Great place we had tons of fun, the lake is beautiful. Quiet and private. The deck is great to enjoy the sunset. The hosts are great and accommodating. We spent a few months here for work and enjoyed every bit of it. Next time we are back in Gainesville will 100% stay again

A very spacious apartment located on a quiet street. It was easy to get to and conveniently located for our needs. The bed was comfortable with firm-ish mattress and a couple options on pillows. All in all, a comfortable stay.

What a beautiful setting. We wished it had been warmer to enjoy the patio and the view. Kitchen was well stocked and Lana had left us some yummy pumpkin chocolate chip muffins for breakfast. We would love to stay in December but unfortunately it is booked for one of the nights we are interested in. We would definitely stay here again. So peaceful!

We had a great time staying at Jay's place. The property was just as pictured and had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Jay was really nice and was able to assist us quickly and courteously. The area is fantastic, with good restaurants and a supermarket nearby.

This was my second time staying at Tonya’s place (but in a different unit) and it was wonderful - just as great as the first time! It was perfect for my needs and I felt right at home. This is a great option for a one-person stay close to town!

The garden apartment is bright, roomy and uncluttered with a wall of windows looking out onto mature trees in the back yard. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and the kitchen area is super cute! Our hosts were personable and responsive and we hope to return and enjoy the deck in warmer weather. If you have mobility issues, there are stairs descending from the driveway and a step up into the shower.

The bridal party stayed here the night before a wedding. Cleaning space & beds were comfortable. There is 5 beds, but one is a pull out on the floor and the room did not have blinds or anything to cover the windows.

The house itself was great and really clean. The location was close to the lake and close enough to town to do anything you need or want to do. The host was super helpful and was quick to respond to messages. Karen was friendly and very helpful! The space was exactly what we needed for our big number of people, and it didn’t feel like we were cramped. It was a great stay!

This was hands down one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had! The beds were incredibly comfortable—I got the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. The space was clean, cozy, and had a very welcoming vibe. The host went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and was super accommodating throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place and would definitely love to stay again!

Great little place close to town. Would stay again as it was much better than staying in a hotel. Clean nice and quiet, perfect for families.

Nice little place! We were able to get in and find the condo easily. I missed the notification from them asking when we would arrive, they reached out via text and everything worked out seamlessly. We were unable to use the amenities in the morning, no times were posted, the fitness center said 24 hours but the doors would not open with the key card, however it was open later in the afternoon. We had everything we needed at the condo, it was a short distance to downtown as advertised, just unfortunately through a section we did not feel comfortable walking so we drove. Appreciated how clean and well maintained it was!

Perfect place to stay. Very clean and very nice view in the condo. So many things to do around but the place is so nice that you’ll prob just stay inside. I will definitely book again.

Hannah’s place was exactly as described! It was an easy drive downtown to lots of restaurants and shops. The beds were very comfortable, and it was the perfect place for my friends and me. Hannah was also always responsive and friendly!

I was thrilled to find Trish’s place. After staying for almost a week it bypassed all my expectations. I will always try to stay here when I come to Atlanta.
