Very nice place to stay. The view from the back yard is priceless and is very relaxing .She has everything there to make for a nice evening outside ,patio lights, firepit ,lite up dock and picnic table right on the water. Inside is very clean and cozy and is not lacking for anything that you might need .This is not a place that you want to make any excessive noise as there is another residence right above you.

We stayed here for 6 months while in Halifax. Location is fantastic. 15 minutes to downtown and airport. Everything you could need and want within a 5 minute drive and close to the highway. Alex was a fantastic host and always responded to us in a quick manner. When we had a power outage they were quick to turn up and even brought water supplies. Every time there was a snow storm they were there within hours to clear the snow.! Excellent host, excellent locations would recommend!

This was the most amazing place. We spent a week here and Everything you needed or wanted was right in this place. The surroundings were peaceful, very inviting. Gillian checked in with us halfway through our stay to see if we needed anything. The beds were very comfy. The firepit is beautiful there was a fully stacked wood pile to use for the fire. There were lots of chairs all around to sit outside or out by the the dock. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you Gillian and Scott for your hospitality.

Great spot to get away…not far from Halifax. 20 min drive to Crystal Crescent beach.

Jenn was super easy to deal with and while we were only in town for one night, it was the perfect little spot for us. The place is clean and comfortable and very near the Shore Club and Hubbards Barn. Thanks again for being so accommodating!

Holly & James are some of the best hosts out there! Their place was comfortable and home-like. Everything you'd need for a short or long stay (I stayed 2+ weeks). They're super friendly, and very responsive and helpful when needed. I'm sure I could go on and on if asked, so I'll just end with the fact that I'd have no qualms whatsoever staying at their place again, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking at staying in Dartmouth.

We had a relaxing and quiet weekend here. The space was warm and cozy, the view was wonderful. It was just what we needed for a weekend away. Highly recommended for anybody looking for a place that is secluded, but close enough to all your amenities. Will definitely go back.

This home is a gem. It has amazing woodwork and design. Every square inch of the property has been attended to. It was cozy and spacious enough for our family. We could have stayed several more days! The view of sunsets on St. Margaret's bay is etched upon my mind. The back and side yard ins nestled up on Paddy's head and you can walk down to the water and forget about life for a while.

Our stay at Terence Bay was incredible. The location is stunning—right on the beach with beautiful views of a lighthouse. My kids loved being able to climb on the rocks, go hiking along the seashore and even find sea glass right in the backyard! We couldn’t have asked for more and my family didn’t want our time to end! The property was spotless and even better than the pictures. Our two kids especially loved the bunk bed room. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean was pure bliss. Danielle, our host, was fantastic—always helpful and attentive. You could tell that she genuinely cared about us having a great trip. She offered us tips and help when needed. We’ll definitely be recommending this spot to our friends and family.

Beautiful and spacious spot! Having both units made lots of space for our guests. The views off of the many decks was great, with the hot tub making the stay even more comfortable and relaxing. The poker table & set was a huge hit, and surround sound music was a nice touch. Will definitely be booking this stay again in the future. Close to the city for an easy weekend get away.

The house was nice and clean and in a quiet neighborhood. It was definitely further away from downtown Halifax and some other areas I was going to but the neighborhood felt very quiet and safe and was relatively close to gas, groceries and food. The host was quick to respond to questions and we had no issues. I felt the bed in the master was far too soft and low to the ground (personal preference). Overall, an easy and good stay.

Very cozy place! It was right by the water with a beautiful view. Very convenient as well. We were about a 30 minutes drive from Downtown Halifax. Ashley was very responsive and helpful. Beautiful place and amazing host! I'd stay there again. :)

Anick and Eric were great hosts. They ensured the driveway was sanded before our arrival. The place was clean, and the location was very peaceful and quiet. We cooked all of our meals here which was very easy because the kitchen had all amenities you could possibly need! Thank you for having us Anick and Eric!

Amazing place to enjoy our family Christmas under one roof. Spacious and so cozy all in one! We loved the fireplace and the easy access to the beach. There was a snowstorm when we were there and so we were nestled in all day. It was so beautiful to watch the storm roll in and feel so comfortable!
