Very big comfy place, lots of heaters and close to lots of things (Hakodate fish market, Hakodate red brick house…etc) Host was very responsive and lovely to communicate with. Would definitely recommend! ☺️☺️

在函馆我们度过了非常愉快的两天！民宿的地段非常好，离我们要去的景点都非常的近，很方便。房东也很好！今天下雪看到我们一行人拖着行李箱，主动提出载我们去，十分感谢🙏🏻！希望后会有期。

函館駅に近く、料金は格安。アメニティも充実しておりホテルと比較してもかなり快適に過ごすことができた。

Felt right at home the moment we arrived. We received clear instructions on self check-in multiple times in a timely manner, and had no issues getting in at all. The house is as depicted in the listing, holding up very decently, especially for this area in Hakodate. The standout points are the amenities provided. Large, effective heaters and humidifiers, good water temperature and pressure in the shower, fast washer and even a blowing machine that helps hanging laundry dry faster. We also received crisp clean white sheets to go on top of the futon. Another standout point is the quick and responsive contact. We had a number of self-inflicted issues come up, and the host was readily reachable and gracious with their help despite the language difference. Very grateful for this! The thoughtfulness can also be seen in the recommendations and guides provided, instructions for operating appliances, and choice of legible amenities in both Japanese and English. Overall great choice!

我們自行開車到七飯滑雪場、超級市場、大眾湯屋大概是15到30分鐘的車程。到哪邊都很方便。 有問題問屋主，屋主總是能及時回覆。 房間很乾淨，又舒適。推薦大家👍

今回の宿泊は本当に最高の体験でした。お部屋自体がとても美しく、デザイン性も抜群で、特にこの丸型のジャグジーは一目惚れするほど素敵でした。温かいお湯に浸かりながら、窓の外に広がる自然の景色を眺めていると、心も体も癒されていくのを感じます。 室内の設備はひとつひとつ丁寧に説明されていて、ジャグジーの使い方、照明、空調、さらには音響システムまで詳しく教えていただき、何ひとつ困ることなく快適に過ごせました。これほど細やかな心配りが行き届いている空間で、ゆっくりとリラックスできるのは本当に贅沢な時間です。 そして何より感動したのは、オーナーさんの親切さと温かさです。チェックイン前には詳細な案内をいただき、滞在中も何か困っていないか気遣ってくださり、チェックアウト時にはタクシーの手配までしてくれました。運転手とのやり取りもスムーズにサポートしてくださり、とても助かりました。そのおかげで、まるで自分の家に帰ってきたような安心感を得られました。 ここでの滞在は、ただの宿泊というよりも、人生の中の素敵なひとときを過ごせたという気持ちです。ゆっくりと休みたい方、家族や友人と特別な時間を過ごしたい方、どんな方にも自信を持っておすすめできます。次回また機会があれば、ぜひもう一度訪れたいと思います！

Three very large rooms with kitchens and washing machines. However sleeping spaces were shared in each apartment as were the multiple showers. It was easy to checkin ourselves with quick and helpful responses including our request to stay parked in the car park for an extra few hours after checkout. A cafe right next door. The heaters worked super well in cold weather.

Spacious house with easy access to train station and tram, very close to the red brick warehouse district. Downstairs was pretty cold as others have mentioned, but overall a very cozy stay in Hakodate.
