Really fit what we needed. Hosts introduced themselves on arrival and even graciously offered to mail a couple articles of clothing back to me I'd forgotten in a closet. For future guests, since it is in the back of the main house, can take a second to confirm you're at the right address. The place is simple (for example, no oven or stove but does have a hot plate/griddle) as listed. It is only 20-30 minutes to walk to lots of various shops and restaurants so while the house itself is in a neighborhood, close enough to walk to things and don't have to get in a car. As long as you're not heading south, which hits the main road pretty quickly, they are all pretty nice walks to places.

Loved this place and Karen was awesome and helpful with my travel needs. Absolutely beautiful lake - wish I had more time but I was going to meetings- I’ll be back!

Nicolas's quaint guesthouse was the perfect hideaway for me and my son. Its painted wood walls and exposed joists summoned a sense of nostalgia for a lost place and time, while other clean, contemporary finishes set us firmly and comfortably in the here-and-now. We also appreciated the modern amenities and decor that helped make our stay so pleasant. Many of our destinations were walkable, and the quiet, charming neighborhood streets made the walks worth it. Nicolas is a communicative and thoughtful host, and Casablanca is as cool and authentic as they come.

What a great place! The surroundings were beautiful, accommodations excellent and the host was outstanding. We very much enjoyed our interactions with Britt and had a wonderful property tour via his 4x4 mule. Make sure to take time to enjoy this spot and the wonderful grounds. This was great space for our small family and in a beautiful location with easy access to the best of Atlanta. The property is well maintained with everything needed for a short stay. The hosts provided detailed recommendations and guidance. We will definitely keep the carriage house in mind for future visits.

A great quiet cottage walkable to Emory and restaurants/shops. Very pleasant hosts and nice clean accommodations.

This was my third time staying at this home, and I love it. It's in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. I've been there in the spring and the birds and flowers are lovely. (I appreciated the fresh flowers from the yard in vases in the unit!) Everything in the unit was nice and comfortable. Even though it's in such a quiet location, it's 5 minutes from everything including campus and downtown. I worked during the day, and there was a comfortable table with super fast internet. Highly recommend and hope to stay here again!

This is my second stay at Jenn's apartment. A great, quiet place to stay while working in Atlanta. Exceptionally clean, very well-equipped kitchen (great knives!), and very responsive hosts. Will stay again!

Better than the pctures. Quiet, peaceful and tranquil. Everything you would want if youre trying to get away from the city and enjoy nature. Trails and hikes at the state parks are only about 20-30 min away. Great place to stay

I simply can't say enough about Smiley. She is an amazing host. She is extremely responsive and easy to work with. Her home is amazing. so much so that we extended an extra week. Her home is centrally located, close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. The home is well provisioned, roomy and spotless. I will definitely be staying with her again and recommend that you book her property if you're needing something in the area

Had a wonderful stay in the guest house! peaceful and quaint in the midst of suburban atlanta and not far from downtown attractions. Very luxurious pool area with easy to use instructions and access to amentities. Loved the 24/7 hot tub specifically. Guest house was very private, spacious, organized, and elegantly decorated. Nice updated bathroom, full kitchen and great selection of tea/coffee and board games! Very comfortable space-would stay again!

My mother-in-law had a great weekend getaway! Sean’s place was perfect for us - we had everything we needed! My MIL slept on the bed inside and I slept on the bed on the screened-in porch. The screened-in porch and swinging bed were my favorite parts! Sean was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions I had. It is really close to downtown Ball Ground - you can definitely walk, though we drove because my MIL is recovering from foot surgery. We visited restaurants downtown, Gibbs Gardens (20 minutes away) and even a restaurant in Jasper. Definitely check it out!

Absolutely amazing place and stay! The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. It is close to everything you need, shops, food, coffee, everything. The place is beautiful. It looks exactly like the pictures. It is clean, comfortable, bigger than you think and the perfect set up. I had a chance to meet Brian and his family. Amazing people and wonderful communication. They even recommended a great place to eat. Anytime I am in the area this will be my go to spot.

Great location! The loft was very well stocked including extra linens and kitchen amenities. [I was especially happy to find the spices and the zip lock bags for leftovers!]. Appliances worked great, as did the air conditioner. Having a dryer for swim meet towels was a gift. One of my children loved the hideaway bedroom in the back hall, but I loved the little study that looked out into the front, quiet street. The area was tranquil in the evenings; we enjoyed sitting on the steps, enjoying the small fountain, and watching the moon rise!

We booked this Airbnb last minute due to home renovations, and it was the perfect stay! The space was beautifully decorated, cozy, and exactly as pictured. Everything was spotless, and the attention to detail made it feel like a home away from home. The host was accommodating, and the check-in process was seamless. Amazing loft, beautiful property, most helpful, accommodating, and friendly hosts ever! Super cozy/homey, easy check in/ check out, nice bathroom, multiple a/c units, plenty amenities! The area surrounding also has many restaurants, small general stores, activities, and epic sights. Very nice view from the balcony of the loft. Rags and Bo were also a highlight of the stay.

Claire’s place was lovely! It was walkable to downtown Roswell and perfect for a weekend away with our pups.

This couple are the most friendly hosts we’ve ever dealt with. Extremely accommodating and helpful. Definitely recommend their place if you’re looking for peace and privacy!

We had a good stay at the guest house of Michael and Suzanne, which was conveniently close to our grandson’s dorm at UGA, along with other Athens venues we visited. Directions were clear and the separate parking area was appreciated, along with a full kitchen and the chance to do a mid-trip load of laundry. The TV has ROKU, but no access to local stations, though guests are invited to log in to (and out of) their own streaming service/s. Great neighborhood for walking.
