Very large and spacious. Living areas are a highlight - wood fire and games room…. Kitchen excellent. Bedrooms aren’t individually heated, but insulation is decent.

lovely apartment, great kitchen with all utensils needed to cook up a meal after a day exploring. Really, I'd stay again at my earliest opportunity. My wife's brother and sister loved the kangaroos that sauntered past in the evening. Beds were clean and comfortable, bathrooms spotless.

Kelly was fantastic to communicate with, very responsive and helpful. She gave clear instructions for check in and had good information in the house for everything else. We had everything we needed kitchenwise, firefighters and loads of firewood and kindling for the fire pit, ample towels etc. location is as described and.... fantastic! Right in the centre of town, a moment's walk from everything. The backyard and deck have a cracking view east toward a beautiful Grampians vista, wild life abounds. Yard is semi closed in and safe for kids, although with lots of duck and roo poo on the back lawn, maybe not got great for a crawler. Only negatives were the lack of privacy with the neighbouring holiday house. (second night saw a large noisy contingent next door) and the capacity of the internet (second night, could not stream anything without it dropping out... first night was fine) but really who is watching tv in such a beautiful spot! Extremely well kept property. It was very welcoming and pretty. Tammy has also placed milk, tea and coffee and few bickies for us. There were precise number of towels and hand towels for everyone of us. The check-invigorating and check out process was extremely smooth. Every bedroom was neat and tidy. The bathroom could use a lock but if the tenants are understanding then there are no complaints there at all. I loved how homely they made it look with little nooks and corners decorated with antique pieces and potted vases. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, panss, cutlery, wine glasses etc. Dishwasher was clean and ready to use. We enjoyed every bit of the stay without having to worry about anything! Absolutely recommend being hosted by Tammy.

Great stay and will return! Inside is immaculate and tastefully decorated in mid century. Very comfortable and quiet. Gordon and Michelle are very responsive and friendly! Great hosts!

Beautiful stay, with lovely surrounds that are great to explore. Host is extremely nice and provides detailed instructions and a map to ensure check-in was as smooth as possible - very accomodating/flexible with their self check in too.

I would definitely stay here again or recommend this place to friends. Everything was clean and comfortable. The design of the home is really wonderful for a family or small group. Part of our group included tourists that had not been to the Grampians before, and the views from the upstairs and downstairs lounge rooms were a delightful expanse of emus, kangaroos, wood ducks, cockatoos and various bird life, wandering across the fields. This was a beautiful backdrop for our holiday and provided a really scenic and iconic views for us all. With air conditioning units upstairs and downstairs it was easy to stay comfortable. The row of units and location this place was located was tranquil. I enjoyed staying here more than when I have stayed in the middle of town as there was more natural surrounds. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms very nice and large, furniture was very comfortable, really a fantastic place to stay and share time with friends/family after a day of activities:)

I had a lovely two night stay here with my parents. The area is beautiful for walks and to admire the wildlife in the backyard! Joy was a great host and the description perfectly fit our experience in Halls Gap!

Had a lovely stay. Beautiful building and the accommodation was spacious. Most comfortable bed I've slept on during my two weeks in Australia. Robert went the extra mile by providing a load of bread, butter, juice and the standard milk/tea/coffee. This made my mornings super easy having breakfast sorted already. Woolworths was right around the corner for anything supplemenal I needed.

We had a wonderful stay. Our son loved relaxing in the hammock and watching the wildlife pass by. Beautifully clean house and the perfect private getaway. We would love to come back soon!

The Rocks Airbnb was beautiful. A great place to come home to after a long day of hiking. Only complaint is that the door was very hard to unlock and lock, but Chris responded to my questions quickly and taught me the trick (pulling the door [very hard] toward me while the lock was turning).

Great place to stay, smack bang in town but private enough to feel like you’re not. Massive living spaces, everything catered for. Great price (would probably pay $500 a night in Melbourne!). Highly recommend.

Tim's place is close enough to walk into the centre of Halls Gap but quiet and peaceful with a park on one side. It's fully fitted out and has access to the community garden for fresh herbs. We enjoyed our stay and meeting Tim.

Great place in a great location. Clean and comfortable.
