Absolutely Magical spot to stay! Mary was an amazing host! If you get the chance to stay here, take it!!!!

What a beautiful cottage on a beautiful lake! The multiple windows really let in the outdoors. there were so many different places to sit outside to enjoy nature and the lake. We used a kayak and a canoe, and Catherine provided all the safety equipment too. She even lent us a couple fishing poles. We chose the option to leave $10 for the garbage removal rather than take it to the dump ourselves. Everything was so simple. We are so glad we chose this cottage.

Michael and Margaret are great hosts. We head up to their place every winter now for a little cottage country escape. They are super responsive and helpful. Their place is warm, cozy, and has a great hot tub under the stars (and under the snow if you’re lucky). We’ll be back again!

Hidden gem!! A touch of paradise! Beautiful rustic cabins! Incredible lake views with the most clear water! The hosts are so welcoming and gracious! We had an amazing week here relaxing and enjoying! We will definitely be back!

Best cabin-in-the-woods weekend ever! Perfect spot for hiking, kayaking, movie watching, and board games. Bill went above and beyond to make the trip go smoothly.

This was such a cozy and peaceful cottage. It was just the right fit for me to spend a few days unwinding, relaxing and recharging. I loved the sauna and being on the lake!!

The trails are just a short walk from the cabin, which is very convenient. It is very quiet and peaceful. The hammock was SO SO comfortable. There are a bunch of things to do with the Haliburton company as well (The wolf centre and The treetop canopy tour). There’s also a pretty small grocery store a 20 min drive away if you desperately need anything. There is also a Restaurant right outside the gate that has amazing brisket! Would definitely recommend staying here, it was lovely!

Absolutely beautiful, just as we remembered from last year. All amenities still in like new condition. Lots to do. Property landscaped and kept pristine. Cottage cozy and private. Fishing and swimming, kayaking. The perfect getaway.

very cosy cabin, it is small but has everything you need. nice quiet and peaceful surrounding. We really enjoyed our stay. it took a few tries to familiarize with the stove to not overheat the space but we managed to get there!

Had a fabulous time and are looking to book again. This property is a little piece of heaven. Can’t say enough about the hosts and all the little touches. There wasn’t anything that they didn’t think about! Highly recommend staying here!

Sembrava di stare alle terme!L’abbiamo provata anche se fuori c’erano 20 gradi. I proprietari sono stati molto disponibili e mi hanno risposto subito e senza attese. Tammy è davvero super carina. Consiglio questo posto è davvero unico!

My husband and I wanted a quick getaway , somewhere rustic,quiet and close to water. We found Janet’s cabin just what we were looking for. Echoing the previous reviews, Bali was an amazing trail guide, we loved her company. Helen was a great and friendly host and the cabin was the quiet and peaceful escape that we wanted.

We had a wonderful stay. The cottage is immaculately clean, is well equipped with anything you need for cooking, playing games, bbq-ing or paddling on the lake. The hosts are very responsive and were very kind to leave some of their own delicious eggs for us in the fridge. We enjoyed our quiet get away and would love to come back! Thank you Renee and James!

Place was clean, and well maintained. Close enough to Algonquin Park. You can see canon lake from the cabin. The cabin was nice inside, great selection of movies. Brandon was very accommodating considering we booked less than 24 hrs before check in. Would definitely recommend and would love to go back!

Jennifer’s place was great! Beautiful location, private island all to ourselves. Boating over was easy peasy. We spent lots of time on the deck at the water and there are so many places to sit and relax both inside and out. We had a bonfire one night and played games the other nights. Overall a great experience. 😍

Super cozy and awesome location for accessing the park. The cabin was exactly how they described. Glamping made easy… they provide everything that you need! Temperature got down to -20 on the Saturday night and I was warm all night :) I would definitely book again when I come up to the park.

I love the privacy you get when you rent Mathews bunkie. While the hosts are responsive if you need them, they leave you in peace to enjoy this simple bunk and that's priceless.
