Even though we had a short stay, it was a great unit rent. Spotless and very comfortable.

Such a gorgeous property and stunning views! The main living area had views from both south and north views of the lake since it is on a point. Stocked with everything we needed. Was a lovely weekend to honour my late uncle with my family. Balsam lake was his favourite spot. We went up the weekend after the huge ice storm so the place was running on a generator, which actually stopped working for a bit but the owners were on top of it as soon as they heard. They were very helpful. Would definitely stay there again in nicer weather! 🙌🙌

Sarah was great! Messaged back with answers to any questions we had in a timely manner, quick even. We went with 4 adults and 4 teenagers. Space was tight for us all but spacious at the same time. Hot tub and games room were great! Had a great time! Thank you so much Sarah.

We absolutely loved Patricia's home. It's a gorgeous, huge, amazing space, with 2 huge living rooms which was great with many people. The views from the kitchen alone were just lovely. I could have stayed in that kitchen for weeks. Everyone had their own rooms and lots of privacy. The wood burning stove leaves a great smell in the air, and warms your soul. Loads of blankets everywhere. Lots of towels for the hot tub and sauna. And the kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance you could need. We made some amazing meals there. The town of Coldwater is a lovely little town with great shops. Everyone is so friendly. And I highly recommend checking out Em's Cafe for their amazing scones! Can't wait to come back again! Very comfortable stay. The place was super clean and had all amenities. We had great time.

Spacious unit with a great view of the water! Located so close to Haliburton and Minden. Located off the main highway so you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The condo has everything we needed to enjoy our stay and more. Kitchen and bathroom were very clean. Our host contacted us prior to check to provide check-in instructions - which was greatly appreciated. Parking spot is located very close to the unit. We would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay. The property was beautiful and felt just like at home. The kitchen was well outfitted and made for excellent cooking opportunities for the emerging chefs in our family. The house is huge and had every amenity that we would have wanted. It is also a short drive to Barrie which made for a nice day trip when we needed one. This is a nice place; we hope to stay again.
