The location was good for us with easy access to the beach and other island sites. House is well stocked with kitchen accessories, beach going toys, towels, chairs, boogie boards, etc. Owners were responsive and communicated well. House was spacious and met our needs.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we slept very well. We appreciated the private patio space. This home is in a convenient location for easy walking to restaurants and shops in central Paia. It was hard to leave!

The property grounds are manicured and gorgeous. The villa itself was spotless with the perfect balcony view for sunsets and our morning coffee. We were fortunate to meet Sandra who is a delight and full of local recommendations. The location is privately tucked away from the busier areas but still close enough to everything you need. The photos and description are accurate. The space was perfect for our small family of 3.

the home was a great and John was very helpful throughout our stay. The instruments onsite were an added bonus as my kids were able to delicately use some of them (one currently in guitar lessons, another in piano) while I played along with my set of harmonicas. Has a heated outdoor shower which is always nice. Didn't need to bring our own beach towels and there was plenty of beach equipment available including chairs, umbrella and boogie boards. As to be expected of a jungle beach side home there are ants, termites, and critters, but none were ever a problem through our 4 night stay. No AC, but that was never a problem. Fans in all the rooms. View from the upper deck is amazing, and every morning we watched the sunrise before going out to the beaches and such. Food around town can close early so being mindful of that can be important if you want some of the best in Hana if not the whole island (braddah hutts and huli huli chicken for starters). overall, highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful property in tranquil, relaxing setting. Centrally located in upcountry with easy access to nearby towns and distilleries. The home is beautiful; you can see the little touches that make it special and shows much pride in ownership. Hoping to make this an annual event and enjoy the property again!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay! The space was beautiful, comfortable, and just a short walk to the beach—which was a huge plus. We really appreciated that the home had everything we needed, from the kitchen to beach umbrellas, chairs, and more. The community was peaceful and welcoming, and parking was super convenient. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we were able to relax, connect, and make beautiful family memories. Highly recommend and would love to return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Turtle House. Poni was wonderful, location made us feel like we were locals. Beaches were amazing, so many fun restaurants to choose from. Her guide book was second to none, recommendations were spot on. We will definitely stay here again.

Very nice property, clean and very well located.

Manolo is a very helpful and proactive host. He made sure that we were okay and had everything we needed. House is pretty, with a beautiful yard. Manolo has snorkeling equipment, flippers, boogie boards, etc. House is close to the restaurants of Paia Bay (10 min walking), which is great because parking is always a problem in Maui.

Very spacious apartment on a beautiful and peaceful property with amenities. Walking distance to the beach and short drive to other beaches and surf shops. The unit had everything we needed like a full kitchen and beach towels, as well as the washer and dryer which came in really handy. Yuana was super responsive and accommodated our requests and questions!

The OG of Airbnb, Derrick's place is unique, fun and close to everything you need for your trip to Maui. If you are looking for accommodations beyond the cookie cutter condo then this is it. Derrick was available in person and by text and was a very gracious host. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning to this little slice of paradise.

Brie's AirBnB was the perfect mini vacation for us and our children. Highlights: We enjoyed going out the back patio to the private pool on the property. The AirBnB is on the ground floor which also made it easier to come and go. But the main part is we ALL felt at home. Plenty food places to go to. We went to Nalu's and Kihei Caffe :) We are so very grateful synchronicity brought us to Brie's Airbnb. Mahalo for the last-minute booking!

We loved staying in Rebecca's place. The location was perfect, the condo was clean and we'll cared for. Dena stopped by to help us with the internet and she was very friendly and helpful. Our family of 6 for perfectly. They had chairs and pool noodles for us. We used the cooler and boogie boards(3) every day. We'd stay here again and hope to be back someday.

Karen is an excellent Host. The Apartment is perfect, modern, great location, well equipped, there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance but yet the Apartment is in a peaceful location. There is a beautiful beach literally minutes away. Can't wait to come back.

Our family of 5 had the most comfortable stay here! Really appreciated the beach chairs and toys available - since the beach was within walking distance, we were there any time we had a free moment! The location could not be beat. We were less than a 5 minute drive to our surf lessons, Foodland, and the Kihei food trucks. Kihei Caffe is right next door! The beds and pillows are super comfy and we had the best sleep we’ve had in an Airbnb. Felt right at home.

We were so happy with our stay. The location is great- right across the street from a nice beach area, close to fun restaurants and centrally located to everything we wanted to do in Maui. It was so nice having access to the beach chairs/umbrellas/beach toys and having everything we needed provided with the rental. Rebecca was great about giving us clear information and instructions, and responded quickly when we needed a response. We felt right at home and will definitely consider booking here again if we ever make it to Maui again!

While sipping your morning coffee you can hear the waves of the Pacific lapping gently on the shore in the distance as a surf instructor unlocks the door to thwbschool across the street. The rest of your group rallies for the morning, and you stroll down to Kihei Caffe for a tasty breakfast, then head out on adventures in the most beautiful place in the world. If that sounds uninteresting to you, move along. But this is the fantasy we were greeted with each morning at this lovely rental, and it'll haunt my dreams for years to come.

My husband and I plus our two kids (9 yrs old and 12 yrs old) stayed in Lori’s condo. The stay went great. There is a great swimming beach that is a short walk away. The complex has multiple pools and tennis/pickleball courts. Condo had everything we needed including a dishwasher and in-unit laundry machines. I had few questions during our stay and Lori was very responsive.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed Su's condo. Check-in process was super easy, parking was readily available. The condo was actually better than the photos. Very modern and clean. The airconditioning worked well and all appliances were in good condition. The beds were comfy and she even has beach chairs, coolers, snorkels available inside the closet. The condominium also had good amenities like hot jacuzzi, a pool, and some grills which we were able to use. The location was also perfect as it was near the beach (sunset views), restaurants, and also a supermarket which was perfect! All in all, the place was excellent and staying here really elevated our vacation in Maui and will choose this place if we visit again in the future.
