Every guest need anticipated! Grace is the consummate AirBNB host! She really thought of everything and more… From effortless check in, to cold complimentary water, sodas and snacks, we knew we picked the right lodging this time. And the Carver House continued to shine throughout our stay! Very soft sheets, bed firm but soft, uncluttered and spacious rooms, more electric outlets & bath hooks than I could count (very nice touch!), bath cabinet full of accoutrements including First aid kit, extra toiletries, and more. This was our 3rd year at the Fl Folk Festival and because the Carver House was so close to the park venue, we actually came back midday both days to cool off inside and eat our lunch in the peace & quiet. Thank you, Grace for a lovely visit! We will be back and will recommend to others visiting beautiful White Springs!

We absolutely loved our stay at Grace's beautiful suite in the Historic Carver House. We came during the Florida Folk Fest, and it couldn't have been more convenient. The suite is so comfortable and well appointed! We liked the ramp the was helpful to roll you luggage up to the private entry. It felt peaceful and quiet... Grace was so great at staying in touch! Which was wonderful and we truly appreciated!

We loved this place. It was very clean, private, and peaceful, which was just what we were looking for to celebrate my daughter's birthday. We loved the peacocks too. We would definitely book here again.
