Great location with easy access to the lake and surrounding Dawsonville area. The house was incredible and was great for our group event. Kitchen with all amenities, plenty of space to spread out, basement was a huge hit as well for hanging out. Definitely recommend for group stays!

I rented this place for a weekend marriage retreat for six couples and everyone was extremely pleased with the amenities, location, and rooms. Each couple had there own room and bathroom, there was plenty of room to spread out and relax and it was very comfortable to conduct sessions for the group, overall a very lovely place, I would definitely book again

We loved our stay at Tammy’s place! This was our first time staying on the North side of the lake and we are officially huge fans! It’s so much calmer and absolutely beautiful. The house itself was perfect. Beautiful kitchen and rooms. Everything felt so fresh and clean. It’s also so easy with kids to walk out the basement and watch them swim at 8am or while eating dinner on the downstairs patio. Tammy was super responsive and helpful with any issues (we only had one tiny problem with a thermostat that she had taken care of right away!). We hope to come back again next summer!

Of all of my AirBnB stays Natanya's place was by far the best experience to date. The house was amazing. It was perfect for what we were there for. There was so much space. Even after viewing the listing numerous times I was still shocked at how large the home was. It was perfectly stocked. It had something for everyone. The kids kept busy with the numerous activities the home has to offer - the game room, books, toys. The moms enjoyed the dock and hot tub, and the guys loved the fact that they could dock their fishing boats on the property. It was literally a dream house and we can't wait to go back.

Our group loved staying here and have already looked into a repeat visit! Appreciated how many garbage bins were available for a big group over the holidays. There are three full size refrigerators, which was so welcome for a long stay. For what it's worth, the instructions and video for how to turn the spa on worked great for us and we were able to use it without issue. It's a beautiful home and worked well for a large group of friends!

Bishoy’s Airbnb is absolutely stunning! I will be planning another stay there with my friends because we could not get over how beautiful, modern, and quaint the place was. We were all in awe of the appliances including the freezer that makes craft ice! The overall aesthetic of the Airbnb made the place feel cozy yet chic. The beds were soooo comfortable too! Will definitely be booking during the summer months to take advantage of the beautiful outdoor space!

This is a great lake house with plenty of space for the whole family plus! Beautiful lake views and plenty to keep us all entertained. in the house. We really enjoyed the hot tub and relaxing on the boat dock with great views. The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen I have seen in a rental and so easy to prepare food for our large group. There was plenty of parking we had four cars, but would have accommodate more. We would highly recommend renting here as it was also very convenient to the downtown Gainesville square and multiple stores for anything we needed. The hosts were not only responsive but always pleasant.

We had a great time at this peaceful location. It's right on the water and close to both Gainesville and Helen with lots of things to do. The house was well maintained and had clear instructions on how to get in and out. Only issue we had was finding which one it was at night as there are two homes of the driveway, but in the day it's easy to tell.

This is hands down our favorite Airbnb — and that says a lot coming from a large family that travels frequently! The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and unique, offering plenty of space for everyone to gather and enjoy quality time together, while also providing a comfortable retreat when needed. The appliances were top-notch, and the kids were absolutely thrilled with the TV built into the fridge — such a fun touch! The deck was phenomenal, and we only wish the weather had been warmer so we could have taken full advantage of it. A special shoutout to Chel, who was incredibly helpful! We had a few questions upon check-in, and she responded promptly and graciously, making the experience even smoother. We truly had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to return someday. I had a wonderful stay at this charming historic home and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location is ideal – situated in a peaceful neighborhood yet just a short walk from restaurants, grocery stores, and other conveniences. The house itself is beautifully decorated, with a historic charm that gives it an inviting feel. The house is even more spacious than the photos suggest, offering plenty of room to spread out. As someone who worked remotely during my visit, it was great to have a space that was both comfortable and well-stocked with essentials. I truly appreciated the thoughtful touches that made settling in so much smoother! Overall, this home was the perfect base for my visit to Gainesville, and I’d definitely stay here again if I’m in the area!

This was a beautiful location and very comfortable. This was a trip for two families instead of a prom. Everyone loved the location and the house set up. There was everything we needed to relax and cook while there.

This property was almost too good to be true. It was perfect for our family reunion. The guesthouse was an added bonus. It came equipped with all of the cooking items we needed and more. The coffee nook AND fire pit was LOVED by all. Smores were a big hit with the kids. The rooms were nice and tidy with towels, TVs, and fans for the guests. The children (and adults) were excited to see the deer every morning. There were just a few minor issues, but overall, it was an amazing stay. We would definitely return for future family gatherings.

The rental property was just as described and exactly what our family needed for our short term stay. Minh was our host and he was very responsive to our needs and communication was very good and helpful. If we need another place to stay in the future we would come back to this rental property.

Great, relaxing stay. Very well equipped home. Lots of sites close by like the Georgia State Botanical Gardens, Gwinnett County Environmental and Cultural Center, State Parks, and much more. Perfect vacation.

The airbnb is VERY spacious and nicely decorated! We loved the sauna and huge showers that made the trip feel luxurious. The hosts are super communicative and provided the clearest instructions. There is much to do in the area but this was a great place for a pamper yo self night in. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a nice airbnb with lots to inside the home!
