It is a place where you can relax to the max. It is a beautiful, clean and well-kept house. Spacious rooms and a kitchen with everything you need. The terrace of the house is spacious and has an extraordinary sea view. Also, the yard is very beautiful and constantly maintained. I communicated very well with Maria whenever it was necessary. It is a place to which I would return with great pleasure and joy.

We were 7 people and we all loved our stay here! George is an amazing host - he's very kind and friendly, he was making sure that we have everything that we need. The location is great - next to the beach and just 10 merers from the taverna!

From the very first day here we felt the assistance and support of the hosts! They are very friendly, always open to help and communicate. The place itself looks the same as in the pictures with a great garden full of fruit trees! We like it here very much! Supermarket is close, beach, bakeries etc. just 3 mins by car! It’s very convenient, it’s calm and peaceful here! We advice everyone come and feel all the fresh sea air here one day! It’s worth it! Thank you once again, Alexia and Stathis and allllll the wonderful pets you have!

The garden was really very very nice. Forget about everything else, the garden is enough to decide to stay here. Plus the only-3-minute-walk to the beach. We were two families (with one kid each). I, my wife and son stayed in the caravan. It was much better for us since we are actually caravan people. The other family stayed in the house which was small but enough for 3 persons. Using separate spaces is great when you are two families. The stuff in the house and the caravan may seem old at first, but they are both clean. I felt very comfortable in the caravan. My friend who slept at the sofa in the house had slight complaints but it is no big deal (I think). There is a shower in the garden, as well ad the garden is just as it looks in the pictures. All in all, you spent most of the time in the garden (if summer) which is great, especially if you have kids. Sarantis was so friendly, nice and helpful. He even helped us with the internet connection which did not exist before us.

Beautiful and peaceful place, amazing and caring hosts, very friendly, kind and communicative; welcomed us with food and gave us fruits and jam throughout our stay, made us feel just like at home :) perfect if you’re looking for a retreat, away from tourists. We enjoyed it so much and would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Anastasia’s cottage. The setting was incredibly peaceful, offering stunning views of Mount Olympus and the sea. Nestled on a hill as the last house on the street, the cottage provided the perfect spot to relax on the porch in the evenings. The garden was beautifully maintained, and our kids absolutely loved it, especially the swing and the toys provided. Thomai was exceptionally friendly and always quick to respond whenever we reached out. The hosts were warm and welcoming, greeting us upon arrival and bidding us farewell when we left. We couldn't be happier with our experience and would definitely love to return. We highly recommend this place to family and friends.

Wir waren 5 Tage in dieser herrlichen Gegend - Mitte September war der lange Strand (besonders wenn man ein Stück Richtung Develiki gegangen ist) fast menschenleer. Im 5 km entfernten Ierissos gibt es viele gute Restaurants und 2 große Supermärkte. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock, darunter hat Eva eine Wohnung, die sie nur zu Ferienzwecken nutzt. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf die Olivenbäume und das Meer ist wunderbar - wir haben sie schon beim Frühstück genossen. Wohnung geräumig und gemütlich. Das Badezimmer ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es hat alles funktioniert. Sehr sauber. Für Naturliebhaber sehr zu empfehlen!

Τόσο ο κ. Χρήστος όσο και η κα. Σοφία είναι δύο οικοδεσπότες με ευγένεια και καλοσύνη απέναντι στον φιλοξενούμενο. Αυτό που ξεχώρισα ήταν η διάθεση τους να βοηθήσουν και να μας εξυπηρετήσουμε. Όμορφο περιβάλλον, καθαρό και ήσυχο!

When we go on vacation, we always search for quiet places where all the family (and dog) can really relax. This beautiful place was exactly what we were looking for. My family and I spent a wonderful time here. First of all, I want to say that Smaragda and Sotiris are really, really friendly and helpful hosts. They responded very fast to all our questions and queries. The house is located in a very peaceful area and at the same time is only 5 min by car (20-minute walk) away from the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. The cottage is very clean and cozy. The kitchen is well-equipped and has all the amenities you need. The beds are comfortable, and we had really good sleep. There is a big terrace with beautiful sea view to enjoy your coffee or your dinner. Also, there is a garden with wonderful barbecue that we used several times to prepare delicious dinners. Thank you Smaragda and Sotiris for everything! :) :)

Meletis ist ein toller Gastgeber, mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps, immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Das Haus mit dem netten Garten liegt zwar mitten im Ort, aber man kann den Strand gut zu Fuß erreichen. Viele Restaurants und Bäckereien in der Nähe.

Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohlgefühlt! Im Wohnwagen wohnt die Besitzerin des Hauses mit Hund. Wir hatten damit kein Problem! Verständigung ehr schwierig, da sie nir griechisch spricht. Dennoch ist es vielleicht nicht jedermann Sache.. Denn auch der Hund läuft gerne auf der Wiese rum und legt sich sehr gerne auf die Terrasse zu chillen.. Die Strände in der Umgebung sind gut zu Fuss und auch mit dem Auto erreichbar! Wer mit dem Auto unterwegs ist, sollte früh aufstehen um einen geeigneten Parkplatz zu finden! Wir würden wieder hinkommen. ;) Grüße aus Stuttgart

It was a real pleasure to stay at Vasili's home. A very well situated place, calm and quiet, the best thing is that, besides the great and large porch, there is also natural shadow from the big tree in the yard. The house does have absolutely everything - from a flly equiped kitchen to the barbeque in the yard. Definitely going to visit it again next year with my family.

La maison de Milena est située dans un petit village calme et offre une vue magnifique sur les champs d'oliviers et la montagne. La propreté était irréprochable. Elle convient parfaitement à 6 personnes (nous étions 4) voire 8. Les 3 chambres sont climatisées (climatisation très silencieuse) et très calmes. Une chambre a sa propre salle de bain. Les 2 autres partagent une grande salle de bain, donc pas la peine de faire la queue le matin pour se doucher. La cuisine de la maison est parfaitement équipée, même avec un lave vaisselle (donc pas de corvée de vaisselles à prévoir). Vous aurez à votre disposition 2 terrasses et surtout tout le jardin avec son hamac et une énorme table pour 8 personnes sous un olivier. vous aurez aussi le BBQ. A quelques minutes de voiture, vous avez quelques plages, comme celle de Metamorphosis et les premieres plages magnifiques de Sintonia (comme Karydi) ne sont qu'à 30 minutes de voiture. Enfin, Milena est une personne charmante qui fera tout pour que vous passiez un excellent séjour chez elle. Elle nous a même permis de partir à 19h le dernier jour!!! Bref, vous l'aurez compris, nous vous recommandons fortement la maison.

The villa is in a very pleasant and peaceful place, a short distance from the beach. The rooms are clean and cozy with all amenities. The yard is perfectly maintained with wonderful corners for relaxation. The owners are very kind and responsive. Thank you for your hospitality! We felt at home.

The place is beautiful and quiet. Its an ideal spot from where you can go to different towns, cities beaches. Of course with a car. Thessaloniki is in an hour, also Kavala. Stavros is very near and a nice place. Also Asprovalta. We were traveling around, going to different places but after were having quiet rest in the house. The terrace is amazing. The view is wonderful. The garden with many fruit trees and birds songs. The house was clean and cozy. The price is very good for all of this. We definitely would go back there. Stayed for four nights with 2 friends, big house with 3 bedrooms for 6 people , common living area , one bathroom , enormous yard with olive trees and 2 freely roaming very friendly dogs. The property is just behind Sunny bay camping , 100 m to the beach , 20 minute walk to the village of Metamorfosi. We had a great and prompt online communication with our host and were welcomed by her parents who live on the ground floor allowing for flexible check-in and check out. They were very helpful and hospitable. We had a minor accident and broke the shower in the bathroom so our host cooperated very quickly calling for a plumber the next I definitely reconmend the property , great value for money and super close to the beach

This was just an ideal location for our family vacation. A very nice and comfortable house with a very spacious and well maintained yard. We wanted to be at very quite but cosy and comfortable location and villa Esmeralda have provided us just that! The house is located in a very quiet residental neighborhood - 3-4 minutes driving from the beach and 7 or 12 minutes driving from the nearest villages (depending which one you want to visit). Both villages have everything you need: supermarkets, small shops, tavernas, restaurants, pizza places, pharmacies etc. The house is very well equipped with everything you might need during your stay and beyond that! Dimitrios and Esmeralda are great hosts, very welcoming and helpful with advices that may be useful during the stay. We loved every second of our stay and hoping to revisit soon! Thessaloniki is just 30-35 minutes driving in case you want to mix your experience with some city dynamics during the day and return to absolute peace and "nirvana" on the second part of the day. Overall a great experience! Would highly recommend to families with kids that want to stay away from crowd and enjoy their holidays on their own pace.

Das Haus ist in einem makellosen Zustand, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgerüstet was zum Urlauben gebraucht wird. Strand, Einkaufs- und Abendaktivitäten sind in 3 Minuten fußläufig erreicht. Die Kommunikation mit Antonis war einwandfrei. Ein herzlicher Empfang von Antonis Mutter Fotini und seinem Bruder Jannis hat uns bei der Ankunft erwartet. Es gab eine Einweisung inkl. Rundgang durch das Haus und kalte Getränke (Wasser, Saft, Wein) waren für uns bereit gestellt. Wir haben uns in sehr wohl gefühlt und sprechen eine 100%ige Empfehlung aus! Very nice location, few steps from the beach. Quiet location, in walking distance you have everything you want and need for living: supermarket, butcher, restaurants, bars... I recomend this location to familys with small childrens. We really enjoyed staying here and will defenitly come back.
