Me and my husband have spent the weekend at Tim’s house. The neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet. Tim’s house smells like a candy, very tidy and spacious. The bed we slept in was so comfortable that I couldn’t fall asleep in my own one once we had back home🤣 Tim is a very gracious gentleman. Both he and his partner welcomed us warmly. We will definitely come back there in the future.

This is our second time staying in Seb’s place. He’s an amazing host, the place is sparkling clean, location great! Thank you!!

Great place , great host , friendly, communicative, clean, I enjoyed staying there, and I shall re book again in the future .

Overall, our stay was good. Check in smooth, clean, responsive host, excellent location, good size living room and gated parking a bonus. Only negative was that the other residents in the building slam the doors - though we’ve experienced this at many other Airbnbs, so can’t fault the host on this. Recommend for adult couple max, no room for any kind of baby travel cot in the bedroom.

My best friend and I rented this for our trip to Liverpool Comic Con. This was our home from home. Everything was very clean and basics were provided such as salt, pepper, coffee etc. The living room was my favourite part as it has the fireplace, makes it feel very cosy and homely. It was a great stay, thank you ☺️

Great place to stay in a great location. Check in was very easy and clear, and the place was lovely with everything you needed. Close to plenty of shops and lots of great restaurants within minutes walk, would recommend.

A wonderfully bright and spacious apartment. It had everything needed for a 4 week stay. Bus stop close by. Beautiful park in close walking distance.

A beautiful spacious flat in a unique location. The flat is cosy and well equipped, a real home from home. Lovely linens and towels.

Had a great stay. Alison and Steve were so helpful and accommodating. Place was very clean , modern and had all you could want. Was easy to access everywhere by car. There is off road parking. Would definitely stay again.

We had a fabulous stay. John was a great host - very relaxed, welcoming and friendly. The apartment really was beautiful- so much space & so beautifully decorated- I loved spending 2 days pretending it was mine! Perfectly located for Lark Lane and very close to the city centre, this is a place I would certainly return to and recommend!

Man’s communications were excellent and the stay was exactly what we were looking for. Given the location the price was extremely reasonable for the size of the property. Mak was even kind enough to gift desert which was delicious!

We stayed here for a weekend away as a group of school mates all turning 30. The property was the perfect base for us, providing us with the best possible experience. We’re an active, activity based bunch and this stay had something for everyone. Multiple activities, from the pool table, darts board, table tennis, air hockey, and yes the Pool and Sauna. Many of my friends couldn’t believe just what we had found for this stay. Private use of the pool is a great bonus. All beds were made, fresh linens and towels provided. We used the kitchen to cook our breakfast each morning. There’s ample parking for 3-4 vehicles inside and plenty on street right next to the property, which is a quiet street so not a stress. Whilst the decor is aged, we are not particular on this and found it added to the charm. Plenty of beds, bathrooms and spots to relax. We would stay again! The host was fantastic in communication and response to questions posed and made the whole process easy.

Stayed here for a hen do. We contacted Amy prior to booking to make sure she was happy with that, which she was as we arent a roudy bunch anyway. The place is absolutely beautiful and the views are breathtaking. Would absolutely recommend xx
