Kannika's place is very easy to reach, just walk around 3 minutes to the Ekkamai BTS station. Her place is also high up so you can see the Bangkok city line and experience sunset there. facility is great, like gym that i used everyday, a great hairdryer, washing machine, etc., but the pillow is rather hard for my taste. and it would be great if you can add some shared washing detergent for us to use. But besides that, everything else is perfect, i have a great time staying there

Large and well-appointed apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood. I really liked all of the cooking supplies and comfortable furniture. Another benefit was the large number of windows so that I didn't need to run the air conditioning except for the bedroom at night. Aun was a very friendly and cooperative hostess and let me store my bags both before I checked in and after I checked out. It is surrounded by shopping malls, restaurants, and grocery stores, but few are within quick walking distance. It really helps to have a scooter in this area, and there is covered parking for one with the apartment.

Leichte und schnelle Kommunikation. Konnten deutlich früher in die Unterkunft, vielen Dank dafür! Die Unterkunft war sauber, schön eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch der Ausblick vom Balkon ist ein kleines Highlight. Alles in allem ein perfekter Aufenthalt!

The apartment owned by Mam is very nice, spacious and comfortable, in a good location, although in the downtown area, it is quiet to sleep at night. Only the living room and bathroom were not very clean when I arrived on the first day. Even with the opportunity, I would stay again. I recommend this apartment!

Great apartment exactly as described. John is a fantastic host. I wish all hosts were like him. When we arrived, The fridge was stocked with 2 bottles of water/day for the 7 days we were there. He had provided eggs, bacon, bread, coffee, tea, milk, 2 beers, butter, jam and yogurt for our use during our stay at no extra cost. The kitchen was well stocked with salt and pepper, oil, etc sponge and dishwashing liquid, washing detergent , plenty of toilet paper and so much more. The place is very clean. The pool was great. The bed was extremely comfortable. We really couldn’t have asked for more. It is a 10 minute walk to the night bazaar. We walked everywhere. There are plenty of TukTuks outside the building. We highly recommend his place.

We just spent five nights here and had a great time. The apartment is well equipped, in good condition and comfortable. The apartment block feels very safe and well maintained. We are a couple but I can see how this space could work for 3/4 as there is a sliding wall to separate the two sleeping areas. Nimman is a modern, bustly part of Chiang Mai, lots of cafes, restaurants and bars. A Grab cab will get you into the old town or riverside area in about 15 minutes and 100bht

Supachok's place is very convenient, clean and well-decorated. The place is very comfortable. It has everything we needed. It's definitely wort the price. Highly recommended

Мы проживали 1,5 месяца. Остались очень довольны. Квартира небольшая по площади, но уютная. Внизу есть парковочные места для автомобилей и байков. Были рады проживать у Риты. Спасибо!

Ik heb het 2 maanden uitstekend naar mijn zin gehad; volledig uitgeruste keuken, alles aanwezig om het verblijf aangenaam te maken. Drinkwater wordt op bestelling bezorgd voor een bizar lage prijs. Wasmachines en droger op de begane grond, maar ik ging naar een laundry shop om de hoek. Achter het gebouw, van de grote weg af, ligt een leuke typisch Thaise wijk waar ik heerlijk door de kronkelige straatjes gewandeld heb

위치가 정말 좋았어요 주변에 식당도 많고 선데이마켓이 시작되는 곳에 있어요 2층이라 밝고 베란다 통창으로 보이는 커다란 나무가 마음의 평안을 가져다 줍니다 전반적으로 깨끗하고 사진과 같아요 호스트가 빠르게 대응해줘서 좋았어요

사진으로 보기보다 엄청 큰 공간이었습니다. 위치야 말할것도 없이 좋았고요. 변기 수압이 조금 약한 것과, 제가 갔을때 욕조가 고장났었전 점을 제외하면 만족합니다. 호스트가 엄청 친절하고 영어를 잘 해서 마지막까지 신경써주고 기분 좋게 배웅받았어요~

Lanna’s place was perfect! It reminded me of my home - like home away from home. Lanna was probably by far one of the most helpful kind hosts I have experienced - I ended up injuring my ankle and lanna went out of her way to find her walking cast for me to try. As well as pulling up clinics - hospital and pharmacy for me. She is such a kind soul 💕 Her home was one of my favorite airbnbs I have stayed in

Loved our stay here- got beautiful views of the city and also enjoyed the neighborhood. Close to the night bazaar and easy to get taxis for longer distances. Xiyuan was very proactive in her communication and gave us clear check in instructions.

Overall loved staying in Hua’s flat - its great value for money, well located and the building amenities are really great. The flat was overall really comfortable and we would’ve loved to have stayed longer. The only improvements could’ve been more detail about how to check in and out, as well as more pillows and a comfier mattress but overall really good value and we loved our stay.

We enjoyed our stay! The facilities were great, we made good use of the gym and swimming pool. And the location is fantastic, with lots of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby.
