This area was really cute. The house was very well equipped, lots of additional items that made the stay pleasurable. The house and amenities appear fairly new and in great shape.

Vicky and her husband were quick to respond to any questions we had and we appreciated the attention and care with which they took care of us. The appliances were very nice. The refrigerator was clean and had ample room for us." I did not stay with those that stayed there, but was grateful for the care my family received while staying a few blocks from me. Dorothy is a wonderful hostess, very attentive and accommodating. The rental house is cozy and has everything you need. There is plenty of space and access and parking is easy. Best of both worlds because there are plenty of restaurants and shops just 15 minutes away in Rocky Mount, the location is in a quiet country setting.

Renee was a fantastic host, very responsive, and made sure we were happy through out our stay. And when we asked to extend an extra day, it wasnt a problem. The kitchen was well stocked, bathrooms and bedrooms were clean, and it is a beautiful location. Will definitely be back in the near future.

This was the second year in a row we spent Thanksgiving at Simon’s place. The home is a wonderful place to stay as it’s well maintained and well stocked. There’s also plenty to do on site and nearby. Simon is responsive to questions and reasonable accommodation requests.

This was the closest place we could find to Sylvan Heights bird park in Scotland Neck, and we are thrilled to have found it. It had all the amenities we needed, and was clean. The snacks and drinks were a great touch. My ten year old was thrilled with it. The beds were very soft and comfy.

Our family spent a relaxing Thanksgiving on the lake. The home was well furnished and had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving feast... platters, pots, pans, serving bowls, space for food with the small second fridge and normal fridge. We loved the fire pit every evening and rocking chairs on the back porch. We spent afternoons on the dock or on the covered porch. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were comfortable. We loved this vacation on this beautiful lake!

Jenn and Bob were great hosts! The lake was absolutely perfect for my family and what we were looking for. We had never heard of Lake Gaston or been to this part of NC but we are big fans now and will definitely be back. The amenities were great! Littleton is such a cute little quiet town. There were a few good restaurants close by but we enjoyed cooking most meals! We will certainly be back.

We had a great stay and enjoyed the spaciousness of the home. It was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the upper deck as well as the fire-pit and patio. We all agreed it would be fantastic to stay in the summertime.
