Our stay in Matsumoto with Masa was perfect, his hospitality and communication is great :) The accommodation was very comfortable and the location is extremely central and close to all the attractions you would want to go to. Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Matsumoto.

Quiet and easy to access cabin not far from Echoland. Definitely recommended if you have a car. We stayed with our newborn baby and it was really convenient in terms of both space and comfort. It is missing a dining table and the kitchen has just the essential for a couple of days stay. Perfect for a weekend getaway!

リビングは薪ストーブがありとても暖かく快適でした。客室は寒かったですが、ストーブや湯たんぽを用意してくださり、暖かく休むことができました。 お風呂は1つのみですが近くに温泉施設がいくつかあるので何も問題はありませんでした。 大人数での滞在でしたがひろびろと過ごすことができとても良かったです。 ホストの方がとても親切でメッセージへもすぐに返信していただけたため安心して宿泊することができました。 ぜひまた利用させていただきたいです。

北アルプスの素晴らしい眺望が楽しめる一軒家です。 天井が高く、開放感あふれる間取りは、日常から離れて気持ちを穏やかにしてくれました。 キッチンスペースは広く、複数人で料理もしやすいと思います。 訪れた３月は朝晩の気温がまだ低いですが、暖炉の暖かさに癒されました。 夜にベランダへ出て眺めた星空の美しさは忘れられません。 家族と思い出に残る滞在ができたことに感謝いたします。

This is the second year in a row we’ve stayed at the Creekhouse and we love it. The house was big enough to comfortably host 7. We had a van which gave us great access to the local ski resorts and restaurants. Underfloor heating in this place is a game changer, going to be hard to stay anywhere else without it.

入った瞬間に感動するオシャレで清潔な家でした。暖炉、石のお風呂、ロッキンチェアー、ウッドデッキ、1枚木のダイニングテーブル、食器や絨毯　全てのカラーに統一感があり完璧でした。雪の降る日にも関わらず暖かく過ごせました。布類は全て真っ白で清潔でした。　　 鳥を探しに行きましたが　家の周りだけでも様々な鳥が発見できました。 是非またお邪魔させてもらいたいです。ありがとうございました。

事前の案内も丁寧でしたが、滞在後に直接説明してくださり、安心して快適に利用することができました。 また伺いたいと思います。

Excellent accomodation, felt very homely. Exceptional amenities and the access to vehicle provided was a huge plus. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend and very worth the value. Definitely the highlight of our trip to Japan.

We loved our stay at Daniel’s apartment in Iwatake! Everything was as described & pictured. Pick up and drop off to station great - as was the food shop at the start. All staff friendly. The drying room was very good and something we didn’t even know was a MUST! The new Gondala was very nice and the view from the top of the mountain was stunning. The ski lift near the apt did not open when we were there even tho there was so much snow which was disappointing. Daniel always responded to questions friendly and quickly and I would recommend these apartments for skiing families. Beds and amenities were great - the washer and dryer also handy. The apts are quite a distance away from most things in Hakuba (good and bad)- it cost me $50aud round trip to go to the shops (10 mins) to get some good and there really is not many restaurants or food close by and the cheap taxi would not collect from the apts. Some other guests were noisy and could be heard through walls. Would love to come back

Justin place was well equipped with all of the needs that would helps you have a great stay. From cooking utensils to oil, salt and pepper to netflix. Having towels and soap is something i would always expect at most accommodation but cooking your own meal made my stay nice and a break from restaurant food. I would highly recommend staying.

とても綺麗な宿でした。 窓からの景色もよく、落ち着いた雰囲気でした。 ただ、チェックイン時にオーナーが不在で、従業員に聞いてもちょっと待ってと言って、暇そうにしていました。 チェックインまで30分ほど待たされたのが、少し残念なポイントです。

この度は素敵な滞在をありがとうございます！ ４人で利用させていただきましたが ちょうどよかったです！ また是非利用させていただきたいです！

It's a very beautiful house. The host was very friendly and welcoming. The view of the house looks better than the picture. Well worth living here！

Really nice home in the heart of Hakuba, we could drive to all mountains easily and the fireplace was certainly the big feature for us, would highly recommend!

Matt and Maya’s place was so beautiful, and a wonderful escape from the city. We loved the record player and the fireplace, it was so cosy. We all wish we could have stayed longer. Hopefully we’ll be back one day.

This place just simply great for our large group. Lots of very well equipped rooms. Wonderful living space with elegantly furnished which made it feel like a luxurious villa house. Extremely lovely surroundings for a walk around. Kids had a wonderful time. Regret that we booked just for a night only. We will come back again.
