I really loved the place, being across the street to the sea. Christos mom was amazing, she showed us the flat and all the things inside. Flat is equipped with all that you need to live. If you're working remote is a great stay, being near the beach and peaceful. i didn' t liked the bed, it was to soft for my taste, still this is something personal. Flat is 4 minutes away from the oldest taverna from the area( by car), we enjoyed our stay, and Christos gave us some really hopeful recommendations for tavernas and what to visit. I really recommend this place if you hhave car and you need a peaceful place to be.

Eine sehr süße Wohnung in sehr schöner Lage. Der Host war sehr hilfsbereit und die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen!:)

Great location and a wonderful sunrise. The flat is situated at the second floor. The space is more than generous for 2 couples. The beach is also very nice with both free areas and beach bar. One of the few places in beach front that offers parking. All together, a wonderful place for a vacation. Thank you for sharing your home with us Silke and Kai.

Ev son derece temiz ulaşım açısından ferahtı. Gece bir ara müzik sesi geldi ama o da zaten yorgunluktan anlamadan uyuyorsunuz. Biz bir gün kaldık ve yeterince ihtiyacımızı karşıladı. Seçilebilir bir ev kesinlikle.

Traumhaft schöner Ort mit einer kleinen wundervollen Bucht zum baden und entspannen direkt nebenan. Das Haus und der Garten sind liebevoll und wunderschön gestaltet. Und die Vermieter waren unglaublich lieb und gastfreundlich. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und unsere Erwsrtungen wurden in allem übertroffen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Melina ist sehr freundlich, Wohnung war schön und sauber. Terrasse und Aussicht ist wunderschön. Strand mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen fast vor der Tür. Viele Tavernen direkt am Meer mit leckerem griechischen Essen. Es ist sehr ruhig. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass es im Ort nur einen kleinen Laden zum Einkaufen gibt, ansonsten muss man mit dem Bus zum Markt und den Geschäften fahren.

The apartment is exactly like in the photos with a nice balcony to the sea. Air conditioning, clean room, clean bathroom, very responsive and respectful host. For sure if it has to be Neo Marmaras i would stay in this place.

We really enjoyed our time here. The house was beautifully located in a quiet pebbly beach. The neighborhood was quiet, even in mid-June. It was really fun to cook outside on the terrace, and there were lots of pleasant areas to lounge. A few kitchen amenities would be helpful if you are going to cook at the villa- dish soap, sponge, paper towels.

It was a nice place to relax and have peace. You have your own beach in front of the house and it was amazing. Very clear and the colour its magnificent. House was very very clean. The kitchen is full equipped; even the coffee and spices. Rooms were a little bit small but its okey for a summer house. The garden was amazing! The big olive tree we love it. You can say good morning to sea and the night full of stars. Hosts were very very kind. They solve our problems very friendly and we got help from them anytime we wrote. We didnt want it ends but hope to go again! İ really recommend the place from the heart

The house is in a fantastic location—right by the sea, in a quiet area. It had everything we needed. Our stay was wonderful! We will definitely come back again.

George's place was great, we got greeted by his son Antonis who was really friendly, spoke perfect English and showed us around the house. The place looked exactly like the photos and it was right on the beach separated by a small quiet street. The host showed us all the amenities and we sat for a quick chat to get some information about the village and places we can visit. We had a great stay overall, and visited the local village Nea Kalikratea multiple times as well as Thessaloniki which is a vibrant city. There are really nice beaches nearby as well as small taverns which provide excellent choice of fresh fish and seafood. I would say this house is not to be missed, a hidden gem indeed!

goudas Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl ! Alles so wie auf die Bilder . das haus liegt tatsächlich direkt am Meer mit eigenem Zugang! Goudas ist äußerst hilfsbereit . Wir waren ganz allein weil wir Ende Oktober dort waren und konnten jeden Tag baden und den Garten und die Terrasse genießen! Wir wollten nicht weg. Viele Orte um das Haus herum waren eingeschlafen aber für uns war es ok! Wir konnten trotzdem Tavernen finden, die offen waren. Auf alle drei Finger ist um der Jahreszeit sehr ruhig und für den Naturgenuss um so schöner allein zu sein ! Wir kommen wieder.

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

We enjoyed our holidays on Simos place and hope that as soon as possible! October was good period to enjoy the sun, sea and also the beach which is on the Simos courtyard :). The view is magnificient!

Всичко беше перфектно, имахме всичко необходимо , дори някой лекарства. Мястото е тихо и къщата е на плажа .Може би липсва само климатик за най-топлите дни.

Όλα ειταν τέλια το δωμάτιο καθαρό και ο οικοδεσπότης ειταν απσωγος. Περάσαμε τέλεια. Θα το ξανπροτημουσα στο μέλλον.

George welcomed us like a true host. His english as well as Serbian is really good and we really had a great time at his villa. Only downsides - no baby bed mattrace and if you drive a low clearence vehicle you might have problems with the approach path to the villa. Recommended for people with kids since the backyard is big and the beach is perfect for them.

Εξαιρετική επιλογή στη Θεσσαλονίκη. Παρόλο που είσαι στο κέντρο το κατάλυμα έχει απόλυτη ησυχία! Είναι ακριβώς όπως περιγράφεται στην πλατφόρμα ήσυχο καθαρό και άνετο. Εξαιρετικό γούστο στη διακόσμηση με όμορφα κάδρα και καταπληκτικές εκδόσεις στα ράφια του ένας art χώρος στο κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης.

Eine traumhafte Wohnung. Eine Seite zum Meer, die andere zu einem Platz, der sich zum Meer öffnet. Viele bodentiefe Fenster und Türen. Aus der Wohnung und von dem großen Eckbalkon fantastische Panoramablicke. Hochwertige Ausstattung, großer Fernseher, gemütliches Bett und Schlafsofa. Wir mussten wegen eines Streiks erst zwei Tage verspätet anreisen. Die Kosten für die nicht genutzten Übernachtungen wurden sofort zurück erstattet. Fazit: Eine der besten Wohnungen, die wir bisher gemietet haben. Jederzeit wieder.

Wir waren 3 Nächte dort und haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Aussicht ein Traum, es wurde definitiv nicht zu viel versprochen. Die Gastgeber sind Mega freundlich gut waren immer gut zu erreichen. 10/10☺️

Our stay at Oasis of the Seas was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was exactly like the pictures—clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was great, making it easy to explore Thessaloniki. A special thank you to Irene, who gave us an amazing welcome and made us feel right at home. She and Konstantinos were fantastic hosts, providing great recommendations that made our trip even better. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city. We’ll definitely be back!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit hier und die Unterkunft entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen. Die Kommunikation war wunderbar und Nikoleta hatte sich perfekt um uns gekümmert. Die Lage in Nea Roda ist auch herrlich. Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Strand und wunderschöne Strände sind Fußläufig erreichbar. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub.
