everything is good, clean and spacious apartment. Mai is so friendly and warmly welcomed me. Near Helio Night market and some local restaurants, I highly recommend this place because of washing machine and dryer are available in apartment.

한시장,콩스파: 도보3분, 콩카페 : 도보2분,반미코티엔 : 도보2분... 생각하는 모든 편의시설이 도보로 가능해요. 1층에 코피스라는 화덕피자,생맥주집이 있고 바로 옆에 하이랜드도 있어요~ 사진보다 더 넓고, 깨끗합니다~ 베란다에서 보이는 한강뷰가 난리 남ㅋ 거실,방2개 모두 한강뷰~~ 다음에도 또 오려고요♡

Firstly I want to say many thanks for Kata and her daughter for their hospitality! The owners quickly respond to messages and will be happy to share their recommendations for the city and establishments :) It is a great apartment which you have everything you need and it is very cozy to live in. There is a small park nearby, and a 15-minute walk away is a huge market and shopping center with a hypermarket(GO). We will be happy to come back here again! :)

The residence is filled with beautiful greenery and everyone is very welcoming. Any inquiries were responded right away. The apartment is very comfortable for us. There was everything you would need inside the apartment!

we were very pleasantly surprised by SEAHORSE. from the very helpful receptionists to the light, stylish and spacious apartment 401. clear style with beautiful floral details, the pool on the roof, the very inviting buffet. highly recommended.

Sure! I had a wonderful stay at Binh's place. The accommodation was clean and cozy, with all the necessary amenities. Binh was a very friendly and helpful host, making the check-in process smooth and easy. He provided great tips about the area, which made my trip even more enjoyable. The location was also convenient, close to major attractions. I would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

The place was great and reasonable. Our entire stay in DaNang was pleasant. The host allowed us to leave our luggages a few hours before the check in time. My siblings and I liked the place. Our Grab driver had trouble looking for the place because the sign is not noticeable because the lamp post and trees were on the way. Nevertheless, our entire stay in Da Nang was really great! Hope we can ho back after 1 year.

공항에서 그랩으로 10분이면 갑니다. 공항에 늦게 도착하시는 분들께 특히 좋을 것 같아요. 주변에 카페와 작은 마트들이 있어서 생활하기에 편리하고. 방 크기가 커서 여러명이 가도 공간이 충분합니다. 침구가 아주 깨끗해서 좋았어요. 잘 지내고 갑니다!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Unterkunft. Bei jeglichem Anliegen wurde uns sofort geholt / innerhalb weniger Minuten über Airbnb geantwortet. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unseren Aufenthalt im Oriental Da Nang und haben daher um 1 Nacht verlängert (ging ohne Probleme). Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !

Excellent séjour dans ce bel appartement, tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin s’y trouve, le linge est changé toutes les semaines avec le ménage de l’appartement Linh est une hôte adorable, disponible, de bons conseils avec Thanh qui lui aussi a été très proactif et amical, bref de jeunes gens superbes, sur qui j’ai pu compter durant mon séjour Je recommande à 200% 👍 Je vous remercie encore pour tout, ne changez pas 😁

This was the cleanest apartment I’ve stayed in Vietnam — not only spotless, but it even smelled fresh and clean, like everything had just been carefully taken care of. The room was perfectly neat, with no clutter or dust at all. When we arrived, there were two bottles of water waiting for us, and both the AC and dehumidifier were already on, so it felt comfortable right away. The host was incredibly helpful and even supported me with a few personal matters, for which I’ll be forever grateful. I highly recommend this place — the service is truly 10/10!

