Corinne’s place was idyllically situated with beautiful views. The cabin was well equipped although a couple of extra mugs would have been good. Corinne is an excellent host, very responsive and helpful and the welcome goody bag was very thoughtful. The bed was very comfortable and the hot tub was fabulous. Sitting on the decking in the sun looking out across the countryside was beautiful. I would definitely recommend Corinne’s place. Cleaning could have been more thorough. The kitchen area and bathroom were spotless but there was a lot of dust on ledges and lots of cobwebs which was disappointing. The sofa was also repaired with tape and had dodgy springs. This did not spoil our stay but is worth noting.

We had a lovely and peaceful two night stay in Damson pod with our 3 year old. From the super comfy beds to the BBQ area (BBQ comes with a bag of charcoal you just need go light - couldn’t be easier) and even meeting Sarah’s charismatic llamas, we had a dreamy stay. While we were in the area we visited Heights of Abraham and Matlock Bath, which were quaint and great for young families. We were sad to leave and would certainly stay again.

A great place to stay, a lovely well equipped cottage, with fantastic views and friendly and responsive hosts. There's lots to do in Matlock Bath, we had a great time here.

Overall it was fantastic and would recommend staying here for the immediate surroundings. We had fantastic weather for April so we could sit out on the patio and enjoy the view and the kids enjoyed the garden which was big enough to play football and rounders in. The only nitpick we had were the towels provided were very hard and scratchy and after using a lovely bath or shower the towels were not nice to use. So maybe bring your own in case they are not replaced soon. Although this did not affect us as the weather was great. If it did rain a lot and you were stuck in the downstairs lounge or dining area has no view of the lovely lake you can see from outside. There are views from upstairs main bedroom windows though.

Lovely little place half an hour drive from peak district garden is great for dogs and was really secure hut is really small so just keep that in mind and don't overpack Loved the hot tub/fire pit/ BBQ and the weather thankfully held out for us! would stay here again :)

Absolutely stunning views over the Derbyshire countryside. Clover Cottage has everything you need to feel like home from home. The added extras of the hot tub, sauna and goats make it so special! Location is great for getting about to local towns and attractions. It's also lovely and peaceful when you just want to relax. Rebecca the host was super helpful and friendly. We loved every minute of our stay!

We just visited and had the most brilliant time, the Airbnb was a walk from the Lincoln Centre and upon arrival we were greeted by great hosts who gave us a tour of the property and a few excellent recommendations. The property was perfect for the two of us and squeaky clean! The hot tub was great and very easy to use, we even were able to order takeaway to the cottage despite its quiet and obscure location. The bottle of bubbly left in the fridge for us was a perfect addition to the stay. For any cat lovers special mention for the two propriety cats who we absolutely adored! We would not hesitate to return one day in the future and will be sure to recommend to our friends and family for their own visits.

Lovely stay in the peace and quiet. The farm was small and beautiful and waking up next to the spring lambs was a bonus! The lodge is well equipped and clean and Corinne left some treats for us which was a really nice touch.

Well, what an absolute corker Coates Cottage is. I have stayed in many Airbnb properties around the world and this little gem is right up there in my tippy-top 3. From the moment we set foot through the door until we reluctantly locked up to leave, we felt like honoured guests. The hosts had thought of absolutely everything to make our stay comfortable, luxurious and homely. Lots of little extra touches, exquisite interior design and a definite wow factor. We would definitely return.
