We stayed as a group of friends at this charming house, and it exceeded all our expectations! The property was even more stunning than the pictures, with a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comforts. Vanessa is incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful scenery provided the perfect backdrop for a memorable getaway. We can't recommend this place enough and would like to return one day!

Lovely stay at one of the serenity cottages. Very cosy cottage with a lot of characters. The garden is perfect for the quiet relaxed weekend - hot tub, sauna, sitting area. Very comfy beds. Thank you

We spent a lovely extended weekend at the barn visiting our family in Norfolk. The barn was clean, warm and comfortable and had everything that we needed. Jill and Phil were friendly and welcoming and check-in and check-out were easy. The super-king sized bed was comfy and the hot tub was an added bonus after a busy couple of days with the grandchildren.

Sarah and Aaron were great hosts. Extremely friendly and flexible , our kids loved chatting with them at the end of the driveway. They let our little boy fish in their big pond which he loved and chopped extra wood for me who loves their open fire and log burner in what is a lovely spacious house. Such a spacious and peaceful stay. Would absolutely recommend this air b&b and these hosts. No stress at all. Thank you

We stayed here for a two night break with no husbands or children and the surroundings were so peaceful and relaxing. The house felt very luxurious and Joanna was a brilliant at giving additional information. Bedrooms were lovely and comfortable. Would definitely like to stay again!

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Marcus ensured we were very well informed before arrival providing a guest book with comprehensive information and recommendations. We were greeted with bottles of wine & the house was very warm & music sound system set up. The barn is absolutely beautiful & immaculate. It is in a very remote area but this suited us all as we were happy to stay in and enjoy it. The log burner, games room & hot tub were added bonuses. A big thank you to Marcus for a truly amazing weekend break away with good friends ❤️

We had a fantastic stay for a girls weekend away . Watching the stars in the hot tub was amazing. Our hosts were so friendly and location is soo peaceful. I’m looking forward to coming back with the family . My kids are going to love the games rooms.

We had an absolutely wonderful family weekend in Victoria’s beautiful farmhouse. There was everything we needed and the kitchen was very well equipped. All the bedrooms were great and the garden is beautiful - the children loved the trampoline! We also loved having the cats around - very friendly! Thank you so much. We had a great time!

Wow wow wow…. Flint cottage is absolutely beautiful, a little treasure. There was 6 in our party and the space is amazing, we all fell in love with Norfolk and can’t wait to go back. The house is absolutely spotlessly clean, it has everything you need that makes it feel home from home. A lovely Lemon drizzle cake awaiting our arrival with coffee and milk supplied for that well needed coffee after a long drive from Kent. We had our 2 dogs with us who loved the walking trails and seeing the wildlife (baby deer, rabbits and sheep) We compared the price of renting flint cottage to booking hotel rooms for us all for 2 nights and the cottage was much cheaper for us as a large party. Thank you Jacqueline and Jenny for such a wonderful weekend and will definitely be back in the future xx Don’t hesitate booking this cottage as you will be amazed by its comfort and beauty xx

This was booked as a gift for our family visiting from Scotland. Our family absolutely loved Kate’s place. It was a stunning place to stay. It was everything and more. The place was cosy and rustic, had everything they needed. Our family slept wonderfully and can’t wait to come back. Kate communicated throughout the stay and was able to assist with logs for the burner. Kate even sorted an earlier check in in case they arrived early. Highly recommended

Watt cottage is a beautiful little cottage which makes you feel at home. The cottage was well equipped with all the essentials needed. Samantha communicated with me when needed and responded quickly. I would definitely recommend staying at Watt cottage. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Penny is a fabulous host-always responsive to any queries. The house was pristine and so welcoming -exactly like the photos. Lovely touches like fresh milk in the fridge, yummy biscuits, pretty daffodils on the table. The little extras like tea and coffee, basic provisions like oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and a few others. Enough bin bags and cleaning products so I needn’t have brought any with me. Comfy linens, huge towels, fire wood in case we wanted to light a fire, loads of books, toys for children and local information guides and books. I would gladly stay here again as we felt right at home. Thank you so much Penny!

Beautiful property which comfortably slept our family group of 9 around a wedding at Nedging hall which is walking distance away.

What a wonderful stay at the cottage. it was our first holiday with our daughter and this was the perfect place. she loved exploring the cottage. Caryn was kind enough to set up a travel cot for her to stay in! The cottage is beautiful and there is something to see in every corner! Felt at home instantly.

The house was beautifully furnished, cosy and in a perfect location. The views from the house were stunning. Fiona was always happy to answer any questions and made me feel she took a real interest in our stay. It was truly the perfect holiday. Thank you.

For just the two of us this was a perfect choice for a peaceful ‘away from it all’ holiday break. We had plenty of room to spread out in this beautiful, and extremely well equipped home. Our special thanks to Graham & Jo for having it so well prepared, and for being very helpful with arrival & departure arrangements. This location is already a favourite of ours, with a wide variety of interesting places within a reasonably short distance. We are already looking for dates to go again !

Lovely place the setting was gorgeous we all had a fabulous time thankyou so much for mum& dads hamper that you left us ! The hot tub was just right all in all was a lovely break for us all & the dogs loved it aswell!

Lovely caravan. Had a great holiday. Could not fault anything. The caravan had everything for our family. The only thing that was missing from the kitchen untensils was a frying pan, as I do a lot of cooking, but I got by without one. It also well worth the money and the hosts gave me all the information i needed.

This property was excellent for seven guests. One guest was wheelchair reliant and with a few accessible aids of our own it was suitable for such guest.The Lodge was well equipped kitchen wise with plenty of pots and cutlery.washing machine and dishwasher within which made it feel like home.Only downside was the road access around the site which was just pebbled and Impossible to push a wheelchair or pushchair.Having said...we had a thoroughly enjoyable week in a first class accommodation.

The Kingfisher house is clean, neat and tidy and suited our needs perfectly. Being opposite the Goat Shed is a very good selling point, with its excellent choice of goods and great food to eat. The location is very central Norfolk, meaning you have plenty of options to visit lots of the Norfolk sights. The use of the pool and tennis courts at the nearby golf resort is an added bonus. Night time is very quiet so we all managed to get some well earned rest.

We had a very pleasant stay. Susan gave every instructions clearly and responded to all our queries clearly and very promptly. The location of the property is very good with a sea view, the beach is just a few minutes walk - so if it is in the middle of summer, you can almost have a private beach. The property is very clean and nicely furnished and equipped. It is just like moving your home to a holiday. We used an indoor swimming pool on the park in the morning that was very refreshing. We will definitely go back when the weather is warmer in the mid summer. Definitely recommend.
