered porch and any amenity needed in the home. The host is fantastic! Great street parking AND a garage spot comes with. You can’t go wrong!
