Carole’s place was as described. Steps from the old city, lively neighborhood, across from the river with lots of foot traffic and retail. Perfect spot for Oktoberfest or just a weekend. Away in a cool little city

This was an outstanding experience for my husband and I - our first trip to Munich! The apartment was wonderful, quiet, and had everything that we needed for our short stay. The quiet was what stood out to me the most because the apartment was located on the first floor. Our windows were right on the street and we heard little to nothing while we were there - sheer heaven especially after walking and touring the city all day. I have already told Fabian that we are planning our next trip to Munich next year to visit family and take in a soccer match, and his place will hopefully be available again! A true gem!

Es war soooo herrlich, morgens den Bach lauschen, die lichtdurchflutete Wohnung hat eine so entspannte Wirkung. Ich habe soooo genossen. Eine Umgebung innen und außen mit einer ganz besonders schönen Energie. Ich fahre auf jedenfall wieder hin.

Prima Apartment um mit einer Familie oder Gruppe ein paar Nächte in Seefeld zu verbringen. Tolle Ausstattung und zuverlässige Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern!

Michael’s directions were perfect. They made finding the apartment very easy, and the whole process simple. The area is quiet and peaceful, and makes for a great place to spend your downtime while on vacation. Michael had great ideas and suggestions of things to do and places nearby, and was always available for any assistance that may be needed. We are just sad that we only had a week to spend there. We would gladly go again. A very short walk to the tram line makes getting around the city very easy. We could have not asked for a better place to spend our time. I highly recommend Michael’s apartment.

Had a wonderful stay with Sophia. Friendly and helpful but not intrusive. Chickens on the farm laid my breakfast for me! home made jams … bread service if required. The appartment is really well equipped and everything is in good condition with lots of homely touches to make sure you enjoy your stay. We will definitely be booking again! Cornelia's place was absolutely beautiful! Such gorgeous decorations and intimate small touches everywhere. Lots of lovely antiques and small figurines paired with modern fixtures. Cornelia was so friendly and helpful as well! She showed a passion for her home, and that made it even better to stay in a place that is so well loved and cared for by the owner! She showed me around the entire house which really helped, and she has a great book with suggestions for food and places nearby. The home has so much space for a large family or group, and everything in it is new and beautiful! The house has everything you could need from washer/dryer, hairdryer, shampoo, towels, blankets, piano, games, bikes, ping-pong and more! The location of the home is ideal for Starnberg visiting, and the visitors center in town can provide a map with additional city features and hikes to take. It was a perfect location for our family, and we will definitely be back! I highly recommend this home!

Skvělé místo, v blízkosti lyžařských areálů a pěkných tratí na běžky. Dům má krásnou jídelnu, dětem se líbila velká místnost s patrovými postelemi. Všude čisto. Isabell je velmi přátelská a nápomocná.

Wir hatten ein super schönes Wochenende als Gruppe. Die Unterkunft war ideal, Lage ruhig, alles sehr sauber, schöner großer Garten und ausreichend Platz für alle. Viele Wandermöglichkeiten rund ums Haus und sonstigen Aktivitäten. Die Kommunikation mit Janin war sehr gut und super freundlich. Vielen Dank nochmal! ☺️

Wunderschönes, charmantes Haus, top ausgestattet, gemütlich und sauber. Ruhig gelegen am Waldrand, toll auch für Spaziergänge mit Hund und die Nähe zu den Seen. Sympathischer und super gut erreichbarer Vermieter – sehr empfehlenswert – wir kommen gerne wieder 😊

Wir hatten die Unterkunft für unsere Mitarbeiter gebucht, die geschäftlich vor Ort tätig waren. lt. Ihren Angaben war alles perfekt - gerne wieder.

Wir waren für ein Wochenende zu Besuch und sind sehr zufrieden. Von der Buchung bishin zum Checkout bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Eine tolle Wohnung mit hervorragender Lage - ein idealer Startpunkt für Tagesausflüge mit jeder Menge Natur! Innerhalb von 5 min Fußweg erreicht man entweder das Ufer des Kochelsees, eine Felswand zum klettern oder auch eine ganze Reihe Wasserfälle im Wald. Ebenso kann man direkt von der Unterkunft aus eine tolle Wanderung starten auf den Jochberg und die ewige Suche nach einem freien Parkplatz bleibt erspart. Mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten in Kochel am See oder am Ufer des Walchensees. Falls man ohne Auto unterwegs ist, hat man die Möglichkeit mit der Gästekarte kostenlos Bus zu fahren. Bei Fragen waren Astrid und ihr Mann Johannes jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit.

Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet und es war alles vorhanden. Alles war sehr sauber. Großzügige Räume und viel Platz um alles zu verstauen

Rainer was extremely helpful with all of my needs and adjustments. He was generous with tips and ideas for experiencing the local environment. He was kind with changes in my schedule, which was not to be automatically to be expected, given the Christmas holiday period when I rented. I would definitely like to return, and I will (reluctantly!) recommend this sacred place to others who might appreciate its many rare qualities. The setting is second-to-none, and Rainer is even moreso. One of the top places I have ever rented on this site.

Wir waren Mega kurzfristig und spontan in der Anfrage und Buchung. Alles in allem hat es weniger als 20 Minuten gedauert bis die Unterkunft gebucht und bestätigt wurde und das alles an einem Freitagabend für den selben Abend zur Anreise. Anke and Christian were very gracious hosts! They made sure that we checked in easily and provided wonderful recommendations for activities and restaurants. The condo was wonderfully clean and bright and comfortable. It was such a delight to view the lake through the glass doors and balcony by the kitchen and living room. A really delightful experience in beautiful Tegernsee!

Great stay! We had a great time there and Nadine was a superhost. Very responsive and gave us some great recommendations! Would definitely go back :)

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Ich habe mich von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein wunderbarer Blick auf den Ammersee und die Berge, eine einladende Terrasse mit hübsch gestaltetem Garten. Alles sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Ideal auch zum Arbeiten (incl. WLAN). Wirklich ruhig und erholsam. Lana und Norbert waren sehr hilfsbereit. Ich kann die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und komme gerne wieder.

Eigentlich müssten wir jetzt schreiben, alles war schlecht. Damit diese Unterkunft niemand bucht, und dann zu jeder Zeit für uns frei wäre. Aber das ist nicht so. Für uns war alles perfekt. Angefangen von der herzlichen Gastgeberin Claudia, die die Ferienwohnung bis ins kleinste Detail gestaltet und ausgestattet hat. Eine Terrasse im Garten mit Tisch und Stühlen lädt zu dem ein anderen Getränk ein. Ein kleiner Dorfladen, wo man auch frühstücken kann, ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Von hier aus kann man viele Ausflüge, zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto, unternehmen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, und hoffen, dann bei Claudia unter zukommen.

I’ve stayed in this apartment for four months and find it quite a pleasant stay. It is well connected to everything in Landsberg and you can easily access nature as well. Only downside is that no supermarket is within walking distance, but Rewe is close by with 7min drive.
