Eduardo, We sincerely enjoyed your beautiful home. It was so peaceful, very relaxing and full of everything that anyone would need. The kitchen was fully stocked and we didn’t want for anything. We home cooked all of our meals and didn’t want to leave the house. The views of the lake are outstanding and so peaceful. Watching the morning steam rising off of the lake was mesmerizing and the sunrising were just as beautiful. Having a morning coffee on the porch watching the fish popping and rippling the water was just like a movie. We really enjoyed your beautifully decorated home. The beds were very comfortable and the ceiling fans made it great to sleep in. We will be back for Thanksgiving in less than a month!! As well as next June and we can’t wait to be back again. Beautiful location for a last minute weekend trip. Bethany responded quickly and extended our check out time due to some unforeseen water issue they were having. That extra time made the pack out so much easy. Breath taking views and very quiet neighborhood.

We adored our stay here. My daughter is autistic, she gets very stressed with changes when we go on vacation. The smells and “feeling” of a house often dictate how comfortable she can be. She often will refuse to eat when we travel because of the smells. Well she was ravenous at this house. Let me just tell you this house instantly felt like our home. She was relaxed the whole time, our family of 4 and dog had the most fun. Definitely coming back here. We are so grateful

The surroundings were peaceful and quiet. We felt as if we had the world to ourselves. We used the lodge as a "Basecamp" for 3 days of fishing on the Roanoke River. There are 2 NC Wildlife boat ramps just minutes away. We met our host at check-in and she gave us a wonderful tour and brief history of the lodge. She made us feel very welcome and shared local information including restaurants and food stores. We enjoyed a quiet walk each morning surrounded by the sound of turkeys, geese, and cardinals. If you want to get away from the noise, this is the place! We're already making plans to return next year.

The house was great for our family. Lots of spaces and places for everyone. The sunsets over the lake are wonderful. We went on a few walking trails. Everyone had a great time.

Our family spent a relaxing Thanksgiving on the lake. The home was well furnished and had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving feast... platters, pots, pans, serving bowls, space for food with the small second fridge and normal fridge. We loved the fire pit every evening and rocking chairs on the back porch. We spent afternoons on the dock or on the covered porch. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were comfortable. We loved this vacation on this beautiful lake!

Jenn and Bob were great hosts! The lake was absolutely perfect for my family and what we were looking for. We had never heard of Lake Gaston or been to this part of NC but we are big fans now and will definitely be back. The amenities were great! Littleton is such a cute little quiet town. There were a few good restaurants close by but we enjoyed cooking most meals! We will certainly be back.
