This was an amazing experience staying here at this cute little studio. This was the perfect homebase after exploring the city of Atlanta and the downtown shops in Decatur. Our favorite part about the Airbnb was how cozy it was. It was a perfect stay for a young couple like ourselves and we will definitely be rebooking in the near future. 10 out of 10 recommend the spot if you’re looking for that weekend getaway or even a longer stay since there’s plenty of space

Perfect stay! I had no issues with parking or getting in, location was great it was near so many shops and restaurants, place was clean and exactly like the pictures.

Good communication and easy check in process.

Our stay at the property was truly wonderful, with many positive aspects to highlight. However, we did encounter a couple of minor issues. One was an incident around 1 am when some kids accidentally triggered a fire alarm, which was a bit disruptive. Additionally, we received a parking ticket due to a misunderstanding about our parking pass—despite it being displayed in the window. While these issues were not related to the property or the host, I believe it’s important to mention them. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I would consider rebooking in the future!

The place is in a good neighborhood. Nice place. The beds are comfortable to sleep with. The house is clean. Responsive host. Will be coming back for sure.

ALL AROUND GREAT EXPERIENCE Everything about out stay was great. Kat was very attentive and available from first contact. The place was great. Very clean, well-stocked and a beautiful location. Just as described. The space is even bigger than described and would be great for a larger group. My wife and kids loved seeing the deer in the yard each day. Just wish we could have stayed longer.

We loved our stay at this property. There was a large group of us celebrating a couple friends 40th. The house was beautiful and just how it was pictured. We loved the gated community and felt very safe and secure. Helen was so much fun. We got to see the Christmas tree lighting and Christmas market. The food was AMAZING!!! Definitely check out the Bodensee and Mullers. The hot tub was the perfect touch to the end of our cold nights. We will definitely be recommending this place to others and am planning another trip back!

This house has everything you could ever need! Very well stocked and so cozy! The bed was very comfortable! If we ever come to Athens again, this is where we will stay. Don’t second guess it. Just book!

I will definitely be back, hopefully when it’s warmer so I can enjoy the pool. Walked the neighborhood almost everyday and even walked to work at the Terminus building. Excellent location!

Convenient place to stay when visiting the Lilburn/Duluth area. Rodney is a great host.

Not only was our stay picturesque, Missy and Evan were incredibly nice and responsive. It is a perfect place to stay if you have a large family and the kitchen has just about everything you could need to make a large dinner. I could not be anymore pleased with our stay, if we are in the area again, I would happily stay in this house another time. Thank you for opening up the house to me and my family!

I cant say enough great things about Candice and her beautiful home, I wish we would've stayed longer for sure, the kids absolutely loved her playhouse addition! She was very quick to respond when I had questions and needed assistance and fixed concerns immediately. Not far from everything, centrally located but still peaceful and relaxing. The kids loved the fire station next door, we even stopped by one morning to take pictures and learn about the trucks, Candice was so helpful, as well as the house literally has anything you might need for the kids, in the kitchen, the washer and dryer, also the fur babies felt right at home, they have Kennels to use, a dog bed for your fur babies, Bikes you are able to use, (unfortunately we didnt have enough time to use them) literally anything you could ask for a great and family oriented vacation was this house, it was absolutely perfect for our family, if we find ourselves in Georgia again I would love to stay at Candice's place. Jonathan's house was perfect for the kids in our group, with all the toys inside the house and at the fenced backyard. The neighborhood was also in a safe and quiet residential area away from all the action on campus (but still close enough) and close to a park with a huge playground. The house is also super close to a Walmart so we were able to pick up things we weren't able to pack and bring with us. I also appreciate the amenities provided such as towels (lots of towels!), shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, plates, utensils, etc. Overall, a great place and we're incredibly grateful for Jonathan's hospitality!

I can’t say enough about how well Nadjia hosted us - especially last minute as our previous Airbnb host cancelled. She accommodated my group and was extremely responsive and helpful. If you want a penthouse view of the city, this is for you. A little construction going on but it was outside the apartment

Roxanne’s place is exactly as described and very comfortable and easy for access I would most definitely stay again

Jody was a great host and responsive to questions. For us, the biggest draw of Jody's place was the location. Walkable to the perimeter mall and lots and lots of restaurants around. The apartment is in a big complex that can be somewhat of a maze but checking in was easy and straightforward if you followed Jody's instructions. The place was exactly as described.
