Beautiful place to stay in Hanoi. Full worth of money spend. Very neat and clean place to stay. New towels and good toiletries. Kitchen is fully equipped. Ms Quynh is Very responsive and helpful. Less than two km from Old Quarter Market.

The place looked very nice and cozy for 4 of us, when we came back to Hanoi. The apartment was clean and great to have the amenities available, especially since we needed washing machine to wash our clothes. Although it took us a bit of time to find the place at the first night when we arrived, it was a private and quite place for us to rest when we got in. Also, Lily was very helpful and responsive when we had a question about the door lock and answered us in few minutes which was really nice of her, especially at night, and we really appreciated it. We all loved how she decorated the place and the cute balcony the place had on the top floor. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this place and liked how it was not too far from the old town area and all the action in the city!:D

Nhà siêu rộng rãi thoải mái, 3pn mà còn có 1 phòng có 2 giường tầng to nên có thể ở đến 6 người vẫn okie. Xung quanh hàng xóm lớn tuổi nên mọi người lưu ý không làm ồn là được. Xin cám ơn chị chủ nhà đã cho tụi e check out trễ hơn 2 tiếng vì chị chưa có lịch đặt phòng mới mà cũng không lấy thêm phụ phí gì. Chị hỗ trợ qua tin nhắn & điện thoại cũng rất nhanh luôn.

We loved our stay here, it was super cozy and well located. The street it is on has cute coffee shops and places to eat, the space itself was immaculate and great value for money. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Hanoi.

All the pictures match the listing. Although the actual view from the balcony is even better in person, especially at night. There are coffee shops and shopping mall right next to the listing so it is really convenient location. There is even a supermarket/ grocery store within the mall. There is a kids cafe and arcade to keep kids entertained and lots of delicious restaurants in the mall. The host was really communicative and responded quickly to any inquiries. All amenities listed was there. There was also premium streaming service provided on the television. On the day of checking out, my son accidentally forgot his iPad and the host was quick to contact us about it. The host was easy to work with and was able to return the iPad to us within the hour. My family really enjoyed staying there. I can’t recommended this place enough and next time I am in Hanoi, I will definitely be staying here again.

We have really enjoyed our stay in Tran's apartment. It is well designed and located in a great location where you can easily access to restaurants, shopping mall, gym and much more. On top of that, the host is very responsive and friendly. I would highly recommend Tran's apartment to anyone looking for a place like home in Hanoi.

Nice apartment with comfortable beds, good air con, good internet, daily cleaning and a super market next door. There are a few restaurants around and you can walk to the lake. One negative point is that you have to take a 15 min taxi ride to reach all the sights, activities and cool bars and restaurants in the old quarter.

Thuy and Phuong were very helpful and responsive prior to and throughout or stay. We had no issues getting into the apartment (the electronic lock is very useful). The location is ideal as it's quieter than the Old Quarter but only a five minute walk away from it. There are lovely restaurants and cafes in the area and it's not difficult to find public transport nearby. The apartment is just like how it looks in the pictures with all amenities provided. The hosts left us two large bottles of water which was much appreciated. The only downside was the shower, which only stayed warm for about 3-4 minutes, even after leaving the immersion on for longer than recommended. Overall, I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here if you are visiting Hanoi. Thanks again to Thuy and Phuong!

We really enjoyed our stay with S. Sens Homes and Trần Vân Anh. The host provided very helpful instructions for checking in and was great at communicating. The apartment was comfortable and pretty quiet compared to staying in Old Quarter. We thought the area was excellent and close to everything you need. We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to see. There were snacks and giant water bottles included as well. We would recommend staying here.