이곳에서 10박을 보냈습니다. 내집처럼 편안하게 잘 쉬었습니다. 한국판 풀옵션 큰 원룸이라고 생각하면 됩니다. 다음에도 다낭오면 이곳에서 숙박하고 싶네요 룸이 생각보다 많이 커서 놀라웠습니다. 큰길앞 건물이지만 룸은 안쪽에 있어서 저녁에 크게 시끄럽지않았습니다. 낮에는 채광도 좋아서 어둡지 않았고요. 호스트 세분이 각자 역활이 다른듯 합니다. 제가 필요한것이나 도움받을일이 생길때 에어비엔비 앱에서 숙소 채팅으로 연락하면 담당호스트분깨서 항상 친절하게 빠른 피드백을 주십니다. 한국은 현관이 번호키, 카드키잖아요. 여기는 열쇠타입인데 한번은 제가 실수로 열쇠를 방안에 두고 나온적이 있었거든요 이른아침이였는데도 연락하니 10분만에 오셔서 문열어주셨어요 😍🥰 주변에 관광지나 시설관련 설명도 보내주시고요 앱으로 채팅하면 자동번역이 되는데 100% 정확하지는 않지만 그래도 대화하는데 큰 어려움은 없었구요 팁 1 !! 한국분들 호텔에서는 체크인할때 여권보여드리면 알아서 다 해주시는데 여기는 비대면 체크인이다보니 여권 정보 사진 1개랑 베트남입국하실때 여권 사증에 입국도장 받은거 1개 사진 찍어서 호스트에게 보내주시면 됩니다. 호스트와 대화할때 번역이 잘 안되서 비자 만료 되었다고 나와요. 팁 2 !! 이곳에서 숙박하면서 옥상에서 다낭 불꽃축제 보기 딱 좋습니다 노보텔 방향이 대놓고 보여요

Квартира действительно соответствует описанию: стильная, зелёная и при этом уютная и просторная. Расположение отличное: до пляжа и центра города совсем недалеко, а рядом много кафе и магазинов. На долгий срок полезно знать, что электроэнергия оплачивается отдельно, но в остальном всё продумано: на кухне есть всё необходимое для готовки, интернет шустрый. Хост и персонал всегда на связи и быстро помогают, если что-то нужно. В целом здесь тихо, но неподалёку есть караоке-бар, который иногда раздражал шумом примерно до 23:00. Для меня это не стало критичным. Общее впечатление очень положительное, и я бы с радостью вернулся, но уже были заняты следующий даты для бронирования, так как все же сезон начался:-) Спасибо этому месту 🫶

We booked this place 45mins before check in and we were at the door by 1.45pm ready to check in. We were greeted warmly and although she couldn't speak English, she explained how to get in etc through Google translate. The location was excellent, 10mins walk to the beach and 10mins walk to the Markets. Apartment was exactly as described

we had a good stay at linh‘s place. she made sure we had everything we need and made us feel very welcomed. it’s a nice location in a quiet area with lots of cafes around! definitely recommend staying here!

Die Unterkunft sah in Wirklichkeit noch besser aus als auf den Bildern! Wir waren nur zu zweit und hatten daher mehr als genug Platz – sogar mit zwei Badezimmern. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, allerdings war leider fast kein Waschmittel mehr vorhanden, sodass wir keine Wäsche waschen konnten. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und würden definitiv wiederkommen. Für den Preis war es wirklich lohnenswert!

Clean, cozy, with a hot tube. Good spot to get around the city. Easy and quick communication with host. Enjoy!

일단 위치부터 너무 좋습니다. 한시장이랑 모든게 도보거리고 호스트분이 한국인이라 더 좋았습니다. 친절하게 다낭 알려주셔서 감사합니다. 집은 깔끔하고 인터넷속도도 괜찮았습니다. 개인적으로 침구 및 수건상태를 굉장히 중요하게 생각하는데 완벽했습니다. 이번에 출장으로 업무차 가게되었는데, 다음에도 예약이 가능하다면 방문하고 싶습니다. 감사합니다.

I stayed here while visiting some family in the area. The place was very clean, comfortable and spacious. I really appreciated the water filtering system and washing machine. It made my stay incredibly convenient. I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the mornings - the view of the bridge was nice. The area is safe and the staff were friendly and helpful. The host was super responsive and great to work with too. Overall, I highly recommend this spot and would stay here again!

必要な物は全て用意されており、とても清潔で快適に滞在ができました。 部屋に入ると美しいクリスマスツリーが輝いており、ホストに歓迎されている事を実感できました。 シャワーの温度や水圧も問題なく、排水もスムーズで冬のダナンでもすぐに温まる事ができました。 立地が素晴らしく、次にダナンに訪れる際もまた宿泊したいと思います。 素敵なお部屋を本当にありがとうございました！
