Halifax Harbour : locations de vacances adaptées aux enfants

The spot was perfect for us, a great little cottage by the lake. The lake was gorgeous! Chris was very responsive for all of our changes in schedule and questions we had and even left us a little welcome gift of some snacks and drinks. It was incredible and we would stay there again! also it is much closer to Halifax than you think! Turn on tolls when looking because everyone uses the toll bridge and it's just 1.25$ at time of writing and it saves 20 minutes to get into Halifax!

Lots of extra touches. Wonderful welcome basket that even included dog toys and treats (including wine for the 2-legged guests). Loved having the washer/dryer to use (when you are travelling this is really nice). Overall very positive experience.

Helen’s place was exactly as pictured plus many more lovely additions in terms of available supplies and even food items! Helen emphasized how everything in the apartment was for myself and guest to use, making us feel right at home and very welcomed. Parking is easy and steps from the main entrance of the unit. This is a very spacious place with comfy beds while also being only a short distance from the bustle of downtown Halifax!

Our family had a fantastic Christmas at Deanna’s. It looks exactly as advertised, and is just really comfortable. Deanna was very helpful and timely in responding to questions, prior to, and during our stay. She was very flexible and accommodating to meet our timing needs. Awesome location and view. The accommodation is great, well taken care of and great for a family stay. Will definitely stay here again if back in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mary's place. It had everything we needed, including a nice big kitchen with a lovely view; it felt like I was cooking in a treehouse :-) Mary was very easy to communicate with. We would be happy to stay here again.

Honestly, this place is gorgeous! I could have sat by the water for hours. But my family had too much fun catching up and playing games inside. Everything was perfect - clean and exactly as described. I can’t wait to go back.

Alex and his house are amazing. I would give Alex 10 Stars out of 5 if I could. He was very accommodating and very responsive to us before, and during our stay. The house is well equipped throughout, including the kitchen to do everything you need. The view is out of this world and is like something from a movie. The rooms are spacious, the living areas are perfect to relax and look at the Atlantic Ocean whilst ships cruise past. Access to the beach was easy and the little peninsula has a fireplace that just completes the whole package. It is private and just what we needed. I highly recommend Alex and his spectacular house for anyone and everyone!

Abigail’s place was great! Close walk to ferry terminal and downtown Dartmouth. She allowed early check which was great! Would recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay, wish we had more time to explore the area.

Shelley and Julian are fantastic hosts. They really helped make our stay enjoyable. They are very responsive and friendly. The place was in a great spot and we were able to walk to all our destinations.

Jeremy, Monique and I loved staying in your cozy 2 bedroom apt. It was close to everything (walking distance) the food and sight seeing around the downtown core were also good!! We loved the black makeup cloths in the bathroom, such a great little touch for women who wear it. Thank you again!! Hope to be able to come back to Halifax with the famjam someday!! We always feel at home in Angela’s flat. Can’t think of a thing that has ever been lacking to make our visit completely comfortable. We love the neighbourhood which is remarkably quiet, especially considering how close it is to restaurants, public transit and downtown. Looking forward to our next stay!

Cheng was a lovely host! The place was homey and clean, just as described, and close to the airport for a very early flight for my partner the next morning. The shower was hot and the bed was comfortable. There was also the cutest welcome book which Cheng had obviously put a lot of love into - its little touches like that which really make a difference :)

This apartment is really well equipped, functional and rather clean. The bed is extremely confortable and the smart TV offers everything you can think of ! But what's more important is that Jimmy reply almost immediately, is comprehensive and is paying close attention to its clients.

Susan’s place is perfect for a visit to Halifax. It’s a spacious 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of the wonderful North End of the city close to world class restaurants like Bar Kismet. It’s a top quality apartment with a modern kitchen, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Susan is a great host, always responsive and helpful. It’s our second time staying there and we would recommend it unreservedly

I had a fabulous stay at Sara’s place. I was there for over a month so it was very important that I have a pleasant home base, which was absolutely the case. I had everything I needed and it was easy to contact Sara if I needed to. It was perfect!

I had a wonderful stay from start to finish. There were so many little thoughtful details - coffee and cream, lighting, shower supplies, kitchen tools, comfortable furniture etc. The bed was extremely comfortable and the whole space was quiet day and night. I appreciated the walkability - it was a 10-15 minute gentle walk to the downtown. Angela was the most responsive and friendly airbnb host I have had. I would definitely recommend Angela's place!

Great place, was super handy for us while we had a family member having a surgery at the IWK. Easy walk back and forth to nap the other kids. Cosy basement apartment

Great location for moving university kids in and out of residence. Secure building, beautiful view. Great to have parking which was easy to use even with intermediate SUV. Overall very pleased. Would recommend and would stay here again.
