Would highly recommend this property for a stay near campus! Easily walkable to restaurants and campus. Lots to do! The home itself was clean, well-appointed and decorated with care. Thank you for letting us stay in your home!

It was an amazing stay at Scott and Barbara Jean's property! Barbara Jean was very responsive if anything came up and they were incredibly accommodating when we realized an appliance was not working. We loved utilizing the back patio and outdoor fireplace and highly recommend if you are looking for a nice relaxing stay with proximity to Detroit or Ann Arbor.

We had a great stay at Ro and Oksana's place. The location was great for visiting my child at U of M and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The place was clean and looked just like the pictures. Ro and Oksana checked in with us to make sure that everything was going well for us. It was well stocked with all the things you would need for your stay. I would definitely stay again!

A very nice and clean up-to-date space with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, and plenty of extras including towels, paper goods, even some handy snacks. Kathleen was a great host, very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend and we expect to return for a future visit.

Daniel was an awesome host ! Stayed here on a weekday and had everything ready for me and my friends - was very easy to book with and was accommodating as well as attentive . The place was beautiful with a mix of old, new and fun designs throughout the apartment. Will definitely book again next time we are in the area :)

We felt right at home at Kelsey's place. It's centrally located in the Cass Corridor neighborhood - a fun, safe, walkable area of Detroit. Kelsey is so pleasant to communicate with and her instructions were very thorough. Street parking was a breeze - we always found a spot on the block and it was free. I would highly recommend staying here!

My husband and I were looking for accommodation close to my best friend's wedding venue and home when we discovered Michael and Patti's rental. The place was easy to find, comfortable, and they were wonderful hosts. The mornings were beautiful and peaceful, filled with the sounds of birds. I would definitely book with them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

Annie’s sweet apartment was perfect for a weekend in Ann Arbor for our family of 4! The kids especially enjoyed walking to the park across the street!

This was our 3rd stay here! The kids are convinced that the bedrooms upstairs are 'theirs' lol So if you want a place that feels like home, this is it. Beautiful master suite, quiet neighborhood and everything you need is at your fingertips. I know we'll be back!

I stayed here while visiting Detroit for a funeral. The house was very nice and clean. The host was very responsive and friendly. I would recommend this place 10/10 if you’re looking for a safe and convenient place to stay that’s not too far from the city of Detroit.

This is a great place to stay if you want to be right near all the downtown Ann Arbor stuff. I was in for the film festival and walking to the Michigan Theater in less than 10 minutes. Plus the treadmill and bike are a good workout option if you have a login for Peleton. Everything was clean, and the instructions provided make it really easy to find and access the apartment. All places have imperfections, and here they're just minor things that didn't particularly impact my stay: the kitchen sink has some sort of sensor that we didn't really understand, there isn't directly power access on the nightstand, and the TVs are old (so not well accessible to streaming; Netflix and Amazon Prime are possible though). However, I'm just noting these things in case they matter a lot more for other guest; not a big deal for me. The location and workout equipment made it a fantastic choice for my trip.

Nice central location with easy street parking. A quick walk to DIA; we drove everywhere else. Space was bigger than we expected from the photos. Great kitchen!

Nice old house split into four separate units. Very clean and tidy. Convenient parking for each unit.

Peter’s place was an excellent home base for our visit back to Michigan. Close to everything you might need, but on a quiet and peaceful road in the Eberwhite neighborhood. The apartment was clean and comfy—we’ll definitely be checking if it’s available for future trips.
