We really enjoyed our stay at the Stables. The hot tub was the real highlight and it was beautifully warm / clean. The property was amazing for children and our young boys loved the tree house climbing frame and being able to feed the sheep / goats. A great stay which we'd definitely recommend.

Fantastic accommodation with amazing facilities. Something to suit everyone. Accommodation was very comfortable and spacious, communication by the management company was excellent, and the great location gave easy access to all amenities by car or foot. Would totally recommend and hope we can come back again in the future. It felt like a home from home.

We had a wonderful stay at the Old Farm Shop. It was in a lovely location - you could explore lots of beaches and also walk from the doorstep in to the countryside and to the sea. It was clean and tidy and had all the things you would need for a comfortable stay. The hot tub was a great extra! Susie and Sarah were super responsive and helpful. We had a really lovely time, thank you.

Had an amazing little break with my dog. Exactly what i needed, so beautiful and peaceful. We went on a lot of country walks and enjoyed the sunset in the evenings. My only suggestion would be to block the decking off with a gate on every access/stairway so the dogs can have roaming of decking freely. I did not realise until i arrived that they expected the dogs to be on a lead at all times and not allowed on furniture etc. It is only a small place and I do not own a long lead for my dog or expect my dog to be tied up for long periods at a time when we are away to enjoy ourselves. To avoid them running off into the field these gates in place would be ideal so you can turn your back for more than 2 mins instead of worrying. Besides from this and a brief power cut, everything was amazing and i would certainly return! Thanks so much for having us. The pictures speak for themselves!

A charming home in a very beautiful and peaceful village, with easy access to the motorway and to both Southampton. Major supermarket a 10 min drive away, walkable pub (1/2 mile) and the historic town of Romsey just 15 mins away. The home was nicely furnished (they even decorated for Christmas for us), very clean and comfortable, and a breakfast pack had been provided to get us started. The bedrooms are all a good size but note that only the master has a queen bed, the others are all full and several are very low. Also the dining table only has 6 main chairs, with a couple of folding chairs it was full with 8 people. The kitchen is well equipped and the new fridge/freezer has a water dispenser and ice maker (great for those used to American style fridges). Jennine was highly responsive and friendly and likes to meet their guests on arrival. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Perfect place for a young family to spend New Year. The hot tub was a hit and the living room was ideal for our kids. The house is about 10mins drive from the beach, which suited us, and there were plenty of inland activities accessible by car. Caroline is a great host and she was clear and communicative throughout our stay. The garden looked beautiful, even in winter, and if the weather had been better we would have spent more time out there!

What a wonderful place to stay. The peace I sought was found, the relaxation that was so much needed was there and very much welcomed. Days spent walking in the New Forest were finished with a chilled glass of wine in the hot tub that was tended daily by a really lovely chap. The lodge was spacious, clean and comfortable with the basics of equipment there for your use, which is helpful. The whole experience is one I shall repeat and have already begun to tell others to check it out too

Stayed here to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday. Exceeded my expectations,and we all had a fabulous stay. Easy to check in,everything was perfect and loved the hot tub! Have already recommended to friends and family and we will be returning in the future. Thankyou to the hosts x

We had a lovely stay at the cottage, everything was well described and perfect location to everything we wanted to do. There isn’t parking at the cottage however we could park right outside as there was plenty of space to park. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend and visit again! Thank you Richard for your clear instructions and welcome pack, this was a great addition and gave us lots of recommendations which made our stay more memorable!

If I could give extra stars beyond the 5 star rating, I really would. Hillary's AirBnB is beautiful, exactly what my wife and I needed and agreed it was one of the best places we've stayed at via AirBnB. Hillary allowed for an early check-in, was really communicative being friendly and helpful whenever we did communicate. Cannot recommend enough!

We loved staying at the Turkey House this autumn. Straight out of the house you can walk through the beautiful woods up the Ashford Hangers and to the Poet’s stone. It is cosy with the Aga - never used one before but so easy and efficient to use. There is an electric stove but that wasn’t needed. The house has a ‘lived in’ feel. The well-stocked spice cupboard was very useful.

