The place fits the description and more . It is beautiful, peaceful , clean , very spacious and great scenery. It’s a home in a home . I loved it and you can’t help but handle it with care . It describes the personality of the owner . My check in was so swift and thank you for being a very great hostess if there were a hundred stdd add rs I would give you that . I had a fantastic stay at Jonathan's Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean with amazing views and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay in Brickell. The location was perfect, close to Brickell Key and Brickell City Center, making it easy for my family's morning walks. Jonathan was a wonderful host, providing clear communication throughout my visit. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Colleen was super she really helped us out. Place was beautiful had everything someone could ask for. The only thing I didn’t like was how pushy the check in people are about selling you a time share even when you deny them politely they don’t seem to take no for an answer.

Everything was great. Hotel amenities, Location, property was FANTASTIC! Perfect property with Fontainebleau amenities! Karen was an excellent host. We have stayed in Miami 10+ times and I would stay at this location again! If you have an early arrival make reservations at La Core while you wait!

O apartamento de Carlos é muito grande e com uma linda vista lateral da praia de Sunny Islan. Fica próximo de um bom comércio e foi possível fazer tudo a pé ( o que é difícil em Miami) tínhamos supermercado , academia no bairro da Reebok com Day use de 28 dólares ( tem academia no prédio mas era pequena ) , fama ia, restaurantes , manicures, salão de beleza , lojas , etc. Carlos sempre foi muito gentil e respondia com agilidade todas as mensagens

The location is great, view is great, half from beach, half port, the beach is soooo great,! Everything I need in the room, and provide free beach chairs, the only thing I don’t like is the communication, the customer service only response in the morning.

Host was very responsive and even after a few miscommunications on my end she made sure to speak with me and make sure all was clear :) The place was clean and in a great area - would deff stay again

We really liked our stay here! Walking distance to a walmart (right across the bridge). The ocean is on one side and the canal on the other and you can see both from the balcony. Great gym for a condo as well! Laundry room is right across the hallway.

Carmina and Raquel were extremely responsive, less than 5 minutes literally. The place was awesome, they are great hosts.

This was the mist ideal location for a memorable spring break trip. We came down from Illinois and enjoyed a beautiful week soaking up sunshine and enjoying the area. Martin is highly responsive to everything and we can not recommend the pool, beaches, local restaurants and beautiful views more highly. Enjoy!

Me and a friend were visiting here for medical a reason as it was close to a lot . This apartment was in the center to many different restaurants and grocery stores which was very convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe walking around. Bianca was very friendly and responsive whenever we had a question or concern . She made sure everything was figured out. The amenities included with the apartment were also very helpful like kitchen utensils ,towels, and bathroom toiletries incase you forgot any . I would definitely stay here again or even at any of her other apartments in the building l.
