Sehr schöne Wohnung mit luxuriöser Ausstattung (Sauna, Whirlpool,...). Hatten einen schönen und entspannten Aufenthalt.

Super schöne und sehr komfortable Wohnung ,in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend mit vielen Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen.Gerne wieder .

We had a wonderful stay at “the castle.” The communal kitchen led to a few nice conversations with other guests and the farm store downstairs (with delicious raw milk!) was a total highlight for the kids and us. We’re sure to recommend and will be back!

Matthias und seine Frau waren sehr nette Gastgeber! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei Fragen waren die beiden immer sofort erreichbar. :-) Auch die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und groß! Der Wintergarten ist sehr gemütlich zum Lesen. Gerne wieder!

Die Kommunikation mit den Vermieter ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung hat uns super gut gefallen und entspricht zu 100 Prozent den Photos auf der Website. Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Lage. Diese kann ich sehr gerne weiterempfehlen.

Ich war mit Freunden über Silvester dort, weil wir was in der Nähe von Langquaid gesucht haben.Die Wohnung sieht aus wie auf den Bildern, sehr schön und geräumig. Marisa war sehr freundlich und für alle Fragen offen. top! Wir waren 6 Erwachsene u. hatten ausreichend Platz im Wohnzimmer, zum gemeinsam essen am großen Tisch und sogar Kicker spielen (auch wenn dieser sehr wackelig ist).Die Küche ist super groß und alles nötige vorhanden. Gut auch, dass Geschirrspülmittel, Tücher und Kaffee usw. alles da ist und man nicht soviel selber mitbringen muss. Von Vorteil bei so vielen Personen ist auch, dass es ein großes Bad in der Wohnung und draußen am Flur noch ein kleines Bad mit Dusche und Toilette gibt. Betten,Badetücher etc. ausreichend vorhanden. Alles in allem wirklich sehr gut.

Sonja was an incredibly kind and accommodating host. She not only accepted our early check-in request without hesitation, but also responded instantly whenever we needed assistance. Her support was always timely, and her warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome. The apartment looks exactly like the photos—no surprises. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need, including utensils, forks, spoons, chopsticks, pans, wine glasses, and even espresso cups. Everything was clean and thoughtfully arranged. Overall, our stay was more than just pleasant—it was peaceful and memorable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Aying, or to those who want to explore Munich by day and retreat to a quiet haven by night.

It's a great apartment, just like in the pictures and the description. we felt good there, it has everything you need also for a long stay. the yard is also nice and very big, our cat loved it. Miriam and Toni are very receptive. Happy to come back anytime. Highly recommend.
