Great space to have to ourselves with the whole upper floor self contained and spacious. Close to all the action in Hoi An on a quiet back street. Ten minute walk (or 2 minute scooter ride) to the main tourist area but plenty of places to stop and eat/drink on the way. Tidy, easy access. Would recommend

The apartment is great for family. Many convenience stores nearby as well as a big mall just takes 10 min to walk. However, the house is quite empty, only basic furnitures and amenities. There are not enough toothbrushes for everyone, and only a few packages of shampoo and shower gel, but you can buy quickly at some stores right inside the building.

Very convenient, close to the pedestrian street, there is a cafe downstairs, and there is a whiskey bar at night, I like it very much

We had a few hiccups with our original Airbnb, so our review is solely based on our experience with the hosts and not this exact listing. The hosts were very communicative and responsive to all my questions. They had a staff member to help us with check-in, especially when we had a really late check-in. They were willing to be flexible and helpful. They also helped us arrange for a car pick up from the airport. The rooms we were in were spacious; water pressure and air conditioner worked really well. Good location that was a quick Grab away from the main attractions; we also had access to a coffee shop downstairs that was spacious and cool. Overall the hosts were clear and the space was good! We initially wanted one place with four rooms, with a shared communal living room for our party, however we ended up with four separate rooms on the same floor, which ended up working well. They were sure to accommodate specifically what we asked for when there was a minor hiccup! Great hosts.

This is really centrally located and very good value. The terrace and balcony were a bonus although I didn’t get to use them. I would just advise (general advice for Hanoi) is that it is a very loud city. Unfortunately I have terrible sleeping problems so was unable to sleep at Hieus. The clattering of street vendors goes on way past midnight and I think there may be a mosque nearby as I heard loud bells at 4:33 (call to prayer?) also Vietnamese kids are LOUD and the teachers speak to them on loudspeaker and they start their lessons with drums. So if you don’t have any issues with noise I highly recommend this place for its real charm. And thanks to Hieu for his help (there is a water pump that wizzes every two seconds on the roof, but he told me how to turn it off) :) xxx

I appreciated the neighborhood and the ability to go through day to day life without the pressure of tourist based businesses around me. Old quarter is a comfortable walk up the road if you want that experience, maybe ten minutes to the south side of lake Hoàn Kiếm.

Lovely place. The staff at the building were all very nice and considerate. I'd choose this place over newer apartments without room service and concierge service any day. The serenity is also hard to find in Hanoi.