Lovely place to stay, really easy to get into town. Very clean and thoughtfully decorated. Lots of nice touches including eggs from their chickens, toiletries & board games. Felt very homely & not too cramped, even with 5 of us staying. Hosts were really friendly and accommodating. 100% recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Marion's cottage in Bembridge - beautiful house and very convenient for the village. Very peaceful spot and we enjoyed sitting out in the leafy garden in the evening - a great suntrap. Thank you for a great stay - I'm sure we will be back!

We had a brilliant stay in the all seasons yurt; it was very quirky whilst still being warm, practical and peaceful. The main yurt had a comfortable bed, brilliant log burner as well as two sofas and a small table. Plus a wardrobe and cupboard full of spare blankets if we needed. The kitchen/BBQ had what we needed to cook for two evenings and have breakfast at home as well. There is a "shop" which holds your own fridge and plenty of ice blocks which can be used to keep some food at the yurt in the cool box provided. The shower was hot and powerful and there is a flushing toilet, it's not far from the yurt so it's not a faff in the night! Fernhill is on the edge of Wootten Bridge where there are pubs, a shop, cafe & takeaway places and is so close to the Fishbourne ferry. With a car it is easy to explore further afield on the island but the buses are ok. Ultimately though it is the location that sells this place, so peaceful, the dogs are friendly & the peacocks spectacular. Thank you!

What a fantastic oasis of tranquility to visit. Terry and Jenny are excellent hosts and could not do more for you. The huts were all styled beautifully and were spotlessly clean. The attention to detail is fantastic and Jenny has thought of everything. Sitting by the firepit at night, with a glass in hand listening to the owls was priceless. Florence, Hector and the dogs were just an added bonus. We will definitely return.

A real gem! We have a rule: “never go back to the same place, so we can keep exploring”. We might be tempted to break that rule after staying at GentleHart Barn. Gwyneth and Peter are so friendly and helpful, and the barn is truly a magical place for both adults and children. Everything was perfect. It’s the first time I’ve found absolutely everything I need for cooking while away from home — even the knives are sharp (something that never happens in rental places!). It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the start of superb woodland walks, where you’ll spot a multitude of birds. Thank you so much for the perfect break.

We had a fantastic stay at the Party Barn. Katie is a brilliant host, very responsive, gave great recommendations and made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. The property is lovely and Katie left lots of nice touches such as bread, milk, butter, eggs, cereal and juice. She also allowed us use of her indoor swimming pool whenever she was not teaching which was so nice and the boys loved it. The boys also very much enjoyed meeting the new lambs. Thank you so much.

Had a lovely break at Sandhills. The caravan was in a perfect spot with all the home from home comforts. Gareth and Marie were very helpful and prompt with any questions I had prior to our arrival. The park and surrounding area is very dog friendly and our dog loved her early morning walks on the beach.

Absolutely loved staying here! The place was incredibly clean, and the park had lots of things to do. Had an amazing sleep here as the beds were so comfortable, sheets were fresh and clean, and the environment was very quiet. Would stay here again!

Beautiful chalet, clean and well equipped with lots of thoughtful little touches. Linda was an excellent host with fantastic communication. We can't wait to go back!

We had a wonderful stay with all our family to celebrate a special birthday - we loved the house, all able to eat together around the table was wonderful, enjoying chatting and drinking in the beautiful lounge and the younger ones loved the hot tub and braver ones the swimming pool. Great position for all the lovely New Forest areas and walks

Lovely caravan in a beautiful location. So close to the beach. The caravan had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable.

Just had a wonderful 2 night stay with our 3 young children. It was a cosy and homely base for our exploring, and we thought the added extras of tea/coffee/biscuits were lovely. We hope to return in future :) thank you!

Catharine's place is lovely. An incredible view, lovely social space, and everything you could need. Catharine was very responsive and we felt very looked after. We'll be back.
