I and my son feel very happy and comfortable living there, although the elevator doesn't work, it seems always under fixing. After all, the location is so convenient to everywhere, for example, SOM, Peabody Museum, and Hillhouse Ave. Almost all Yale shuttle lines stopped there. It is a happy time to eat while watching TV news in the living room. The scenery from top of the building is beautiful. We saw the sunrise and snowy town. That is amazing! The neighbors are very friendly. Guest in No. 34 helped us on carrying the luggages. He has a dog with three legs. What a nice and kind young man! In the basement, there is a gym and guests-room with sofas. G cafe closes after 5pm. My friends and I had a talk there which is nice. The Nica's is nearby as well which is very convenient. With Grocery line, we shop at Trade Joe's on weekend to save money. There is a big refrigerator to save food for one week. The door has an electronic lock which is very smart and easy to use. Good to stay!

Great listing, great host. Street below is pretty loud at night even with the windows closed.

Place was good, all was well, close to anything you’d need. The only issue was that I was sent checkout instructions at 11:15 when checkout was at 11:00.

Alicia was amazing to work with and extremely responsive! Weather caused changes to my travel plans which created plenty of other stress and she was fantastic to work with to sort out! Very clear and detailed instructions. No questions throughout my stay. She checked in to make sure everything was going well. Primary reason for booking was the proximity to Yale campus. It was perfect, 3 blocks away. Quiet building with helpful residents when asked questions. It is an older building. The unit has some great updates in the kitchen and bath that fit the space and make it more functional and inviting. Will definitely stay again!

This spot was very conveniently located, and perfect for what we needed. It's very close to Yale and walking distance to tons of restaurants and bars. The room was quiet, despite the restaurants and activities nearby. We had a slight challenge checking out with the lock for keys, and Aziz's whole team was immediately available to troubleshoot and get us a new code. It was truly helpful that they were all accessible right when we had a question about checking out. Thank you, Aziz!

We needed a last minute booking, and Jarrett was great about getting us in in the evening. The apartment was clean and well functional.

The place was small but well supplied, the location was absolutely perfect with a quick walk to the beautiful beach, and Peter was a friendly and helpful host. Definitely recommend!

Ronnie's place was very welcoming, easy to find and enter. The proximity to other cities was quite nice. I'd definitely recommend a stay and swimming was a bonus.

This is a beautiful place to stay! Very clean and pleasantly decorated! Our family felt completely at home. We had everything we needed for our three-day stay. The kitchen was well-stocked, there were plenty of amenities and even a great selection of games that our family enjoyed playing. We were close to a couple of beautiful beaches and a wonderful cozy local coffee shop. Miguel and Kaitlyn are great hosts! Very responsive, helpful and friendly! We would highly recommend their place and would definitely stay again!

Rudy’s place was just as described and Rudy checked in on us to make sure everything was as we needed (temperature of the house). He was very kind. The house was extremely clean and well-maintained. Perfect for our overnight stay.

My family and I had our Thanksgiving here this year. Unbelievable kitchen. I mean, STOCKED to the brim, I barely had to use anything of my own from my place. We felt super cozy by her fireplace, loved our morning beach walks, and enjoyed her amazing selection of board games upstairs. I have to say that the listing doesn’t capture the sheer SIZE of the home. So much privacy for everyone, and enough comfy gathering spaces to spend time together. Also, the beds were so comfy! We will totally book with them again in the future.

Our stay at Kartik's very charming house was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The house itself is beautifully decorated, blending comfort and character effortlessly. The location was perfect- peaceful yet conveniently close to many trails, activities in Bethlehem (great indoor flea market) and Bantam lake. We especially loved hanging in the living room close to the fireplace watching the scenic views. Kartik was an exceptional host, responsive, kind and full of great recommendations. Thank you, the whole family had a blast!

This is the best stay that I have had since using Air bnb!! The house was clean and felt just like being at home. The decor and the furniture was AMAZING!! My entire family enjoyed our stay. We were able to go for a nice walk and the house is located in the perfect area. It was peaceful and a short walk to restaurants. We will most certainly stay at this location again on our next visit!
