We had a fantastic time at Bach’s place! The place was spacious, clean, well equipped, perfect for our group. The billiards table and Netflix projector made our evenings really enjoyable. Bach and his team were super responsive and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. The location was also convenient, with great food options nearby. Overall, a great experience, and we’d definitely recommend it to others visiting Hanoi!

Great location. Large enough for groups. Only problem we had was there’s a small crack at the front door so I’m thinking that’s how little bugs get in. It wasn’t a big issue though. I would stay here again

We had a nice comfortable stay. Really enjoyed the location and easy walking to lots in the old quarter. The rooms were exactly as described. The bathrooms were a bit small and basic but fit our needs.

The bed and mattress here for me and my companion had the experience of a high-class hotel. The owner Thang was very supportive. I will come back here next time.

We are a couple and a mother traveling together, so Lyn‘s apartment is perfect for our need - with 2 separate bedrooms and easy access to toilet from both rooms. The apartment is very clean and located near the old street so we can walk easily to the places we want to go. Lyn also gave clear introductions to help us find the apartment easily and offered us to store our luggages at another place nearby after our check-out. Will come back again if I visits Hanoi again.

The place was spotless and well-maintained, perfect for our family's needs. We all had a great night's sleep thanks to the quiet surroundings and comfortable beds. The host also provided all the basic personal hygiene essentials, which was a thoughtful touch. The kitchen and dining area were clean, well-equipped, and spacious, making mealtime a breeze. We were also grateful for the host's flexibility when we needed to stay an extra hour without any extra charge. Overall, our stay was perfect, and I wouldn't hesitate to come back someday. The place is the same as in the photos. Hoa is very responsive.

Nams was so clean and comfortable a good range of kitchen ware as well the water cooler was very thoughtful and the washer and dryer were the cherry on top excellent highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

alles war super, Henry war sehr hilfsbereit. Für den Preis kann man nicht viel falsch machen. 1 minus Punkt jedoch das Bad war etwas unsauber. Es fehlte die Handseife. Aber dennoch würde ich auf jedenfall erneut buchen. Danke

Apartment is as pictured; plus -comfortable bed -smart tv - nice building -attached to mall (separate entrance) w/ grocery store, coffee, delicious restaurants, pharmacy + typical stores Things to be aware of -minimal cutlery -hang dry clothes (no dryer)

Austin was an amazing host, very proactive and friendly. He made sure that we are well oriented to the house and the surrounding. The airbnb itself was a cosy place, well located, good security and very clean. Definitely recommend!

Nam's place is a great modern two-bedroom apartment. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. There were no issues, and the location is very good with lots of facilities nearby - restaurants, a supermarket, coffee shops and some bars. Excellent place for a long stay and to work from. It's a relatively short walk down to the lake front, and to many of Hanoi's sights, and around an hour's walk to the Old Town and French Quarter. I would definitely stay here again.
