Leyla was very responsive. Place was neat and clean. I traveled alone so the gated property added extra security that made me feel safe. I would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay! Felt right at home! The hosts were fantastic and helpful!

This was our second stay at Butler Villa. The villa is spacious, the bed comfortable, the bathroom is large with a large shower/tub and double sinks, the kitchen seemed to be well-stocked, although we only had coffee there in the mornings. We were visiting family in the area so were gone from morning until night but while we were there we were very comfortable. Our only problem was that someone had parked in our parking space in the garage on our last night. I emailed the owner and they responded back quickly with alternate spaces which we could have used had we not already parked on the street. Since we visit the area frequently, we will stay at Butler Villa again!

Absolute gem of a find especially for the price. The entire building is extremely secure— requiring a key pass to enter the garage and a key fob to use doors and the elevator to get to your floor — I will say that if you are coming with someone else and plan to split up, You’ll have to plan accordingly with the one key fob and one key card — other than that, so much to do within walking distance, will come back again if I’m in the area.

We loved the place and greatly enjoyed the privacy. All the extra amenities helped out tons and the private parking garage gives you peace of mind for your vehicle.

It was a wonderful experience on this amazing apartment, all was perfect we loved his place .

We had a great evening! East to find and check in when we followed the directions given ;) the unit was very clean, extra pillows and blankets in the closet, plenty of clean fresh towels, and smelled nice!

We had a great stay at this 1 bedroom apartment, instructions were easy to get into our unit and the apartment complex is in a great area, very walkable to all there is to see and do in Broad Ripple. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The house was conveniently located for our basketball tournament, the beds were comfortable, and it was so nice waking up to a hot cup of coffee with the beautiful backyard lake view. Piyumi was very responsive throughout our stay. The only inconvenience we had was having to handwash the dishes, as the dishwasher seems to be on its last leg. An added bonus was that they gave us a late checkout, which allowed everyone to sleep in a little longer!

My son had a baseball tournament at Grand Park and we live over an hour away. Yes it’s driveable but we just weren’t feeling making the drive back and forth 2 days in a row. Audrey’s place was the perfect space for our overnight stay. It was easy to find, had everything you could possibly need, and very comfortable. Audrey was very responsive if I had any questions too! We would absolutely stay here again!

We would definitely stay again if we ever find ourselves back in Indy! It was just close enough to Indy with out being in the middle of the chaos. The home was beautifully decorated and comfy. We enjoyed a fire one evening with the water views. Kenna was a great host and offered timely responses and recommendations for dinner/drink spots. There were some great food and drinks with in 15 minutes of the home. Would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay!

Great place, super clean, super friendly host!! It was a great spot to relax after basketball games. Will definitely seek this spot out again if we return for a tournament again!

Nicholas was nice we were having problems with our bed he replaced it he was very supportive and helping and treated me as if I was one of the members of his house my stay was great thanks Nicholas💯💯
