This AirBnB is a great home away from home - I traveled to Miami Beach for the first time and was also traveling alone, so it meant a lot to me to have a comfortable, aesthetically pleasing, and safe place to have as a "home base". Great location and value. Would stay again!

Wir hatten ein schöne erholsame Zeit. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben eingerichtet. Das selbständige Einchecken war sehr einfach. Michael ist ein sehr guter und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Er reagiert super schnell. Wir hatten Sonntags die Matratze bemängelt, da sie sehr durchgelegen war. Am Dienstagmorgen wurde direkt eine neue gebracht. Super Service! Wir empfehlen ihn gerne weiter und würden hier wieder übernachten.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Quiet and close to the beach with everything you could need at your fingertips. Will definitely be back with our babies!

The unit is clean, comfortable and well designed. The location is ideal. Steps to the beach and close to restaurants, grocery stores and shops. I have stayed a different buildings nearby over the years and this building is my favourite so far. In my view, the building is well maintained and well managed.

The rental clean, quiet, and matched the description. The hosts were responsive, proactive, and very helpful. The location is convenient to what you may be doing in the area. I would highly recommend staying here if you are traveling to Ft. Lauderdale.

The location was perfect and the unit had everything we needed for a great stay. Gorgeous views and walking distance to shopping and restaurants and the music festival. When I first requested the booking, it was for a 2 bedroom, but the host let me know that there was only a 1 bedroom available. Knowing that the location was exactly where I needed to be, I was okay with taking the 1 bedroom. The front desk did need me to provide the host's last name and phone number so I would recommend requesting that information before you arrive. Fortunately, Hanna was available to call the front desk and confirm my reservation. Overall, check-in took a little longer than expected, but they were very pleasant. Great place to stay and very friendly host. would definitely stay here again!

Very cute corner apartment in a fun corner. A hop skip and a jump to some of the best beach side restaurants in Fort Lauderdale.

I stay at this building every month for the past year, must say this host had the best extra amenities, (kitchen stuff) and extra towels that I have not had in the past

The place was incredible – you’re really paying for the stunning views and prime location! This was my first time staying in Brickell, and the location was perfect, close to everything. I can only say positive things about my experience; I had a wonderful stay. The host was communicative and helped with anything I needed. The only downside was having to check out at 11 AM while my flight wasn’t until 9 PM. We were told we could leave our luggage at the front desk for a fee, but when we asked, they informed us they couldn’t store it because our stay was private. Overall, though, I’d rate it 9/10.

Location is the best, near everything you need, Maria is proactive and responsive, I appreciate her recommendations and attention. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable. The house is clean and comfortable for a couple with parking in front of the house, near beaches, Miami Design District, Wynwood and sightseeing. We stay there for 8 days, but we know a lot of places because it was close and easy to visit.

The apartment is too comfy and clean. I'll pay to stay there again.

I stayed for 3 months it is was perfect for what I needed. John was quick to answer any questions I had and fix any problems that came up. Place was clean and had all you need.

Ricky and Patricia were most gracious hosts! They were so helpful and patient as I felt I had many questions- great communication and very responsive and all around good vibes! Plus I appreciated their local suggestions! Their home is totally charming with beautiful tile and attractive decor. We had everything we needed- plenty of towels- and some beach gear (cooler was great and kids toys!). There is a tropical view outside every window of palms and/or bougainvillea. I loved walking around exploring little Havana: restaurants, cool old Florida homes, and beautiful flora in the neighborhood. We were lucky enough to catch a bit of the Calle Ocho festival which had amazing food and fun! I highly recommend this spot - it’s a great location to explore other areas as well!

Such a fantastic little hidden gem. Immediately upon our arrival, we were met with the most amazing little garden atmosphere. Walking in from the streets you wouldn't expect to walk into this little piece of paradise. The home was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Convenient off-street parking was nice too. The private hot tub was a great added bonus in addition to the heated pool for cooler nights. Joshua was quick to respond to a few questions we had. We would definitely stay again in the future.

Michael’s place is beautiful and super clean, as well as private!!! The decor is lovely and the bed amazing! Relaxing in the hot tub with the magical atmosphere and lighting is so luxurious. I did not want to leave! I am looking forward to staying again for a special weekend!!! Thank you for being a wonderful host Michael 🙏

Beautiful sunny wrap-around deck, flexible check-in&out, big comfy bed, incredible rooftop and building amenities, coffee shop in the building, close by to everything you need (restaurants, parks, etc.) .. made my first visit to Miami absolutely perfect, wished I could've stayed longer!

Yenny was an exceptional host—responsive, thoughtful, and made the entire stay smooth and enjoyable. The apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything I needed. The location was fantastic, with easy access to great restaurants, shops, and transportation. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and how welcoming the space felt from the moment I walked in. The only downside was the elevator—it could be quite slow, especially during peak hours, which made it difficult to stick to a tight schedule. On some days, I had to wait 5–10 minutes, which was a bit frustrating when trying to head out on time. That said, everything else about my stay was top-notch, and I would absolutely return. Thank you again, Yenny, for your wonderful hospitality!

Had a wonderful stay. The location is prime; all restaurants and nightclubs are nearby. The room was clean, and the host was very responsive.

The place looked exactly like the pictures, comfortable and had everything we needed. Host was very friendly and quick at responding. I would definitely stay here again!
