Very peaceful country setting. Great communication. Just as described.

We really enjoyed the spot. I think our spring break was different than most, so we were lucky enough to have a quiet visit! The house is FANTASTIC and I am pretty sure my kids and neices/nephews want to move in. Andrew was super nice and helped us with some hiking ideas (we did find a great hike, but if you get car sick, maybe not the hike for you..) and went to some upside down kids place when it rained, and also hit up a couple antique (ish) shops. Pretty fun. Andrews house is located really nicely because it's not in the thick of the Dollywood style city, but close enough that it's only a 5-10 min drive. We did not go out to eat, because the kitchen was great, and the kids were having too much fun to bother with eating out. I could probably say a lot more, but I have to get back to work. So YAY for Andrew and his partner, because they have a cool house in a neighborhood of cool homes that's up on a super cool hill that looks out onto an incredible Mountain!

Joe was a fantastic host - very responsive to any question we had. His house is very large and had plenty of space for us to spread out. It’s a great location - walkable to Carson Newman campus. We would definitely stay here again!

This house is beautiful with great views and very spacious and clean! Adriana was a very responsive host and communicated well to all questions. The hot tub was huge! The kitchen was large and well stocked. We loved all the decks and outdoor seating. One thing to know is the house is on a hill so the driveway is steep as is the walk down to the lake. Also, we came in mid-April and the lake level is controlled by the local dam so the water level was low making the dock not usable. We were still able to use the kayaks but had to walk them down further. The lake is large and so pretty. This house is a great location to do fun day trips to local areas. Our favorite was a UTV tour through a mountain in Gatlinburg! We enjoyed out stay at this very nice house!

We hope to return next year. It’s has very comfortable beds and pillows. Also the all the furniture through out were comfortable. Views through all the large windows were so beautiful. Enjoyed swimming in the pool at the campground too. People around were very friendly.

We loved staying at Joe's place in Sevierville. My husband and I went with our tween son and teen daughter, and one of our favorite things was all the family activities we did together in the house. We played pool (which was my son's favorite part), the arcade games, some board games, had popcorn and watched a movie. If you've got kids around the same ages, this was the perfect house if you aren't planning on being out and about the entire time. We cooked in the kitchen which had everything we needed (and I really enjoyed the coffee maker), loved lounging in the loft area (my son took over up there), and enjoyed using the grill and sitting in the hot tub in the evenings. The location was close to everything we wanted to go do and see, the longest ride for us was maybe 25 minutes at most. Organized with all the amenities you could ask for, and I loved the decor, especially the space themed room and the downstairs room with all the forest decor. You will love staying in this house!

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed staying here. It was very clean and had tvs in every room. There was plenty to do in the house and was very comfortable. The only issue was the lake was gone lol but that obviously can’t be controlled. It was the most fun we’ve had in a long time. We will definitely rent from Julie again!!!

What a cute cabin with beautiful views. We absolutely loved it and wish we could have stayed longer. Enjoyed sitting on the big dock and the deck. Very clear instructions given by hosts, everything was great.

House was wonderful. Close to town and restaurants. Very clean and cozy. Would stay there again.

Great house with plenty of room for a large group. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood that is close enough to local amenities and just far enough away. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at Johana and Hank’s cabin! The view was amazing and the dock access was a big plus. The listing contains all it says it does. Would book again for the next time we are in the area!

Excellent quite Lakeview home in beautiful Bean Station near Gilmore dock. House sits up high so the views are great fire pit carport table and ring game were all great.

In terms of Value, Lauren’s house is worth it. In my personal opinion and experience, AIRBNB fees have driven me away. Lauren’s is an exception because it’s a GREAT property but ALSO located close to our son and his family! For those reasons we’ll be back! Thank you Lauren for all that you do!

This is our 3rd visit to Cherokee fishing tournaments. It's a great location and perfect for fisherman. Easy access to ramps and meets all our needs.

Fantastic place, it felt just like home. It had everything that we could possibly use. Great location, clean, comfortable. Super cute decoration. The host was super friendly very easy to communicate with and super flexible. We will stay there again for sure ❤️
